Poorly maintained room. Room was cold, and took a half hour to heat up. Peeling paint, sagging shower curtain rod, not enough blankets. Meager breakfast. Waffles had syrup but no butter?! Few other choices.

Dependable, clean facilities. Near a terrific olde downtown.

Heater wasn't working and fridge froze everything

I have stayed here two other times and have had no issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean :) A great value for the price, and I will continue to stay here when I’m in town for work. They were even nice enough to refund me for my stay this last visit. I didn’t get to stay because I got super sick and had to cancel my trip. I worked with booking.com and the property, and I was refunded the charge. Thanks so much, I greatly appreciated it.

The room was clean and great for the price

A little weird that the microwave and fridge was in the bathroom/ closet

The room was cold, the heater was extremely noisy so we had a choice of staying warm or sleeping (heater woke us up every time it came on). No extra blankets available and bedding was very thin. Breakfast worthless.

I thought the staff was thoughtful and efficient.

There was dog food found in the corner.
