Lots of positives. The house is big with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 12 of us, including 6 children. Several of the kids played in the pool everyday. The beach is walkable from the house. There are also good walking/biking trails nearby. One if the bedrooms was invaded by ants. The management company was very responsive and opened a new bedroom for us to use

This property was very clean and it’s so great for a big group. It is very spacious, and the basement bedroom itself could be an entire other rental! The beds are also comfy. The house is a new build and is in a new development so there is some very minor construction going around, but it is not bad or loud. The pool area was also nice but it was a bit of a walk. But we drove to it and found parking. The walking trail near the house leads right to town and the beach so we would use it to run or walk on. But it is definitely a drive needed to the beach, as It’s too far to walk to the beach. Also, the kitchen is well stocked and the grill is easy to use and is clean. I would definitely recommend this beautiful new house to rent!

Blue Water is great! From the property rental, to the boat rental to the golf cart rental, this group is dedicated to delivering a first class experience. I can't say enough about their people or our experience.

The house was as advertised and the perfect size for our family. It was nice to have two TV rooms on the first floor. I would strongly recommend renting a golf cart as the location was somewhat distant from the pool.

Good property for a large family group, lots of bedrooms. Lots of new basic kitchen ware. Very clean, everything worked. A little warm in the upstairs bedrooms without A/C., had to open some windows. Good response from management to our questions .

This was the absolute perfect house for a girls trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was immaculately clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was close to so much to do- beaches, Saugatuck for shopping/dining, etc. Would highly recommend!

Home was beautiful but not close enough to the beach. Rented the umbrella and chairs with sand toys-toys were a conglomeration. Bat but no ball, one chair was broken. Different names on the toys so it looked like toys were left from previous guests.

We just vacationed in Southaven Michigan and stayed in a Bluewater rental cottage.
We enjoyed our time there and really enjoyed the area!
The house was very clean and very comfortable. We were close enough to the beach and town, yet still in a quiet neighborhood.
The pool was a big plus for my grandkids!

We just vacationed in Southaven Michigan and stayed in a Bluewater rental cottage.
We enjoyed our time there and really enjoyed the area!
The house was very clean and very comfortable. We were close enough to the beach and town, yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

5 adults, 6 kids all had plenty of room. We had such a great time. The development was great location. Easy walk to beach and pool. Easy bike ride to town and right next to kal-haven trail. Very responsive to any needs. We look forward to heading back there soon!
