The gentleman who ran the place was awesome and very helpful. My problem is I am a big guy so not all beds are sized right for me, overall the facility is great, walking distance to the Hall of Fame, Clean and friendly.

I always need a big bed. That happens almost anywhere I go so not a charge against the facility. I will recommend this facility to my friends.

Conveniently located to access various venues. The home is beautifully appointed and is warm and inviting. Very quiet and serene.

The Cooperstown Bed & Breakfast was a very nice place to stay. Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast each morning was cooked to order and delicious. It was located within easy walking distance from downtown. Fred was an excellent host and gave us some good tips on where to eat and things to do.

Liked the old feel of the house. Fred could not have been more welcoming. The location was perfect for reaching downtown.

Location was walkable to downtown to avoid parking at park. I used the front porch every morning and night.

Fred and wife Chris were exceptional hosts. They went out of their way to respond to requests, make everyone feel at home, and make sure they were comfortable. Fred collects interesting art, some of which is his own, and that makes the decor quite interesting too. Some might consider it “funky” because of the eclecticism of the art, but we enjoyed it very much.

It’s an old house and guests should not expect modern facilities. But that is part of its charm.
