The room was good even though it was in the basement. The host was not very helpful on arrival and didn't make us feel welcome. They were about to have a large Christening funtion on the premises and we were taken to our room and not even shown around. The only good thing was one of the staff took us to the port when we were leaving. The room was clean, the basic breakfast was served on paper plates. I thought the gardens were nice but we didn't feel very welcome at all. The day before arrival I was told that their restaurant didn't open until June, so we had to walk half an hour to the town to get an evening meal. The accomodation is remote and I only booked it because they said in the information that there was a restaurant for meals. Very disappointed!

The grounds were nice and that is about it. Very disappointed in the stay and would not return again.

The checkin information sent before my arrival was clear so it was easy to get the keys and find the room. The staff were very helpful when I lost my phone. It's a very quiet location and the bed was very comfortable.

The view from the property was spectacular. We had an wonderful view of cruise port. The host was so friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to and from the property to the heart of the city/port.

The location is far away from everything, taxi chargers were very high $$$$ ( be careful with the driver ask first and have cash ) taxi is the only way to reach out to the Villa. Not bus line around or nearby. The last day we call for a taxi and it was bad ……look the attached picture. Not internet connection for I- phone we were told. And breakfast can be better Just ( bread 🥯 coffee and juice 🧃) the bedroom and bathroom floor was dusted. They can do a better job cleaning daily.

We arrived to find almost nobody on site - only the owner who was tending to the beautiful gardens. We were shown to our room (which seemed to be an annexe from the main building) by the owner, who was the only English speaker that we saw. We had a long day there as we wanted to be sure that we would not miss the cruise ship the following day. From early afternoon we saw nobody on site until dinner was served at 8pm. There was a beautiful swimming pool in exceptional surroundings but there was nothing to sit or lie on and no pool towels so we were unable to use the pool. There was no signposted reception, it was just a table in the restaurant. It was like discovering the Marie Celeste. Such a pity for such a beautiful hotel in picturesque surroundings.

Once you’re inside the property, it is beautiful . on the plus side you can see cruise ships docked off in the distance when you’re in the garden or in the breakfast room. Breakfast was assorted, pastries, juice, water, and lovely, cappuccino, or any other type of coffee you want .

we upgraded to have an extra twin bed in the room, and it didn’t even have sheets on it. Just a bedspread, the room was OK enough the shower had a party kept falling off, and you couldn’t keep the hand held in position you had to hold it, or turn it off. The location is in the middle of nowhere which means you have to take a taxi everywhere and they will call a taxi for you, but finding a taxi to come back again is a real challenge.

Located away from main area cannot walk to the town. Property is beautiful and we booked it since it had a restaurant and nice facilities. We were so disappointed that everything was closed couldn’t even get a drink. Asked for a taxi so we could get some dinner. The taxi was a total joke not even a car and we’re charged 50Euros which was a total rip off.

The owner was so rude did not speak a word of English. It was a hot day and we sat by the pool fully clothed he told us if we wanted to swim it would be an extra charge. As nice as the property is I would never stay there again.

We didn't really see much in the way of breakfast and it wasn't mentioned to us or indeed times of when breakfast would be available.

I think the pool should be free for paying guests.

What a stunning place. The gardens and pool area are gorgeous, laid out in a lovely way. Parking just across the access road. Restaurant has a fab menu and the food was delicious

No one and I’m not exaggerating spoke English. Food service was confusing. We were jet lagged and a . 3 hour nap had us miss lunch and dinner didn’t start until 8 pm.

Easy to find from ferry port. Excellent staff, secure parking. They were great with answering queries on booking.com chat. Everything beautifully clean. Fabulous pool. Lovely dinner with excellent waiter Gabriele. Chef visited tables to greet guests. Lots of locals eating at restaurant. We arrived Friday left early Saturday. Breakfast very good coffee and a pastry. Thank you everyone.

Stayed here night before boarding a cruise at the port, it’s literally 5 mins away yet is set away from everything. The owner Fabiano is a lovely guy and nothing was too much trouble!! Restaurant food is amazing. idyllic place so tranquil and clean would highly recommend!!
