Cozy and very convenient to Okemo. Fireplace, kitchen... basically everything you need for a nice ski week. Great trip!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Very clean, easy to get to and close to everything! We will definitely stay again when traveling to VT.

Brian is a super and responsive host. The premises are exactly as represented. It is conveniently located to both ammenities like grocery and petro as well as sites and experiences to explore. Vermonters don't typically have air conditioning as there are few days in a year when needed, so we found the fans on the premises very helpful during our warm, good weather stay.

Great location for our family. We enjoyed Okemo summer activities like the mountain coaster, ropes course, chair lift and Jackson Core summer music concert series. We loved exploring Camp Plymouth State Park and did the pedal boats, row boats and hiking thr Vista Trail. We walked the town of Ludlow and enjoyed getting tacos and pizza for take out. The weather was unseasonably warm when we got there, so we were grateful for the fans Brian provided.

Brian was quick to reply and very accommodating for a last minute stay for the weekend. Extremely clean and in close proximity to everything. Great deck and view of the river.

Located in an old mill building, the inside of this condo is very nice. The condo was clean and well appointed (unlike some others we have rented, the "starter roll" of TP was in place :)!!) Walk to downtown restaurants; short drive to Okemo, Butternut Falls, and Camp Plymouth Sate Park. Stop by Johnny's Kitchen for a quick lunch and Main & Mountain Bar for a drink (great people at both).

Staying here was like staying in someone's home. The condo was outfitted with everything you might want or need. Tastefully furnished, high-end finishes, exactly as advertised. We were here during the summer so Ludlow was pretty quiet. The location on the river was lovely. The village is out the front door and nature is out the back. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I were looking for a quick get-away to ski at Okemo. This condo was perfect! The owner was helpful and accommodating. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. It was exactly what we needed as a family. It's the perfect location right in the center of town and not far from Okemo. We can't wait to come back!

Great stay. Large 2 BR with patio views of the Black River. In town shopping is very walkable. Minutes away from Buttermilk Falls Okemo walking trails fishing maple creamers. Quiet town. Plenty of firewood. Solid water pressure and wifi. Might need a few more towels. But a great trip to Vermont!

This was our second time at this condo in Ludlow, Vt. We enjoyed our stay as much as the first time. It is roomy, convenient and close to the town center. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the deck area overlooking the river in the early evening. The owner was quick to respond to our reservation and provided all the information to make our check in as easy as possible.

We loved our weekend stay. The location was perfect for walking to everywhere in LUDLOW. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with basic needs. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony looking out to the Black River.

We returned to the condo for the 2nd winter in a row! We like the location—close to the ski shuttle and steps away from some really good restaurants. Owner is friendly and easy to work with!

If you’re like us, you like to be in the center of the action and forget that you have a car. This place was all that and more! The Okemo shuttle stopped right outside the door, with only a short ride to the mountain, and we could walk to several quality restaurants, a grocery store and the 7-11 for laundry room change. There’s even a veterinarian/pet supply store right next door. As if that weren’t enough, there were board games in excellent condition and a small library of quality DVDs to choose from. We had everything we needed for cooking when we wanted to cook and just enough room for our family of four (which includes two large teenage boys). The street noise was audible from about 6-6:30a on, but when you’re there to ski, this is helpful. We especially liked that the unit was all decorated for Christmas when we arrived. We would visit again, this season, were it available!

Great cozy, warm, and clean condo. Excellent location on main street downtown Ludlow, makes for easy walk to multiple restaurants, and shopping. Minor downsides included a noisy bath fan, as well as a couple of delicate breakers in the electrical panel that would spontaneously trip. Easy for me to locate and reset, but not sure if others could handle it. Owner was scheduling electrician to resolve issue. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for Spartan race. Only took 30min to drive to the venue on race morning. Much more of a small town atmosphere vs. Killington which is very spread out. Apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. Everything is pretty much walking distance. Clean place...tons of character, and if you planned ahead by bringing your own food, you could stay here pretty cheap.

This Ludlow condo had everything we needed for a one week stay. We were very comfortable and everything was ready when we got there.The owner was prompt with the reservation and booking was easy. All questions were answered quickly. We hope to return in the future.

We had a great long-weekend at the condo. It’s a comfortable and cool place with everything you might need. We were surprised how easy it was to hop on the ski shuttle each morning. And it was so nice to be in town after the ski day to walk to shops or dinner. Brian was so way to work with. We can’t wait to return.

Stayed here with my family of 5 over the Christmas break. Great location-quick and convenient shuttle ride to Okemo. Nice restaurants right across the street and downstairs. Loved the town. The condo is updated and comfy. Enjoyed sitting by the fireplace after a day of skiing. Everything we needed was there. The whole family loved the place-can't wait to go back!

Let me start by saying this place is so cool with the exposed brick and beams! The place was immaculate and the river outside was so relaxing. The owners had everything we needed including fresh towels layed out. We loved the little breakfast cafe 2 floors down it was so cozy and food was delicious. We also ate at DJ's which is right across the street great food as well! We came in September for a Spartan race but we would like to return to ski at Okemo which the shuttle picks you up right downstairs. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

The unit is nicely updated and was perfect for our family of five (two seven year olds plus a one and a half year old). Easy to walk to all the right places in town and literally five minutes to the mountain base. The owner was super accommodating and helpful. We would absolutely go back again!

Enjoyed a great week here. The location is right in the heart of Ludlow within an easy walk from several restaurants and the grocery store. A short drive to the mountain which is especially nice if you want to get an early start to the day. The condo is well maintained with a nice view of the river from the back porch.

This is a wonderful condo that is in the middle of Ludlow and literally 4 minutes from Okemo. It has all the amenities of home and was obviously renovated recently. It had plenty of space for our family of four and looks even better than the photos. Brian was incredibly accomodating and very easy to rent from. We will be back.

We were very happy with the central location to everything in Ludlow, Okemo was 5 minutes away by car or you can take the free shuttle that stops right outside the building. There were very good restaurants, from sit-down to take out and a grocery store that were all close enough to walk to. The condo itself was very nice, exposed brick and large timbers really gave the space a great feel with the fireplace going. The only drawback was the noise from upstairs, we were there for New Years so I think a lot of that was generated from late night revelers because the mornings and afternoons were quiet. a very good experience.

Brian's condo is absolutely perfect!! It's newly updated, in a great location and he was great to work with. Ludlow is a really cute town with plenty of great restaurants to walk too and it's a short drive to other great towns in VT. The condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the decor makes the condo feel like a home and not just some forgotten rental! The the stream in the back is so beautiful along with a view of the mountains. My husband and I hope to get back here to enjoy another fantastic weekend in VT and we would definitely book Brian's condo again!!!
