Location.

Do not stay here. This is a sad, sad place to stay. This is NOT a 3-star hotel. This is a low-end, Econo-lodge-style budget hotel that charges a lot because of its location. They don't even have a refrigerator. The attached-to-the-wall hairdryer looks about 50 years old--never seen anything like it, in fact, and I'm 50. The heater barely works (calling for snow the night we checked out). They don't even have tissues, even cheap ones (!). Super depressing, super basic, super barebones. Mediocre wifi. Tiny bottle of low-end shampoo, no conditioner. Restaurant non-functional, apparently closed, but no advance warning of that. There's a tiny lobby with a tiny fridge where you can get Pepsi and not much else. No breakfast, not even apples or a granola bar, no nothing. This is one of those smells-like-cheap-soap, one-pillow-per-guest, construction-workings-chilling-all-day-in-the-tiny-parking-lot sort of place. Extremely depressing and $250 per night. Skip it.

We went in the fall and had the most incredible views of the foliage and over the lake. The property is gorgeous. it is also near Main Street and a park, so you are super close to the hall of fame and close to several wonderful businesses and a wonderful coffee shop. everything is very close to the property and very beautiful

just be sure to bring more soap, the soaps given and are perfect for 1 night but if you stay longer bring more.

Beautiful location on the lake. And close to the little league games at Dreamland, the impetus for our trip.

Liked everything. Only suggestion: Have coffee available in the lobby at 6:00 a.m. or provide coffee makers for the rooms.

The location was very good.

The room was small, the air conditioning was weak and they use old fashioned keys. I inadvertently locked myself out of the room and had to seek assistance. This would not have happened if they employed a modern card entry system.

Very comfortable and clean room. We had a king room that had plenty of room. The private balcony is alittle small but the roomy front balcony makes up for it. Restaurant was also quite good.

The room was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, attractively decorated. The location on the lake was gorgeous. Nearness to downtown was very convenient. It was exactly what I want in a vacation spot.

We needed more time to enjoy all the offerings. Our trip was a quick one, to see a show at the Ommegang Brewery, so we planned for only one night. Next time we will stay several days, hopefully even in the same room!!

Excellent room overlooking the lake. Friendly staff. Clean room. Everything you read about the room is true. There small but clean. No extras but you were promised none. Park your car and walk to everything. I would definitely stay again.
