Clean, good location.

Noisy, but in all fairness there was a warning that renovations were happening.

location was perfect. central and right next to two very good luncherias. staff was very friendly. extra large bed (too firm for my taste though). good place if you just need a base to sleep. and they offer free tea or instant coffee.

most the rooms windows face each other into a kinda 1 square-meter skylight shaft which allows some daylight to enter the room but no real fresh air since the sewers also seem to vent out in these shafts. it got pretty stinky when the neighbor room flushed their toilet. but mostly a problem if u opened the windows. sound travels here so you hear everything from lobby or the tv from the other rooms. they are renovating between 09-15 at the moment so no siesta naps

shower pressure was low, walls and towels were very thin and the cleaners come round at like 9am!!!!?? also a lot of construction going on IN and around the hotel

No-frills but pretty comfortable. Very clean, great staff, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were good cotton. Hot water always available.

Room was fantastic with a huge bed and nice bathroom. Staff very friendly helped us check in early and with some information on where to go. Very close to the centre of town and promenade for walking. A/C worked great and shower was hot all the time.

Could use with better sound proofing but wasn't a major issue for us.

Hotel was ok for stay, good value (inexpensive), but nothing special.

There was a lot of building/renovation going on

Stayed a night while travelling, very nice cosy place, had stayed in central Campceh before, so enjoyed this quiet area that was a very short walk, 5 mins, from the central area. Hotel is simple but clean with helpful staff. WIFI fine, fan and aircon worked well, we had a small double which was fine for a night, but perhaps a bit small for longer. Bathroom fine, plenty of hot water, soap, shampoo and water in the room. Hotel is old wooden and has some a cool retro vibe about it, easy to find, felt secure and staff on duty who were helpful.

Didn't have very big windows, only high up, but that was fine, fan and aircon kept us comfy. Faciaitles small, so if you're tall you may struggle, but otherwise will be fine.

- Close to downtown area - overall, decent vslue for money - bed was clean

- Very small room - the bathroom basin was not properly secured to the wall, gaps in the shower, a little bit smelly - power plugs were right behind the pillows

- perfect location - free drinking water

- the table in the room was very sticky and dirty.. - the room got warm and stuffy quickly

The location was great, just outside of the wall but still close to the actions.

During our stay there was a renovation taking place and these guys were constantly banging things. It was during the day, not that they have choice to do it any other time but it was still annoying.

The staff were polite and seemed friendly. The location was not bad at all and the WiFi worked.

The bed had definitely seen better days as it was collapsed on one side and the sheets were marked. The bathroom had a strange smell and the shower was a joke. The water was warm, but it was a trickle and all the bathroom taps etc were rusty. The hotel also had construction underway which ran from 9 until 3, there was a sign to tell you this, but it should really be advised before booking. It also did not stick to these times as work was still ongoing at 4 one of the days. In general the hotel needs some upkeep.

Definitely a nice place to stay in Champeche and on the rather lower end of the price range. The staff was very nice and spoke good English. The location is also very good. It feels safe even at night and there is a little restaurant around the corner. It is also very close to Campeche's gorgeous old town. The wifi connection was good and the room was also clean.

Nothing really. I mean I'm personally not a huge fan on old furniture but that's not really a complaint. Maybe the bathroom could be bigger but still it was absolutely fine for a budget hotel. Can't really complain about anything.

Nice and helpful staff who recommended taxi companies and restaurants in Campeche. The 24hrs check-in option and the fact that they could keep our luggage after checking out was great for us who travelled by bus. The room was big for 2 people!

The bathroom and the sheets of the beds were not super clean.

small towels for the hands would have been helpful. unfortunately it was very noisy from other guests due to the wooden doors
