Nach der Buchung hat sich die Besitzerin sofort mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt. Ich hatte ein medizinisches Problem und ich fragte, ob sie mir einen Arzt empfehlen könne. Sie buchte sofort einen Termin in ihrer Klinik, bei ihrem Arzt, den ich nur noch bestätigen musste. Der Termin war am Samstag (!) Frau L. war SEHR hilfreich. Noch vor unserem Einzug in ihr Haus entwickelte sich ein gutes Klima zwischen uns per Nachrichten. Am Haus wurden wir von einem Hausmeister freundlich empfangen und das Haus wurde uns erklärt. Das Haus ist nicht neu aber sehr gut ausgestattet und enthält alles, was benötigt wird. Der (notwendige) Sonnenschutz ist ausgezeichnet. Internet TV (Netflix, You tube, Tagesschau) vom Feinsten. Kleiner Save, W-Lan TOP. Mehrere Häuser gleichen Bautyps sind im Halbkreis gebaut. Das Meer mit einem tollen Strand ist nur wenige (ca. 15) Meter entfernt. Der entstehende Garten im Halbkreis wird täglich gepflegt. Ich kann das Haus und die Besitzerin wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Frisches Brot kann morgens (früh) im Dorf, was mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten zu erreichen besorgt werden. Letzter kleiner Laden kurz vor dem Ortsausgang. Brot kann schon von Außen gesehen werden.

Der nächste "richtige" Supermarkt ist in Flacq. Das ist ein Stück zu fahren.

The Villa is in a private area, with a watchman/gatekeeper for additional security. The location is quite secluded, and exceptionally quiet. The rear of the villa leads into a private garden, going straight to the private beach. It really is a beautiful place. The villa has everything you could want for in a perfect holiday setting. Peaceful, tranquil, remote location. The sea breeze is a welcome feature on this coast. The watchmen and house keeper are really helpful and friendly. Just perfect !!

Directions to the Villa could be clearer on the Booking.com listing. It did take a while to find. Bin liners would have been helpful. A car would be an advantage here, as there are no beach cafes, or local places to eat, within walking distance. The house keeper, Jesse did get shopping for me, which was a great help.

The communication with the owner throughout the stay was excellent, if there was a problem it was resolved almost straight away. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The villa was spacious and clean. I can't fault anything, we really enjoyed our stay that we decided to stay another 2 days.

The only downside was that you have to travel by car to Flacq, where the supermarket and eating out places are located. It would be good if there was a local shop you could walk to for essentials.

The location at the beach is supernice, the beach is just front of the villa. The beaches around were just beautiful, the sand is white and soft, we loved it. The beach outside the villa is not cleaned from seaweeds as the beach nextdoor. There are only two beachchairs at the villa. The livingroom is poorly furnished with no sofa as the picture shows. The cleaninglady is adorable and supernice but still it feels like the cleaning is made without cleaning agents. It feels like a secure area, and there the guards that are really nice and friendly people. This is the only villa that was occupied when we were there and the rest of the complex where empty. It is a quiet area. The only restaurants around are the other hotels restaurants.

The showers are not working correctly, first 3 minutes it works ok then it is to hot and then freezing cold water. We told Ms Lekrani about it, but it was not fixed by the time we left. And there are ants, so bring your own antspray.
