Everything was fresh and clean and comfortable. The barn was very well equipped with lots of cups and mugs, plates and glasses.

The television colour balance was poor but still usable.

pleasant enough property but arrived to find the property would have no electricity for one of the three days I was staying and the host, despite being advised of the issue weeks previously, had not advised me and offered a GBP25 refund. Most disappointing.

Just as shown in photos Comfortable bed. Lived the log burner Excellent kitchen facilities and a washing machine. Small enclosed garden was great for our dog and there is a larger communal garden area as well

Slightly dated furnishings but everything was spotlessly clean

The barn was the perfect holiday let for my wife and I and our small dog. The home had everything we needed for our stay and the self-contained garden area with pub-style bench and umbrella was a really nice addition. Really nice to come back to search a homely place after a day out at the beach or exploring Dorset.

It would have been good to have an iron and ironing board in the barn - that's all that was missing. A more detailed list of what's available at the barn would be helpful for those booking e.g. no mention of hair dryer or tea, sugar, coffee etc yet they were all there!

We have stayed before and find the whole place incredibly convenient, very child and pet friendly.

The bathroom was really quite chilly - would be nice if it’s warmed up in advance as seemed to take the duration of our stay to be ok! Another cottage on the same site this wasn’t an issue
