Absolutely beautiful home! We never want to stay anywhere else when we are in Prescott! Easy to find & to drive in any vehicle. I already miss the sound of the water fall in the evening. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pizza oven but next trip for sure!

Our oldest goes to Embry-Riddle so we frequent Prescott. Home away from home…this home offers incredible views, privacy, access to trails and is minutes from all of the conveniences of town. I’ll never stay at a hotel in Prescott with options like this! House is fully equipped with everything you need to be comfortable and if you enjoy cooking, you’ll find everything you need including a high quality grill and a wood burning pizza oven which is always a highlight for our family. We had a wonderful experience and we’re happy to share it with our children and parents!

For those looking for a quiet neighborhood in the mountains with icredible views this is the place for you. It's also only a 5 minute drive into town. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and would highly recommend this home to any couple or family visiting Prescott. The house has an abundance of natural lighing, great place to eat outside overlooking nature and hot tub nestled in the boulders. Fantasic experience!

This property was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Love all the natural stone within the home. We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful & unusual home. Great neighborhood. But…. 1. Home was dirty when we arrived. Dirty towels. Dirty gas grill. Dirty floors. Outdoor furniture uncovered, dirty and jumbled around some. Trash remaining in the kitchen & in the garage. And let’s not forget the green spa. BUT, the property management has a FANTASTIC employee named Kristen who responded immediately and worked hard to clean everything and took the dirty laundry away to have cleaned. She returned with clean laundry the next day. Very impressive employee. Hint: Kristen deserves a bonus. 2. The hot water for the upstairs shower and the water pressure were nonexistent. Again Kristen stepped up and got a plumber to us. The plumber was able to help the water pressure but a new shower head is needed. The water heater for the shower got somewhat better but needs additional work from the owners. 3. The home, as advertised, only has Kristen is the only reason the property got 3 stars. Without her efforts the rating would have been a 1.

We loved the house! Beautiful neighborhood with amazing views of the mountains. Property management company was very helpful and responsive when we needed something. We definitely recommend.

We are from Northern Wisconsin and enjoyed our little get-away to the Prescott area! The home was very unique and clean! We used the outdoor space as well….grilled out, hot-tub (temp of water varied a lot though) and awesome views from every angle. The home is in a nice setting and close enough to town . Would recommend staying here!

Had a great time overall. Few things I didn’t like the downstairs bathroom shower is very hot and needs to be fixed and we had to shovel the driveway all the way to the street . But the good out weighed the bad would love to rent the house again in the summer time beautiful home

A great unit within the building with view of the inter coastal waterway, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. The unit needs updated mattresses on both beds. The bed springs are very squeaky. More dinnerware is needed esp. bowls.

We had a great time staying at the property. The views are exceptional and it’s very close to downtown. It snowed while we were there. It was very pretty. The property contact was very responsive when we had questions or wanted to update them on certain items.

Overall, the house was great an immaculate. Everything was in amazing conditions. The only inconvenient is that the house is managed by a property management company, that was a little bit hard to coordinate with. For instance, the email we got with the instructions to check in was incomplete, and we arrived to the property in the middle of the night and with no code to open the lockbox. I should´ve checked first to see if I had everything I needed from them, so this is also partly my fault.

Our Stay was Exceptional from The Architectural design of the home, Hot Tub surrounded by Boulders, Crackling Wood Burning Fire in Family Room and Epic Views from all Windows and rooms. Also, the Beds and Pillows were amazing and we slept better than ever. I would highly recommend staying here and we definitly look forward to booking again soon.

Excellent stay at this interesting house. Gorgeous views, well stocked and plenty of room for all. We spent a fair amount time here and enjoyed the pizza oven, grill area, large kitchen and overall relaxing environment. Our only challenge was the lack of hot tub maintenance information. We own a hot tub and know it takes regular checks and chemicals to keep it balanced. I could have called on this but we chose to make it a non issue when everything else was so great! Would absolutely recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this one of a kind house nestled into the hillside among the rocks in Prescott. The architecture was amazing. The views were incredible. The property managers, Sarah and Mike were extremely responsive and helpful. Prescott was the perfect location for our trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona. We also discovered Lake Watson, here in Prescott that turned out to be the best kayaking that I have ever experienced. Without a doubt, this was a 5 star experience! We'll definitely consider staying here again if we are in Prescott.

A beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. Loved the kitchen and backyard area. The hot tub was very relaxing and secluded. The upstairs shower was lacking as the bottom of the bath tub was too slick to stand up in. A mat would be useful. Overall, a gorgeous house that we would love to return to.

We love the Prescott area and this home added so much to our vacation experience. Clean and well kept, everything about this home is just wonderful. So much so that many of the unique elements have become inspirations for the home we're building. This property well exceeded our expectations. The photos are fantastic, but you can't really appreciate the beauty of this property until you stay there. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay and more! The neighborhood was fantastic and made for a great morning run or walk. It was also very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property shows online better than in person. It is getting tired. Needs some freshening up. The false flowers are very tired. Issues we had; 1. Water in Hot tub was going green 2. Hot tub water fall didn't work or we needed instructions 3. Up stairs bathroom tub needs work. No water came out spout. The shower head was plugged. Not all holes flowed with water. On the good side the jets worked. 4. Instructions need to be added to the house info that it has tankless water systems. People from CA that are in drought don't know to run water 8 minutes to get hot water. 5. Trash needs to be emptied after each group of renters. We couldn't fit our trash or recycle in the bins. I hope this helps. We enjoyed the house. We did not use the outside BBQ area.
