This was the second time we have stayed here. We stayed with 2 other families, this is the perfect property for that with every family able to have their own private bath. Will continue to stay here as long as our event stays in Bentonville

The house was perfect for the 7 of us. We rode bikes on the Razorback Greenway then came back to the house and enjoyed the screened in deck. The house was perfect for us, we had plenty of room to spread out but also areas to be together to cook, watch movies, watch the deer in the backyard, etc. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, close to restaurants and bike trails. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it!

Most of the house was wonderful, but two bedrooms were not. One had a sleeper sofa which was very uncomfortable and could not comfortably sleep even one person. The toiltry items were extremely cheap and not what you would expect for the price.

This house is lovely, well appointed, comfortable as well as elegant and very very easy to enjoy. It’s a beautiful home in a lovely quiet upscale neighborhood that is very conveniently located.
The owner and agent were so thoughtful, kind and anxious to be sure we had everything we needed. Extremely responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Spent the weekend with my children and grandchildren for a family reunion. House is very well stocked and things are labeled nicely. Very spacious house. Only complaints are the master bed which is two twins pushed together in a king frame with no divider to eliminate the crack that I fell into several times at night. Master shower head also had issues with too much hardwater buildup - one jet was piercing, and the remainder were drizzling. We tried to fix as best we could.

We were in town for our son’s wedding and it was the perfect location, very clean, well stocked with all the necessities and the beds were super comfy. It is a beautiful home with lots of space. We enjoyed the view of the ravine from the dining room and watched the mountain bikers as they wound their way through the trails. We also enjoyed hiking the trails to Crystal Bridges. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bentonville.

Close to the bike trails and the town square. The view from the back porch was great and the rockers were a nice surprise.

Beautiful home for our family group of 10 adults. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and for everyone to mingle. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and furniture. Tv's were also very nice. My daughter appreciated being able to bring her dog. The pool table was a fun plus. There was easy access to grocery stores and various restaurants. (We would have needed to bring firewood for the fireplace if we had chosen to use it.)
Overall, it is a beautiful, large home in which all of us felt comfortable. We would highly recommend.

The house was very comfortable and perfect in every way except the living room furniture. Our group of seven women spent our time at the house visiting and catching up. The couch and chair were so deep and soft, we had a hard time getting comfortable. They might have worked well for very tall people. Other than that, all amenities suited our every need. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and was even stocked with many essentials. We'd definitely come again!

This extremely clean and well maintained house has a perfect layout for a family. The rooms are all large. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. Very relaxing outdoor space. We highly recommend

We were visiting the area for our son’s wedding. This house was perfect. The location is just a few minutes drive to Bentonville Square, a short drive to the airport, and not far from Rogers. The house its self is so spacious. It has a great layout. The rooms are very large and have everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped, nice size tv’s throughout. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool table or the entertainment room and bar in the basement. If you have a family that likes a comfortable clean place, you need to stay here. I highly recommend!

We loved the location and the home. It was perfect for an anniversary trip with my parents. Plenty of room to spread out.

Great home in a beautiful neighborhood!
The home was the perfect size and accommodation for us and our extended family! The basement was great for games and playing pool! Kitchen was very well equipped. Short drive to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Thanksgiving weekend
We gathered for Thanksgiving (Tuesday-Sunday) with 3 generations plus our dog.. Plenty for the adult sons to do in making the downstairs/basement their headquarters (media room, bar, ping pong). The kitchen was well stocked and roomy in order to cook Thanksgiving dinner. TV was good for watching football.

Perfect spot!
We did a short girls weekend, and this house was perfect. Space for everyone to sleep - cook - lounge, and the backyard was lovely. Nice neighborhood and perfect location. Highly recommend.

Nice get away
We had an awesome time! Will definitely go back. The biking trails around the area looked so cool. our kiddos are a bit too young/inexperienced but will get them up to speed and head back to Bentonville and take even more of it in. The house was great , and accommodated 3 little families of friends. The bigs and the littles all walked away with some good memories. The owner was amazing at getting back to us right away and attentive to what we needed or questions asked.

