Amazing appartement very well located, at 5 minutes by walk from the Cathedrale and front of the arena. The must in the appt is the terace.

The apartment is in a very strategic spot and is close to everything. The two bedrooms are spacious and there was space also for our child’s cot, kindly provided by the property. The terrace on the Plaza de Toros is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The terrace was not as clean as the rest of the apartment, we had to clean it ourselves to be able to use it. It would have been nice to have different bins for waste sorting, since there are also sorted waste containers nearby the house. Tips and neighbourhood highlights would be appreciated.

We liked everything about this accommodation. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is in a perfect location for sightseeing, restaurants & shopping. The small supermarket is next door was an added bonus.

Hosts met us earlier than we were expected, which was excellent for us, the bedroom/bathroom arrangement was good, the 'lounge' area was very comfortable along with the dining facility, good wifi, good location for river and Cathedral areas.
Had a little trouble with the heating unit in the lounge area but an alternative was available, better lighting in the 2nd bathroom was required.

Great large space for the apartment. It is nicely located within easy walking to many main attractions and the main cathedral. Great heating, clean apartment, all type of items in kitchen for cooking/eating and very large terrace (unfortunately it was December when we visited, but we still enjoyed a few minutes sitting and watching the sunset and hearing the street sounds as the temperature was a lovely 20 degrees). 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms were great for privacy for the family. Elevator lift and location of supermarket at the bottom of the steps was great. Communication with hosts was efficient and they sent information ahead of schedule asking for time of arrival and plans. WhatsApp worked great for sending messages back and forth. Furnishings are IKEA trendy, in decent condition. Nice little explanation from Olga regarding sights to see and tips about the city upon arrival.
I read many reviews with high rating for comfy beds. Unfortunately the master bedroom (Queen bed) had a foam mattress which had lost some of its support in the middle from previous guests/use. No slats broken, as just a platform raised on legs for mattress to sit on. Looks normal upon view, but when you lie on bed with 2 normal weight/sized people (80kg man / 60kg woman) then you get sucked into the dip as foam unequally compresses. I informed Amanda when she checked in with us to see how things were and she mentioned she would be looking into it and never had guests complain. Based on the way she seems to look after everything else, I would not doubt that she will also ensure it gets fixed.
Unfortunately had to sleep on couch for a few nights and that is the only complaint as had a few restless nights. I travel for work all around Europe on a frequent basis (50% time on the road) and can sleep anywhere, so not a fussy bed guy and my wife had the same experience. So truly surprised no one else had a comment about it. Kids beds in the 2nd guestroom had no complaints. Was a bit of a disappointment and I'm not a picky person, but Seville and all it had to offer made up for it. Other than the bed, then it definitely is a 9.5/10 type of place and much roomier than most other places!
