beautiful house and decor. perfect for a couple. close to city and woollies in walking distance. super comfy bed and seating. good water heating and pressure in the shower. owner friendly, thoughtful and easy to deal with and provided local recommendations. as we stayed for 2 weeks, we needed the washer/dryer and there was washing liquids, clothes horse and iron. we also wanted a proper kitchen which had a full size fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. wifi, Netflix and prime access. door lock is digital so no worrying about going out separately or losing keys. we had such an amazing stay and would definitely book here for our next trip.

anything I say here is nitpicking or personal preference and didn’t impact our stay at all. I would put mats under the rugs to stop them sliding on the wood and stoppers behind the doors. oven mits and more hand soap would have been nice. the fan in the bedroom was a bit tricky, but you also have ac. may need to check drain in sink. street parking, so sometimes got rock star parking in front and sometimes had to park down the block a bit, but that is out of owners control. as I said, only minor nitpicking items that didn’t change our awesome time in Adelaide.

The property was extremely comfortable, clean & beautifully presented. The host was very helpful & provided good local information. Would definitely recommend this property.

Couldn't find a kettle but used a saucepan to boil water. Wasn't a drama. Took a long time to warm up cottage and wore my coat for 90mins.

Hollidge House is in a quiet lovely street but super close to good shops and buses. Walking distance to Victoria Park and the city as well. The apartment is attractive and super comfortable with the extra touches we really appreciated inc makings of continental breakfast, proper milk, teas and coffee. a really lovely place to stay

The property is fabulous - everything you need is there and more. It is quiet, spotlessly clean and the decor is welcoming to feel right at home. The property owner supplied milk, juice, coffee pods, breakfast which was enough for my entire stay. Will definitely stay here again when I am on Adelaide again.

This place is special! We’ve stayed in many apartments both in Australia and around the world and this one is right up the top…. one of the best! It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, has the most comfortable bed with luxurious bedding and has everything we needed for a 5 night stay.

It was a gorgeous, beautifully restored heritage home, but with tasteful modern touches. All the details were noted and exquisite. The garden was lush and peaceful, an oasis.

The property is absolutely stunning, from the grounds to the exquisitely beautiful interior design and layout, I’ve stayed in many five star hotels & luxury bnb all over the world & The Hollidge house is right up there with the best, The bed is just like sleeping on a cloud and the intimate unit has all the means of a luxury home living, As for the host! every requirement and question was met and answered, Peter is truely a Gem and we can’t wait to return… thank you hollidge house for the exceptional stay

The breakfast was very tasteful with muesli, muffins, jam. I was offered juice, but as I don't drink it I requested an apple instead. I was also asked the type of milk that I wanted.

Really, nothing. The whole place is charming, well located in a quiet suburb close by Adelaide city. Decor is exceptional. Functionality also great.

This place really exceed expectations. It is a quiet oasis with beautiful touches everywhere down to a chocolate on our pillows. The pool was so lovely and private to relax in. Host really went above and beyond with helping us navigate testing sites for border entry requirements. Location is just south east of the city and was easily accessible with uber and car. We took bikes and were able to ride within 10 minutes to great cafes. Host even dropped off an Allen key to help with the bike seat when I'd lost it.

We absolutely loved staying here, it was cozy and so very clean , the bed was amazing and comfy, no hospital sheets! My daughter loved having a swim and being able to take our dog Pepper just topped it off for us, thankyou Highly recommend 😊

Hello Peter Would just like to say a huge thank you for letting us make ourselves at home in your wonderful luxury Apartment ! Our holiday would not of been the same without our Dog Buddy aswell so we appreciate that we were able to bring him 🙂 he loved it just as much as we did . Honestly your place has an amazing feel to it the second you step thru the gates (we felt like we were home ) but on a Luxury Holiday so close to our home but we felt so far away and that was nice and refreshing , the place really does have everything you could possibly need which makes you feel at home and very close to everything you could need in walking distance 🙂 So thank you again I will be recommending your accommodation to everyone ! Holledge House is absolutely amazing. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Painstaking restored and beautifully decorated both indoors and outdoors. Every room is just gorgeous. Insanely comfortable bed, fully equipped modern kitchen, fabulous lounge and bathroom. BBQ, pool and cabana. You couldn’t ask for more. Peter is an exceptional host who made sure we were taken care of. You will not be disappointed!!
