We stayed here for a girls weekend, there were 7 of us and we found the house to be perfect, clean and well equipped. Plenty of space to spread out, a variety of different areas in the house to enjoy or relax, just sit on the deck and enjoy the view, or play games down stairs. Our group takes a trip every year and we all felt that this was the best rental so far. We are already talking about visiting here again. Thank you Ryan !!

Mini reunion of 7 high school (40 yrs ago) buddies! Well kept home with many amenities (as advertised). Hot tub on back deck with lake view was amazing! Our wives were jealous. Excellent location and only 10-15 minutes from Sylvan Beach. Ryan (property mgr/owner) was very responsive and accommodating! Great stay!

Our family of 7 had plenty of room and LOVE the ping pong table for the rainy days we had! The view is absolutely amazing. Ryan was very responsive and the neighbors were all so friendly.

This home has one of the most beautiful lake views of any place I've ever stayed. We would come back just for the time spent on the deck gazing at the lake. It is on a quiet street. The interior common space was spacious, with a nice layout of kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Three of the four bedrooms had the stunning lake view. Ample restaurants and amenities were nearby. I would suggest that this home is best for people without disabilities, as beds and couches are low to the ground, the showers are small, and the deck does not have extensive safety railings. The owner was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Friends and I were in town for a long weekend in Rome. The house was incredible and perfectly suited for the 8 of us. The view from the deck alone was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again, as the owner was extremely responsive, and the actual property matched the description perfectly.

Our family visited mid October. The Fall colors are vivid. The area was quiet and peaceful as the summer crowds are gone. The house is clean and modern inside while the surrounding area has a rustic country feel. We found convenience stores and nice restaurants in Sylvan Beach, about a 10 minute drive away.

Beautiful property! Very spacious. Gorgeous view of the lake during the day and making s’mores over the fire pit with the moon over the lake at night and the hot tub, all added to the ambiance of the property.. Ryan was great answering any questions we had along the way.

Rented this house with some extended family to attend a nearby family reunion. Worked well for our needs. Clean, spacious, well stocked with necessities and just cannot beat the view!

The property was lovely and the view was amazing, there is a lot to do in the area and this location gives access to it all.

This home has a wonderful lake view and great outdoor space. My husband and I stayed with cousins. We enjoyed morning coffee together on one of the decks and evening views at sunset. The indoor of the home is spacious with charming decoration and a kitchen well-stocked with equipment for meal preparation. Ryan quickly responded with helpful answers to questions. Some family members joined us for lunch one day and marveled at the space. This is a perfect spot for reconnecting with family or friends.

It was a pleasant stay on the lake. We enjoyed being able to dock our boat at this property. In between our boat outings, we had a much needed workout on the walk up. We recovered, enjoying the outstanding view from their deck. Thank you for a great week with friends and family.

Ryan was a great host, very responsive. The house offers a lot of fun things to do especially when traveling with kids. The game room was awesome. We didn't have the best weather (typical March) but still enjoyed the hot tub and walked down to the water. The view was amazing. When traveling with 2 families it was nice to have 2 separate areas where a family could gather. All in all a great weekend.

I visited this house with four other friends. We could have eaten off the floor in this place it was so clean. The view is awesome, the hot tub was clean, Ryan was very friendly and helpful. My only comment is that if you plan to cook for more than a few people, ask if the things you need are in the kitchen first. We would definitely visit again.

This is a hidden gem! I enjoyed the property with my 11 yr old daughter 13 year old son and my partner. While in the house we spent time playing ping pong, basketball, cards, listening to music. My kids absolutely loved the outdoors, we roasted marshmallows over the fire pit, created beautiful memories on the frozen lake. It was quiet and peaceful and fun. We woke up to to the most stunning sunrise and would often see the most amazing sunset. The hot tub in the cold was absolutely amazing, we all loved it! The house is beautifully decorated giving you a cozy serene feeling. They didn’t miss a thing with the details! If you want to enjoy a peaceful and bonding time with your family this is definitely a must stay. Overall, my kids gave this vacation 10/10. We were a quick 25 or so minutes out from snow tubing. Ryan was super attentive and communicative. I am truly grateful that the Bouchard family is able to share this beautiful house of theirs with the world!! Thank you Ryan and family.
