A place to stay good and close to where to go have training. Closer to the place to have breakfast.

The TV is a bit too small and needs a bigger one because hard to read the subtitles and too small to read where I sit on the bed and can't see far away. Chairs with small tables are uncomfortable and its hard need comfort to sit long. The Black around the table is wobbling not stable and needs to be fixed, window corners paint comes off. The bathroom heater needs to be cleaned with lots of webs. The shower head and pole need to be fixed not safe and very wobbly. Need another chair/table for a case to put on top to easily unpack. Need a clock on the wall so can see the times. Towel have stain grey on it when I arrived.

Ensuite bathroom for each toilet. However my bathroom does not have a bidet while the other bathroom occupied by my sis has a bidet.

Dining tables are rather flimsy- table top is quite wobbly. Table top cover laminate is flaking out due to water seeping into the wood fibre chips.

Erst die Drohung ein anderes Hotel auf seine Rechnung zu buchen bewirkte ein anderes Zimmer. Verkauft das Zimmer als superior room nennt es später Budget room. Alles nicht sehr professionell

The room and bathroom were fine- clean, comfortable bed. The neighborhood is quiet. There is access in the house to the kitchen for preparing food. The communication could have been better with getting into the property. The breakfast was very simple.

So comfortable and cosy, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Great location with parking Lovely, clean communal area

I didn’t realise it was shared accommodation in a suburban home. I don’t the the description was adequate.

Modern, clean and had everything we needed.

It was a very uncomplicated way to spend a night at an excellent price point

There were some visitors who arrived late (after 11 pm) and left very early (around 5 am) and they were not very considerate and talked very loudly.

I stay about once a month. After three days of stay this time, I asked the cleaning lady if she would change our towels. She said NO IT IS AGAINST MANAGEMENT POLICY TO CHANGE TOWELS. I was not pleased. If I had stayed one night they would have given new towels for the next stay. I payed the same for the nights I stayed as one night.

Clean. Good facilities for travelling family. Aircon downstairs. Comfy beds.

Nothing really but we could have done with more lounging seating. It was stuffy upstairs - took a long time to cool down in the evening.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Exzellente große und sehr saubere Gemeinschaftsküche. Sehr großes und sehr sauberes Gemeinschaftsbad.

Relativ weit außerhalb von Auckland City, daher für Gäste die auf den ÖPNV angewiesen sind eher weniger geeignet.

Sehr ruhige Lage aber dennoch nach an Auckland. Kleine aber schöne Spaziergänge im Busch möglich. Viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten und Gemeinschaftsküche.

The privacy, aircon, comfy beds & fairly soundproof room was just what i was looking for.. the living area, complete with teas/coffee & a vast array of books, gave a relaxed tone to the place too, rather than the usual sterile spaces.

I got locked out breifly, as my friend walked in & the door shut That was our only key and it took a good half hour, on the street, in my pyjamas, before i got back in. Don't Forget Your Key - the doorbell doesn't really work after midnight.

The price was fair. Short walk from bus stop. Helped me book at the last moment. 😊.

Bit noisy through the walls. But people tried there best and where considerate. 😊

Overall the room was nice. I appreciated getting a ride to my building with carrying a large suitcase. The room with bathroom was nice.

When I checked in I informed the manager on duty that I had a new credit card and gave it to him to change my account to use the new card which he did. But I had made plans to return there later in week for two more nights only to be told I had not addressed a message to update the credit card (which I did on Nov 19) My room was cancelled and I did not have a room. That was extremely frustrating and upsetting. The alarm went off and we could not get it off. It took an hour to get the alarm to go off.

My search parameters in Booking.com were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and this booking was available with those search parameters. When we arrived we discovered that the rooms did not have private bathrooms (only a shared bathroom for 4 or 5 rooms), so we didn't stay. We had to book alternate accommodation and we lost the money already paid as no refund was available. We were also assigned upstairs accommodation, so we would have had to carry all our suitcases up the stairs. The venue also required we take our shoes off before going upstairs to our rooms!

Well there was a lot noise coming from the other room and noise went though from 10pm-3am before I had to go to work so didn't get much sleep.

Thought the lounge area on the 2nd floor was great.

Shortage of crockery / cutlery in the guest kitchen and also at the coffee bar on 2nd floor. Lack of parking on street.

Wasn’t what I was expecting. Was a room in a house. Very thin walls so could hear other guests talking. Within a very tight neighbourhood so lots of neighbouring house/people noises. Was expected to take shoes off inside since it was someone’s home so it didn’t really feel like it was standard type accommodation and more room board.

The late check-in process is unnecessarily high-tech and requires a scanned online photo (not needed at other accomm in NZ). It needs to be made clearer that there is Wifi at the property - as not all international travellers have internet access. We had a stressful arrival in middle of night, not knowing if there would be Wifi or not, at the end of an expensive taxi fare. The artificial scents produced in hallway were unpleasant - these toxic chemicals are not good for human health or the environment - an open window is best and simplest for fresh air. A compost bin in kitchen is needed for sustainability

Easy late check in process, great communication, tidy rooms.

Room quite small, but it was fine for one nights stay after traveling and driving all day.
