It was a very clean room, comfortable for two people inside. It is very close to the train station and also very close to the city center. If you want to go at Bergamo old town you will have to do an estimated walk of 30 minutes, or take the bus that is close. The instructions to get in were very clear and the contact with the host very good. The availability of kitchen outside of our room was very helpful, even though we didn't used it. Because the temperature inside the room we felt it was a little high the existence of a fan inside the room was excellent. Close there are many spots to eat, drink and relax which was very good cause you can do all of them by foot.

The beds, were comfortable enough but we would like a single double bed and not two single beds stuck together. But our sleep was very good and we didn't have a problem of a bed moving during the night.

Quasi tutto. Ottima posizione e organizzazione. Facile da trovare e raggiungere in macchina, indicazioni precise (quasi una divertente caccia al tesoro), proprietari disponibili . Posiziine tranquilla, silenzioso, ottimo il balcone. Pulito.

Unica pecca.... Il letto un po' scomodo. Troppo morbido per chi ha problemi di schiena. Dormire bene in vacanza è importante.

It is in the city center. close to buses. I like that it was possible to check in even in the late night. Instructions about check in and communication overall was great. The hotel is very clean. I also liked the cute balcony.

The room was pretty small for two people. There is no enough space for luggage.

Very nice place and it's good that rooms have a balcony to sit and have a coffee or beer. There is a shared kitchen with fridge and free coffee ((purchase milk if you prefer to have milk as none is provided). Shared bathroom but rarely an issue. Situated in lower part of town and requires a 20 min steep walk to get to old town but you will pay a lot more to stay in old town. Overall I would stay again.

The lock on bedroom and bathroom could be difficult to turn using key sometimes. There is a technique you learn to master but some oil or WD40 might solve the issue.

We really appreciate high standard of apartment, rooms were very clean and towels were changed durning our stay. Additionally we were able to make self check in late (at night) which was important for us.

Nice and clean . Easy to get into. keys and information provided. Contacted through message service and detailed checkin information provided.

We arrived very late so no staff available, understandable. No snacks available ( no vending machine or anything) so a very hungry night spent. Perhaps some access to food would be useful?

Good location, spacious and very clean, wonderful common space as well. Great communication with the staff, all the time in touch, clear instructions and easy self check in. Thank you!