Family move-in week
We rented this house when we moved our son and his family to Rogers, Arkansas. There was a total of nine, (adults, children and one pet), and this house was the perfect fit for us! It is roomy and well equipped. Each family had their own space at night, and the living/dining/kitchen area accomodated all of us during the day. I will definitely use this rental again when we visit our son and his family.

Family moving day
We moved our son and family to Rogers, AR to open and manage the new Texas Roadhouse restaurant. This house in Bentonville was perfect for the three families involved....room for the adults to relax after moving chores, room for the kids to play outside and relax inside with a movie, and overall a comfortable stay for all of us! We will definitely consider this again for future visits!

This was a beautiful, well-maintained home in a great neighborhood! This home had plenty of space for our whole family. The location was great and close to everything! We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return again!

Wonderful house
I’ve stayed in many VRBO. The house and location are excellent. The house was clean with plenty of room for 7 adults (or more!). We enjoyed the porch with rockers immensely. I couldn’t say enough nice things about the house. The office area was put to good use as we had one person who needed to work during the week. We did not use the fire pit as it was warm during our stay, but it looked very inviting. We hope to go back on another family trip. With the bike/walking trails so close by everyone was happy.

Bentonville Bliss
A wonderful house to reconnect with family. The house was everything we needed and more. A perfect location to explore the trails and get a feel for the bentonville area. I wish we had more time to explore !

Amazing Location
Spacious and great house. Location can't be beat, so close to downtown Bentonville, shops, restaurants, museums and mountain biking trails are literally in your backyard (beyond the fence)! Only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness....just needs a good deep clean (as mentioned in previous reviews). Some dusty areas but other than that it was clean. 3 car garage, yard and basement were also nice to have.

Wonderful!
This home is wonderfully furnished and comfortable for families. We really enjoyed the screened in porch with the rockers in the back, not only in the morning with coffee, but as a peaceful ending to our day. It is also close to everything Bentonville and a short trip to Onyx Coffee Labs!

Big Roomy House Needs a deep cleaning
The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. and is big and roomy. The main feedback I have is that the house needs a deep cleaning. The front door needs to be swept for cob webs and dead bugs. The inside has an animal odor. The odor went away once all of the windows were opened. Also, there were dead bugs, spider webs and animal hair in the window seals and other surfaces. The house would be 5 stars otherwise.

Perfect for Mountain Bike Riders
You can ride your bike from the house to some of the great mountain bike trails. Three car garage was perfect for securing our mountain bikes. The house was perfect for hanging out at night. We had a great time shooting pool. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful house.

Wonderful Family Home
Bentonville was about halfway for our adult children so we met there for a long weekend. The house was very good for our gathering of six. It had everything we needed. The only items that were in anyway a negative was there was no gas in the grill and there are not many knives for food prep. Those were very minor and the private location with a great backyard and walking trails all around more than made up for that. We would stay here again.

Great location!
House was in a great location with immediate trail access and a quick bike ride to downtown. There were 4 families in our group and the house allowed us all to have our own space. Gary was great to work with and the house was well equipped. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Lovely home!
Our group of 8 adults had THE BEST stay over Thanksgiving week. There are several large common areas that we all easily fit in for social times as well as large comfortable bedrooms for private retreat. The home is well appointed with high quality furnishings and we especially appreciated the quality cookware--we prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed! It truly felt like a home away from home. The host and caretakers were accommodating and great in communication. The house was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. Highest praise for this rental, not a single complaint from our group!

Perfect for our family gathering!
This is a large, clean, well stocked home convenient to all of NW Arkansas. Our grandsons loved the ping pong/ pool table and having the downstairs to sleep and play video games. We all enjoyed the biking/walking trail close to the house. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and we would recommend this house to anyone!
