Boutique hotel opposite beach, large room and nice pool.

Advertised with private sunbeds on beach and manager mentioned at check in. Went to beach in morning and (besides the rubbish around the area), nothing set up and cushions hadn’t been cleaned in months! ended up walking to An Bang beach and using a restaurant sun bed for the price of a drink.

The room was spacious and with comfortable beds. The beach is closeby and the villa has its own loungers there. The location is also very good in a quiet neighbourhood at the end/ beginning of the street with many eating places closeby.

The staff were very helpful, giving you good advice on restaurants and local amenities, the breakfast was great, and you had a good choice of food, I would definitely recommend this place, and would love to visit again.

I didn't dislike anything about this place, maybe upgrade to free push bikes as the seats didn't go high enough for my legs.

Everything was alright

everything we needed was provided. we felt like part of the family. couldn’t have asked for better hosts. can’t wait for a return visit!

The rooms are really comfortable with the view and sound of the sea... The owner of the hotel and the staff are very nice and helpful I had a wonderful time !

A bit difficult with the WIFI connexion :) But working from the main living room downstairs or going to a nice coffee shop close to the hotel have been easy and nice alternatives !

Great quality eggs, bacon and rice. Various breads and fruit. Peaceful quiet part of An Bang. Sitting out on the balcony and listening to the waves was so relaxing. Short 3 minute walk to Salt and Sound of Silence.

The room was very spacious with a lovely view and balcony. Bed was comfortable and staff were accommodating. This is a more quiet end of the beach but only a 10 minute ride (free bicycles) to An Bang restaurants & bars.

Very nice and spacious room, lovely swimming pool and convenient private beach place. Can rent a scooter to the owner, and could take a shower before our flight.

Wifi was terrible.. almost had to buy a Sim Card because it was barely working. Swimming pool is nice but not much space for different guests (only 4 seats). Same for the beach, could be newer.

Viet was amazing as a host and his partner also. They went out of their way to ensure i was well taking care of including going to the pharmacy for me to get me some herbs I needed to deal with something and driving me to a meeting nearby when the taxi never came..great people and always friendly

Wi Fi got a little sketchy at times

Breakfast of bacon and eggs, bread, muffins and fresh fruit was excellent. Also had Vietnamese soup. The beach is a minute walk away. The Salt Club and Sound of Silence is within a few minutes. The view if the ocean and the sound of the waves were beautiful and so relaxing.

The location was on the quiet part of the beach, which offered perfect opportunity for relaxation but also a lot of restaurants and services near by. The room was spacious and clean. Our private kitchen had everything we needed. The owner is a sweetheart and the breakfast was amazing with fun variability. My boyfriend especially liked freshly grounded coffee. We rented a motorbike, but the villa also offers free bicycles to go around with. We couldn't have made a better choice for our trip to Hoi An.

A group of myself and friends were the only guests for 10 days and the hotel staff were amazing. Breakfasts were delicious and celebrated my birthday by presenting me with a lovely cake. Will definitely go back.

Pool was pretty dirty when we got there but they cleaned it up for us.

Large room on the third floor with a balcony looking out at the trees and the sea. Comfortable bed, good Wifi, roomy bathroom with good water pressure. Good breakfast downstairs. Very helpful staff.
