the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly
When I arrived I was hoping to be able to watch the Laker game but the internet was not working so the picture and sound on the TV in my room was not working properly. I was advised of this from the clerk at the front desk and they offered me a drink from the fridge at no cost but when I got my bill the charged the drink.

The room was excellent. It was very clean, great shower, plenty of space.

The last person's hair in the shower as well as boogers still.

location was convenient, we stayed overnight in our way to Truckee. Bathroom was updated with great light.
very loud heater in the room and poor soundproofing, could hear our neighbors snoring and playing music.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and smelled great, loved the no pets no odor. The shampoo/conditioner and soaps were amazing.
The room was amazing but expected the towels to be bigger fluffier. The people next door were loud ALL night and kept banging sounding like stuff was falling! Room 144!!
