We had dinner almost every day at room, food was good. We ordered different cuisines and almost everything was great. Breakfast was included, however, I would be happy if they introduce few more options. Location was awesome for me given it was not far from my ancestral home and around hotel there was everything food joints and all sort of brand showrooms
Bathroom could be renovated and could be better. No problem with cleanliness though.

Breakfast and food was satisfactory
The room was very small. I booked 23 Sqm. But the actual size of the room was not more than 11 X 18 feet, (total area) (14 SQm) It is very disappointing. Despite two reminders he had no explanations. It was a waist of money and blot on the image of Booking.com. Ideally you should refund my money.
Now you know how it could be better.

Breakfast buffet was monotonous with same food everyday.
Location of the hotel is very good.
Lights in the lobby are kept off whole day from midnight till evening. Gyesers do not work at night till early morning and again at midday. Cleaning service, everyday is done around 3pm which is quiet late.

The hotel is very nice with good restaurant as well as comfortable rooms with all facilities.
Room service could have been better with less response time.

The location is ok. Room is spacious.
Housekeeping very poor. Bathroom not maintained. Needs to be reminded repeatedly for refurbishing towels etc.

The location is close proximity to all location. You can park your car in front of hotel with safety. The room was spacious and clean, staff were very polite, overall service was good.

Breakfast was good. Not too many items in the spread, but decent enough and tasty as well.
Room was big enough for three adults with comfy beds. Located in a slightly far away location from the ghats, but managable with easy availability of e-ricks throughout.
Room service was not reachable most of the times on intercom.

Staff was very nice but lack coordination in between themselves.
Food was good , nice dining area.
Parking facility is bit shakky , we have to park outside the hotel in front of the road ,we were expecting a underground or seprate area for vehicle parking .

I like the ambience and location of the hotel
Food is of very cheap quality not good in taste. I stayed here for 2 nights and hotel has provided repeated breakfast.
If i talk about safety then i will say this property is not safe.Here i met with an incident i caught room service guy opening my room with master key casually.
