This is our 2nd year in renting this condo! The location is in the heart of Saugutuck and walking distancing to everything! They offer 2 bikes to use during your stay too! We probably will be back next year 😊

Downtown Saugatuk is absolutely adorable. Lake town vibes with cute boutique shops & good restaurant options. Our stay was exceptionally clean & it had tons of natural light. The decor & window treatments bring a calm to the space. The patio is peaceful with a view of trees on one side & the lake at the other. We brought our own bikes because we weren’t sure what quality to expect from a rental, but it was unnecessary! The parking was very handy, and the town feels incredibly safe. We left our nice bikes on the outside terrace with no problem. We have a 1.5 year old & our pack and play fit perfectly in the master bedroom. The upstairs toilet room came in handy. I will say — there are a lot of check out tasks, including taking off all bedding/sheets/pillow cases… combining all towels into a basket… & taking the trash downstairs/outside. I’m a pretty clean person, and I thought this was a lot to expect from short term renters. Regardless, I highly recommend!

You would be hard pressed to find a more well-placed rental in Saugatuck. Walking distance to everything in town and just off the main route out of town if you need to drive anywhere. The host was very responsive to anything we needed or had questions about. I won't say that this rental is perfect, as none likely are. It has a slightly strange layout with the stairs up to the bedroom, but makes up for this in being very comfortable and having a bathroom on both floors. It is clean enough to not have any concerns beyond what you may usually have renting or getting a hotel. This was definitely a great place to stay for another great trip to the area. My family and I would be happy to stay again.

This is a lovely condo, centrally located in Saugatuck so it's easy to walk anywhere. The property was clean, all of the appliances worked, the kitchen knives were actually sharp (not always the case at rental properties!) so prepping food on the nights we ate in was easy. This was the "sit around and not do very much" part of our vacation, and the condo was very conducive to that, with a nice, airy living space and a balcony/roof deck area. Jennifer sent a great guide to the town that had clear information about the property. If we're ever back in the area, we'd definitely look into staying here again!

Spent a week long vacation with our 20 month old. Plenty of room in the upstairs bedroom for our pack and play and the curtain at the top of the stairs allowed us to watch TV after the little guy's bed time without waking him up. Great location, especially being right next to the best restaurants!
