My partner and I needed to get away from the cold and rain in LA, so we took a chance and booked Nikki's place in Sarasota, a city we've never visited but heard great things about. Right from the start we knew we picked a winner. The house was incredible with vaulted ceilings, well appointed, super clean, and everything just seemed to be where you'd expect it to be. Both the front and back yards were incredibly private. Yet, you could walk a few minutes and be in downtown Sarasota, which was really impressive. Beautiful beaches, architecture, restaurants, museums, and entertainment. We were able to catch a theater performance at the Van Wezel theater which was top notch.
Our host Nikki was available, cheerful, and helpful when we reached out to her with a few random questions. Other than that, she was invisible and gave us space to enjoy our time in her lovely home and town.
Couldn't have been happier with this stay. If you have the inclination to see Sarasota, this is a great place to do it from. Thanks, Nikki!!!

Floor plan that is so comfortable. The bedrooms are situated so there is privacy for all the guests. Super clean.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the Owner/Manager. If we had a question or something needs attention she responds immediately! The property was beautiful and it was so close to downtown and beaches. I will be staying there a lot in my future. I highly reccommend.

Better than the photos!
This property is so sharp. The pictures don’t do it justice. We felt like we were in our own little oasis with that private pool and chairs. It was easy to get around town and neighbors are quiet and friendly. Highly recommend.

House is exactly as shown, if not better. Has a great Miami vibe. Very comfortable too. Love the pool and yard. Location is perfect for getting to everything else n Sarasota quickly. Nikki was an attentive and friendly host. We will be back!

Gorgeous home away from home
My husband and 2 teens stayed at this lovely house and all I could say when I saw it in person was WOW!!! The house is decorated beautifully and, more importantly, it was spotless! Super clean. The location is great too. I feel like everything we wanted to do was only 10-15 minutes away. The outdoor space was super cool as well. We will definitely be back!!

Very relaxing!
This house was VERY clean, even in the nooks and crannies. The layout of the house is great, including expansive master suite with bedroom and sitting area, large bathroom with 2 shower heads and soaker tub, and 2 walk-in closets. Kitchen better equipped than most rental homes with plenty of pots, pans, and small appliances. Also nice to have a garage. The property manager was highly responsive and nice to deal with. Only suggestions are to update the kitchen appliances, make sure outdoor kitchen is set up for use, and a few additional beach towels would be nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property and this property manager.

Private Paradise Minutes from Town and Beaches
From the open floor plan, to the 18 foot ceilings, to the private pool, outdoor lounge and dinning area, we enjoyed every moment of our stay at Alta Vista. Beaches, Payne Park, museums, theaters and restaurants just minutes away by foot, bike, or car. We will definitely return to this Private Paradise.

“Best Shelter-in-place ever!”.
We booked this wonderful home near to where we live to self-distance from relatives staying at our home as we were worried about the Corona - Virus.
We could not have been happier with our stay and will definitely be recommending this home to our visiting out- of - towners when things return to normal.
This beautiful modern house has every amenity and comfort of a home. Chic but so livable ....the outdoor area is gorgeous beautifully kept with a stunning pool...one does not need to leave the property!!

Never thought I’d be pleased to have our house tented!
Beautiful home! My family stayed here while we had to vacate our home for a week. The home is in the perfect spot to get anywhere in Sarasota and has plenty of off-street parking; even my teens were happy and really loved the pool. It turned out to be a real treat for my family to stay in such a pristine and beautiful home. Nikki was extremely helpful – she even provided me with the details on her paint colors. Now that we are back home, I’m planning to liven up our place with the same gorgeous color scheme. Highly recommended.

My family stayed here for a weekend to go fishing with nearby friends. We were extremely pleased with everything. Nikki is a very accommodating host and ensured our stay was perfect. No complaints at all, very happy, will be back.

Wish we could have stayed longer
We were in SRQ for one night for a reunion. As soon as we arrived we relocated the reunion to this home and spent a wonderful evening with our friends cooking outside and hanging out around the beautiful pool and fire-pit. We had everything we needed to entertain 20 people in a glamorous setting. Already looking at booking a longer stay for next year's reunion. Thank you!

Spectacular!
We felt like we were staying in a private villa in a 5-star resort. This was my first VRBO experience and we were Nikki's first guests. I could not have been more impressed both by the home, the location (we could walk to Downtown and the Bay-front), and the experience as a whole. No more hotels for me!
