Enjoyed our week in South Haven with family. House provided plenty of room for personal space as well as group gathering. Did miss having some beach items such as umbrellas and games available as we have had in other South Haven rentals.

We had a great stay here with our extended family. There was plenty of room for our large group and we loved the enclosed porch space. The yard and patio were great for our kids as well. It was about a 20 minute walk to downtown or to north beach, but still a very easy walk. Also a very quick drive to meijer to get groceries. The only thing missing that we really could have used was a wisk!

This property is well maintained and very usable for a family. Kitchen was well equipped and centrally located. Family room with TV was a good gathering place. Not too far from the beach.

Super clean which is always high on my list so it was nice to see a house this clean! Great location - neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and safe. Easy to get in to town and the beach. The property owner was very responsive and nice. Only suggestion that we have would be to add more towels (washrags/hand towels) and allow access to the garage for bikes/beach item storage. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is close to walk to downtown shops and beach. In a quiet neighborhood. Large older house with a lot of charm.

Had a nice time here. It was clean and in a good location. Air conditioning was a little quirky, but other than that it was good.

This place was great for our family beach get away. Not as close to the beach as we’d like but we had plenty of room to spread out. Great neighborhood with a small park so close for the kids to play. It had everything we needed and the host was always available for any questions. We would stay here again.

The only complaint I have is that I cant give it more than 5 stars!!! The owners communication was prompt and to the point. Property was immaculate and exactly as advertised! Would highly recommend. Close to everything and everything you would need.

The place was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in, well responsive host. Waking distance to the downtown area. plenty of restaurants, shops and scenery.

This is a nice, updated older house that sleeps plenty of people and was clean. Would recommend

The location of the house was everything! Located a short half mile walk to the beach and downtown area, this location was exactly what we were looking for. The house was as described and the communication with the owner was top notch. Would definitely stay again!

Love South Haven!

This was our first whole family get-together since July 2018! Our 4 nite stay was FULL of day activities. In the backyard : grilling, wiffle ball game for little ones, water balloon fight for little ones only. We also enjoyed renting a large golf cart for easy transportation to the beach & shopping. The guys rented bikes to explore the Karl-Haven Trail. We enjoyed a few days at the beach with nearby kayaks and paddle board. The large dinning room turned into a game table in the evening. To cherish our memories, we scheduled a professional photographer on the beach sunset time. There was never a dull moment! The house had multiple spaces to spread out: a front porch, back porch, as well as a large TV room and large dining room. Thank you Anthony !

Great house with room and rooms for everyone! Easy distance to everything - we had all ages walking at all times. Dining table large enough for a 2 hr UNO game in a rainstorm, front porch all seasons room perfect for morning coffee and a back room / back porch big enough for all gear, strollers, and a “kids” card table. Note: the kids room w bunk beds doesn’t have air conditioning but the boys sweated through it, refused to go in any other room which were all individual climate control. Amazing neighborhood. Anthony was helpful - given covid accommodations are strict so just know that check in/check out is rigid. That was on us - just a heads up for anyone with morning nappers - plan accordingly.

We had a great family vacation in South Haven. The house was a great location. Easy walk downtown and short drive to beach. Nice house, well maintained, and plenty of space for our group. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in South Haven was great. It is a great town to visit. The location of the house is good. Quiet neighborhood, park right across the street and just a short walk downtown. The front room and dining area were well lit and had quality furniture. The floors throughout the first floor are uneven and could be a tripping hazard for anyone with mobility issues, possibly grandparents and/or toddlers. Even an able body person needed to pay attention in specific areas. It seemed at points in the house the floor leveling was off by at least 10%. The upstairs bathroom was nicely remodeled and water pressure was good, but it is not air conditioned and the exhaust fan seems to be too small for the size of the bathroom. The downstairs bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Downstairs had central air that was easy to use and upstairs had 3 window units. One bedroom, the hallway, and bathroom were not air conditioned upstairs. Bed linens and beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The back door doesn’t lock easily and can be an inconvenience if your not patient enough to slowly shut the door and align the lock. Curb side garbage can and recycling bins need to be cleaned. Even after the city picked the garbage and the cans were empty the smell was overwhelming on the property. Overall the house was adequate and met our needs for the week.

This property was clean and spacious. Our family included 4 young children and they enjoyed the bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds as well as the 2 stair cases! Many of the adults spent time exploring the very old and fascinating cemetery just 2 blocks away on our way to the Kal Haven bike trail. Easy walk to the downtown and a little further to South beach. Our family was sad to leave.

Clean, spacious, updated house in a quiet neighborhod close to downtown South Haven, hiking trail, grocery store, etc. Owner was friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for two families to enjoy a long weekend. Very walkable to restaurants and shops; beach is a long walk or short drive.

This house is the perfect place to stay with friends. Lots of room and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Easy walk to the downtown area!!
