Loved the view & location

How they do the beach chairs on the beach, they do not leave room for people who’d bring their own chairs and your blocked by condo’s chairs and umbrellas. Then if you have more than 2 people it kind of forces you into renting chairs because their isn’t enough space for your party. Only big downfall

Guest beds were not comfortable.

It was smaller than most other condos but that meant more room on the beach! Parking was easy. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

The couch had soil spots on the arms and cushions. The same for one chair near the porch area. The rug in living room has soil/spilled drink on it. We had a difficult time unlocking door to porch but that was more our fault. Someone came and showed up how to open and close.

1st floor convenience, no crowded pool or beach area, property is cared for. Easy access upon arrival.

We did miss the view of the water and beach being on the first floor. Construction was noisy all day.

I loved the location because it was really beach front.

There was a little bothering smell when entering the room.

The condo exceeded our expectations! It was bright, clean and smelled wonderful! The view was fantastic and all staff we met with were nice and friendly. We also used the workout facilities each day. Also, neat and clean! It was also a great value. Will definitely look to booking the same condo next year.

The "unit 205" was comfortable. Our time there was not, due to the exterior maintenance. I was not informed by my booking agency about the construction until AFTER I had booked the unit. When I called to ask how bad it would be, the lady in Oregan had no idea. Back to the unit....We loved the balcony view from our bedroom! It was, also, great through the living room! Magnificent !! Just enough table and chair set up on the balcony without being so much that it blocks the view. We loved how easy it was to get from the unit to the beach or to where you parked. The kitchen was more than enough since we only needed to use the sink and refrigerator. The A/C worked great. The king bed we used was very comfortable but dangerously high. I am a very detailed person and was pleased with how clean the unit was. Although, I am guessing, due to the age of the bedroom carpet, it did not seem clean. I certainly don't consider that a housekeeping issue. It either needs professional cleaning or more than likely new floor. It was cleaned under the bed and it had been vacuumed well. We appreciated the free beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella. That was a pleasant surprise since we were after October 31st.

What we hated and would NOT go through again was the extreme loudness of the exterior maintenance. The walls were being resurfaced among other things. At times the dust was so thick we had to cover our faces to breathe to get to fresh air. Visibility was minimal at times and the dust was covering the carts for unloading and loading suitcases. Beginning just before 8 a.m. Monday, the noise lasted all 3 days, all day long. We were there for my husband's 66th birthday and were intending to stay in our condo most of the time. The noise was loud even on the back of the unit sitting on the balcony. My ear plugs were very little help. The unit itself needs a little minor cosmetic updates. The bathroom drawers definetly need replacing in bath 1. They are damaged. But none of the bedroom or bath drawers are on sliders to keep them from falling into a downward position. We did not go into bedroom 2 at all or use the living room. Although our king bed was very comfortable, it was dangerously high. I had to use a step stool. It still took climbing effort to get in the bed and I still took quite a few unexpected landings getting out. It is very difficult to reach anything on the bedside tables when you are in the bed. I am 5'1". Using the table wasn't quite as difficult for my husband. He is 6'2" but said the height getting in and out was uncomfortable to him as well.

When I called for information, nobody knew anything. I didn’t receive a code for the gate so I had to take the time out when we arrived. One set of sheets had a big rip. Master bath didn’t drain well at all. The pool was closed for 2 days. A roll of toilet paper had a stain when we arrived. Not enough supply of toilet paper for 4 days and 5 people. No information about the beach rules/policy/hours. We encountered an extremely rude beach attendant. House keeper arrived at 8:30 am to clean, but checkout wasn’t until 10 am.

another pool or hot tub wold be nice also the bedroom closet door was off the runners and the ice maker did not work. neither one of these were really important I just wanted to let you know for future tenants

Maintenance issues were a problem - bathtub that was totally clogged up, icemaker that didn't work, dishwasher that was broken, sliding glass doors onto balcony that were rusted and didn't lock, etc.

The view was great!

Access to the property was really good. The door key code is a great way to deal with a rental property. The balcony overlooking the beach & ocean were fantastic! And, with the kitchenette, it saved us some money on 'eating out'.

The blinds on the sliding doors could use a little TLC [pull rods were missing,etc.] Also, we had some issues with the laundry - both washer & dryer: They kept declining our debit card & we finally had to rosort to putting in quarters to get them to work. These are just a few "little" items that we noticed, & in no way stopped us from enjoying our stay.
