Fabulous hotel, spotless great location and staff really polite will be back and next time bring Princess (our little sausage dog )

No privacy for your clothes.missing a drawer or a door to the wardrobe.the safe was on the floor.at 80 it was too low .

Staff could of been more informative, ordered breakfast then had to ask about coffee etc... and the checking out system had to ask. Nobody really said what was what otherwise lovely no faults

The service from staff was brilliant, they were very welcoming of our dog and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was great, we sat in a separate part to where the continental breakfast was - it was very quiet, dog friendly and modern. Breakfast itself had everything we wanted, and plenty of it. The location of the Hotel was ideal (especially with dogs) with plenty of on site and street parking. Comfortable bed and the room was well equipped for an enjoyable stay. No noise in the hotel or coming from outside to disturb a good nights sleep.

There was no lift to the sides of the building - we had to climb three flights of stairs which weren't ideal but I wouldn't let it put me off staying again. No shower in the bathroom. Bedroom slightly outdated but not a huge issue.

We have stayed here on many occasions in a room overlooking the sea. There was a slight problem this time when the ba.throom door wo.uldn't open but was attended to as soon as we reported it. the twin beds are so comfortable The breakfast is lovely ....fruit juices, cereals,fruit salad,choice of cooked breakfast including vegetarian options, toast and preserves tea or coffee

They used to do fantastic evening meals but circumstances don't make this possible at present

The beds were quite old so not too comfortable but still ok Breakfast was ok not too warm when we got it but plenty of choice and excellent service

The bed was very comfortable and bedding good quality. Shower good and nice towels.

Breakfast disappointing. Eggs Benedict barely warm. just had fruit salad and toast the other days. Wouldn't normally stay in pet friendly accommodation. But didn't see any On this occasion.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the evening on one night and the food was good and reasonably priced. We were given a free room upgrade to a lovely Seaview room. The room was clean, a good size and well equipped. The hotel overall exceeded our expectations and was great value for money.

Bathroom small and needed updating

Breakfast was very good. Great friendly staff and a fantastic location.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

Although the room was small it was clean and fresh, some of the staff had a happy smile others didn't.

Our part of the hotel did not have a lift to any of the rooms and we where placed on the third floor with several set's of steps. The breakfast was very good but my partner was served cold porridge that was quickly changed. Overall I have to say just fair.

Very nice over night stay

Briiliant location on the promenade and found a parking space opposite the hotel on the road. Single room was bigger than it looked on the photos and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Dinner was fully booked which was not an issue - I dined across the road at the Toby Carvery. Didn't have breakfast on this occasion due to time constraints but have been very happy on previous occasions. Very good value.

Had to wait a little while to check in as no-one was on reception but when someone arrived I was given a key quickly.
