We enjoyed the large open concept for hanging out with family. Easy to prepare and cook delicious food for Thanksgiving. Comfortable master bed! Appreciated use of garage and that there was laundry. Close to what we needed!

the stay was perfect. no shortages of anything and everything functioned as expected. great kitchen and dining space.

The process and the property were as advertised. Our family really enjoyed our time in Scottsdale. We would welcome the opportunity to stay again.

We spent a lot of time at the house within the week we were there visiting family in the area. The benefits were: 1) well stocked kitchen 2) grill 3) covered patio 4) 1 level 5) very roomy for family gatherings. We will check availability for this property for out next visit.

Our stay at Papago Parkway was so great. We were doing an extended stay of four months and were able to pick up our life and move forward without skipping a beat. There are TV's in every room, plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. Backyard is big and also has a bonus patio that is shaded with a grill. We would recommend this property for short term or long term needs.

We stayed at house for entire month of February. Had no issues. Berne was great for any questions. Right between Scottsdale Old Town and ASU campus life. Would definitely stay again

House was beautiful and welcoming and had all the comforts of a home. Backyard was great for my dog and kids to play around in and the house was spacious. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to many stores working a few miles. We highly recommend and plan to book again whenever we may return to visit Arizona.

The house is great. It has everything you'd need for an extended stay. Kitchen is well stocked. The king bed is very comfortable. Close to both Tempe and Scottsdale. Pagao Park is near by as well and is a great place to take the dogs. House was very clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and felt at home. The only negative is the neighbors. The house next door seems to be the hang out place for all the neighborhood kids, and we've asked them several times not to play in the driveway because they're very loud and skateboard next to the cars. If you plan a long term stay, and will be working from home, this is very irritating. I realize this is out of the control of iTrip, but still something to note.

House is in a quiet neighborhood neighbors don’t bother you and house is ready with everything you need !!!

Great house for our family of 5! Very clean and in good condition. Nice, small backyard for kids to play in as well. We had one small maintenance issue that was fixed within a couple hours of emailing, which was much appreciated! Would stay again.

We stayed here for a bachelor party of eight people and the house provided plenty of room. It was a ten minute car ride to Old Town and fifteen-twenty minutes to the airport. The house has two queen bedrooms and two twin beds in one room, while the living room is open with the kitchen and has a mini pool table in a room off the living room.

excellent location, close to everything! it takes about 10 minutes to Fashion Square, Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Garden, Talking Stick Casino and the airport! place is very clean, organized and we enjoy our stay immensely! the owner was very responsive and cooperative! thank you!

We rented this house with our adult son and 2 grandchildren. We also had 2 dogs. The house was very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We had plenty of room, with a good size yard for my dogs. The location was close to everything. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 6 weeks during a hone renovation. The property is exactly as advertised. It is newly remodeled and very clean. The neighborhood feels safe and is a short drive to Scottsdale shopping and restaurants. It is also very convenient to the freeway. The owner/management company were very responsive to our messages and took steps to immediately correct a minor issue with an appliance. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

Nice spacious house. Some things still had price tags on them. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us.

This is a very nice, and quiet property. It’s been recently renovated and has all of the amenities that you’d like. The owners are super people and great to communicate with. I really enjoyed my stay!
