The condo was exactly as described & pictured. Great location. Comfortable. Nice to have a garage parking space. Lihua was great with communication & suggestions for food in the area. I wish I would've stayed longer than 2 nights. The building itself needs some updates. It just looks old & run down. I wasn't impressed with having to use an app to access the key. It never seemed to work the first time.

This condo is walking location to all of the amazing restaurants in Cocoa Beach Village and you can't beat the ocean view! The owner is very easy to contact and super helpful. The condo has everything that you need!

Beautiful beach views from multiple rooms

This was a very nice condo with all the conveniences of home. The property manager was great- we would definitely stay here again. Pros of our stay: * Clean condo * beachfront * spacious balcony for relaxing * convenient to restaurants, shopping, and recreation * access to beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) * condo had all the things we needed Cons: * There was a music festival in town for the weekend and they were set up a couple of buildings away- it was extremely loud. It wouldn't have been so bad if it were fun, island-type music, but we are talking heavy metal band-type music. Not fun for a relaxing, family vacation. Fortunately, it was over in a couple of days and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. * While our condo was very nice, the condo complex itself was in a state of disrepair. The complex left much to be desired. It was just rundown and dirty-looking overall. The outdoor pool was located on the road-sie of the complex. It was small, and no one used it the entire time. There were old, ugly shopping carts in the garage for guests to use for toting beach gear. I never saw anyone use them- we certainly didn't. * Parking was a bit tight for ourTundra. Fortunately, no one parked beside us in the marked spaces. Had there been another guest in the space next to us, I'm not sure we could have gotten our truck in there. * The beach was super crowded on the weekend (4-5 umbrellas deep) but lightened up a bit during the week.

It was the perfect place to stay. We had a wedding in the area and needed a place to stay. Location was great, owner was excellent, had everything we needed.

Enjoyed the property

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. Our host was very helpful before our stay giving us all the information we needed as well as helpful information about things to do in and around the area. We were steps from the beach and a little shops. We enjoyed our time here and will look to book again for future stays.

We had another great stay with Lihua!! Units are always clean and what a view!! Great location close to restaurants! Looking forward to next year!!

This was our second time here. Fantastic place to relax and watch or play with the ocean. Everything is close by. Lihua very responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Unit itself was awesome but, what got to us was the constant everyday and some evenings LOUD music! WE had to keep the unit completely shut. Open the door and you get a constant blast. With all the bars just next door, outdoor also competing to see who could be the loudest!

Walking distance to great restaurants and shops

We were more than pleased with every aspect. The location is ideal, with Publix, ABC, restaurants and convenience stores within a mile away. The property was clean and well appointed; the kitchen was so well equipped for us to cook every night..The area is quiet, the beach is beautiful and the balcony view is spectacular. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Beautiful view and amazing location!! I wasn't crazy about the door locking system 🤔 would have rather had regular keys instead of using our phones. The door itself jammed sometimes which made you feel like you needed three hands. We had to request the floors to be remoped, but our request was quickly granted. Beds slept good and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and small appliances. All the units large appliances were in good working order.

The condo was exactly as described. All of our needs were provided. It was completely stocked and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

The check in process was easy and using an app to lock/unlock the door to the condo was great and easy to do. The unit is very clean and supplied everything you need for a nice vacation. The beach access was fantastic! The condo sits on the 3rd floor so the view was absolutely stunning! You can see cruise ships coming in as well as space launches. Also, we were able to keep a good eye on the kids from the balcony. The location is perfect. We were next door to great restaurants and walked around most of time, leaving the car parked in the garage (also very nice feature) Communication with the owner was perfect. The power went out due to hurricane Nicole, causing an issue with the air conditioning compressor (not the owners fault) and she was on it, making sure everything was up and running. The condo is very spacious and excellent for a family. The only issue we had was the batteries were missing from the TV remote in the second bedroom, which meant the kids couldn’t watch TV in their room and that was perfectly fine with me. The beach was so fun, they didn’t care about TV or their phones which was so awesome. Overall, I highly recommend this unit and we definitely would love to come back every year and make it a yearly tradition.

This was a great condo. It was very clean and the manager stayed in contact the whole time. We will definitely check this out again if we ever go back.

We loved having the view of the ocean from both the main living space and main bedroom. Easy, direct access to the beach and lots of great options for food and shopping close by. We fell in love with the Cocoa Beach area!

The condo was wonderful. Well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable, really large. The reason it got four stars, and my only complaint, was the locks and keys for the doors and, especially, the gate to the beach. It was, to say the least, frustrating! It would probably keep me from coming back. A couple of times, we were afraid we were going to have to go to the public beach access and walk around. They need to be changed, desperately!!!

Great beautiful place. A little tricky getting in and out of the building. Keys were hard to work in the locks. Maybe needs a little graphite? People were super friendly! Overall great experience! We would def come back!

The condo view is the best and we very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and well stockrd. Our host was amazing with communication.

Everything was perfect. The condo was clean. The check- in was easy. And the views were amazing! I can't wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed out Stay, getting in was super easy with locking and unlocking from app. Apartment had everything you need. Including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. We will definitely stay there again.

The check-in process was very simple, the property was very clean, and the location was wonderful. Almost everything you need is within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here.

Building is very run-down and common areas/elevators are frankly dirty and smelly Condos are better inside than the building We had a bathroom door broken but it was fixed promptly. There were some bad stains on the ceiling. Overall, decent condo at a great location

I really enjoyed the inside of the condo (although some areas are still outdated coMpared to the main living area), but if this is your first time here, be prepared that the building itself is very old. I was disappointed at the pool. It wasn’t super clean (was green and needed a good sweep). I was disappointed on how you have to get into the condo unit itself because you must use your phone, which I didn’t want to take to the beach with me every time. Overall I was satisfied with the condo, and will be back.

Had we been pool people, then properties pool would have been sub-par, but that was not what we cared about. The beach was beautiful and clean! The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. You typically end up spending money on necessities that you never use all of during your short stays. There was soap, paper plates, coffee filters, and a nice aerie of toiletry products too. This was an added bonus, and saved us on unnecessary purchases. This condo is right downtown, and with teenagers it was great for them to walk around and get away from the adults and vice versa. The location is great, the unit was comfortable, the beach was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a very cute place and very comfortable as well. With two little ones (ages 5 and 1) it was important to us to be able to get to the beach easily and to be in a quiet spot. We got both with this location! Would totally stay there again. Everything was exactly as advertised.
