The reception team are very friendly and helpful; the pool is fantastic and it was relatively straightforward to use the booking system once explained and a few mistakes were made and accepted with good humour by the reception team.

The television in our room did not work; we did ask for assistance, and one of the reception team tried to assist but it remained unusable for the rest of our stay which was disappointing for the kids in the evening after dinner.

Hotel located in perfect place

Hotel is very clean, rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, Lorraine who had recently started went above and beyond to get the kids in the pool which was fully booked in advance. The place was clean with quality fixtures within our apartment. Everyone we spoke to was having a lovely time at the hotel.

Not much really, maybe a full breakfast option I.e eggs and bacon etc.

The location was great. Free parking and excellent spa facilities. Comfy bed and spacious rooms. Free coffee.

Only a small thing but there were no coat hangers.

Rooms were great as they contained full kitchen and living area

Very noisy guests above us, with a young child encountered some problems. Didn’t mind until 9am, but heavy banging and noise carried on until 11.30pm.

This is my favourite home away from home. The facilities are to a high standard. The staff professional and welcoming. I would struggle to find some where locally on parr. Never disappointed when I stay and The beds are incredibly comfy!

Nothing, I dislike. Maybe a suggestion of the option to pay X amount to have a welcome hamper/basket with, say, milk, eggs, bread, etc In your apartment on arrival.

I liked the apartment quite a lot, the swimming pool is STUNNING, the decoration and the staff. The area is quiet and beautiful, close to the train station and Blackpool airport. I will definitely stay there again.

I was expecting a better breakfast, the main door locked by a security code and. bit more of cleanliness. Perhaps if you are offering a full kitchen I missed basics like salt, sugar, oil, washing machine or dishwasher detergent but there's literally an Aldi across the road where everything is super cheap.

Great hotel with fantastic amenities. It had everything we needed for our stay. The free coffee and pool were great! I would definitely stay here again

Really convenient location, close to beach, pier & town centre shops. Fab pool! Nice having unlimited use of the coffee machine at reception!!

We had a one bed apartment which was in the middle of the building, so our views were limited to the surrounding buildings. It had everything we needed though & was fine for us as we were out adventuring!

The hotel is one street back from the seafront, which, in view of the storm-force winds during our stay, was excellent. We loved being able to book private use of the small pool, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna - a real treat! The added spa treatment facilities were also excellent, as was the service given by their staff. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was supplied with special vegan croissants for breakfast; nothing was too much trouble.

It is difficult to look after a kitchen area carefully if items such as tea-cloths or draining boards are not supplied, but this was the only thing.

Staff were friendly, always happy to help! Great value for money and near quite a lot of shops!

Great little find, lovely spa & pool (you have to book a 1 hour slot) free starbucks coffee machine and great staff & apartments for two, families or larger groups. No 11 bus right outside goes straight into Blackpool, a £6 day ticket for all buses and trams. Good range of Local restaurants, pubs & attractions and the beach within 5 minutes walk plus Aldi opposite for shopping.

Welcoming, high standard, polished finishings. The location is amazing.The rooms are huge, and the beds are incredibly comfy. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Rather cold indoor pool

The breakfast was a tasty pastry and coffee. Some fruit and cereal was available. We chose the hotel as it has a swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. However jacuzzi was not working - so that was disappointing but swim in pool was lovely.

Small things could have made a difference. We had a room with kitchenette. They provided coffee and tea but no sugar or milk. Reception were great and got us some but attention to detail would have been better.

Needs a little TLC, nothing major but one of the frames in the room was damaged and the mains fuse box was buzzing heavily.

staff were very friendly. Fully equipped apartment. Kids loved the apartment. Fantastic facilities. Loved the swimming pool. Hotel is in an excellent area. everything so nearby. Loved that the beach was around the corner

Difficult to control the central heating (can be done in tandem with the air con but a bit of a waste). Strange noise, like furniture being moved throughout the night, above apartment 102 ?!?

Ideal location close to the shops, beach and restaurants

The pool area, jacuzzi and steam room could have been cleaner. Someone checking if your OK, there was nobody there to show me how the jacuzzi worked.

The staff were friendly and welcoming which makes all the difference and it made our stay even more special.

Everything exceeded our expectations. I thought the one hour slot to use the pool and facilities was good, the apartment was big and had everything we needed.

The staff are amazing. The facilities are beyond amazing. Free mulled wine all day and night Free Starbucks coffee day and night. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and the children did. Thank you for making our stay so lovely

Clean, great location and fabulous facilities

The only very slight downside was how warm the apartment was. We had to have windows open and fans on one of the wettest nights of the year.
