Location excellent, very pretty area.
Not clean in certain areas. No provisions provided whatsoever and no cupboard space to put food shopping away. No coffee tables or side tables in lounge so drinks have to go on the floor. No cloths for cleaning or wiping floor. Water pressure so fierce that water splashes everywhere there were no cloths in bathroom.

Great location
Owner unfriendly and difficult. Property is tired and in need of work. Photos make it look much nicer than it is.

A spacious cottage with a comfortable lounge. The property is within good driving distance Dorchester and the location is ideal for days out on the Jurassic Coast.

The cottage was spotlessly clean & set in a beautiful location. It was quiet, the beds were comfy & there was everything there to facilitate a comfortable stay. The owner was lovely & we would visit again.
When we arrived it was very cold & we could not figure out how the radiators turned on, as it turns out the heating was on a timer that wasn't working properly. There was a log burner which as it was already set up we lit, there were a few logs in the basket which unfortunately burned through so quickly and as any more logs would be £7.50 a bag we decided not use the log burner, subsequently our first night was very cold. In the morning we reported the heating problem to the owner who very quickly had it rectified and the rest of our stay was toasty warm.

The location was lovely, the lady who greeted us was lovely and couldn’t do enough. The upstairs was lovely and cleans the beds were very comfortable
We booked the house coz it said no dogs but upon arrival when we settled down for the night the couch and 2 chairs were covered in white dog hair and the side table was covered in dust on moving the chairs there was dust and hair al under the chairs so the downstairs was not clean AT ALL. Was a bit of a let down to be honest also the toilet down stairs a
Didn’t flush very well so had to put water down too
They should supply fly spray too as on arrival there was around 8-10 flys upstairs
The amount of money we paid for the 2 nights was very disappointing due to these issues
