All was perfect!

This condo was the perfect place for my family to log off and enjoy each other. Less than a two min walk to the beach we could all go to the beach together, and I could quickly walk the dog home when it got too warm out, and be back in less than five minutes. Easy for keeping our one year old contained and we all loved sitting on the screened porch. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condominium was a good size for the two of us and our small dog. It was clean and comfortable. I was concerned about two reviews that I read before I came but after I had booked. I contacted the management company and they were super responsive. They told me that the concerns have been addressed and they were. The first day there there was a small leak underneath the sink. We called and they had a competent and courteous repair person come out within 45 minutes. The rental company where we got our bikes and our beach cart were very helpful and delivered the equipment as promised. Overall it was a great day and we would return to this property in a heartbeat.

Great location. Property in need of TLC. Mold on shower track, stains on bedroom carpet. Overall not particularly clean. Lack of basic supplies in kitchen. Appreciated the bag of coffee. Neighbors above obviously did not care that we were below them. Very loud. Will not be coming back.

Our first impression was 'wow'! After a long drive we just wanted to sit down and relax before bed. The couch was very worn down and appeared dirty. The bathroom shower door had mildew all over it. The king size bed was sloping towards the center and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We notified management and they were very prompt with repsonding that they would forward our 'first impression' with the property manager. The kitchen and appliances are very nice and the owners thought of everything when furnishing this villa. The decor was very tastefully done. This villa is just steps away from the beach and in a pristine location. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back next year for a longer stay if the property owner takes care of those 3 items mentioned. We witnessed many alligators laying on the shore of the pond. It was a very nice week to stay and even though the weather forecast appeared to be a washout, we were blessed with 5 beach days so no complaints there. Would recommend this villa. Thank you for allowing us to rent your unit.

Villa was very nice. It was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. It's walking distance to beach, and West Beach pool. The convention center is next door, but there weren't any issues with that. Only negatives were old mattress and lack of ceiling fan in bedroom. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and would return to same villa in the future.

Nice place to stay for a long weekend in the Fall. No problems with check-in and the place was perfectly ready for us. Everything needed was there as well including info about the area (and some info about Charleston). Would stay there again.

Great location

What a great little condo...just a short walk from the beach. Very relaxing location if you're looking for a spot to unwind. Loved seeing all the wildlife and the beach was fabulous. It wasn't crowded and we were able to fully enjoy ourselves. There are lots of things to do and see within a reasonable driving distance. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away from it all, relax and reset. We'll definitely be back.

Great place! Few additions would help. Ceiling fan on porch. Parking for access to beach at #7. No shower at 5 or at the condo. We had problems with some type of paint getting on our car when we parked at #5. We have had car only 2 weeks so had to be cleaned by hand. Can send pictures if necessary.

4 of five we loved the location and the villa was very clean. The only complaints would be the light bulbs blowed out and the mattress needs changing.. We would definitely stay again..

We had a great time. Perfect location. Everything was wonderful. Hope to come back to this same villa.

Villa was well decorated and had everything we needed for the week. Screened in porch was a plus!Couple of suggestions would be to replace the shower head with something that adjusts instead of a basic head and to replace some of the pots and pans with higher quality and bigger sized. Not big items but would be nice additions.

First floor, end unit with a view of a pond with a fountain. Furnishings are comfortable. Wood flooring. New appliances. New Trane AC unit. Clean bathroom with tiled shower. Well furnished. 4-5 minute walk to beach. All very easy. Dog friendly and our small Coton enjoyed it as much as we did. I would stay here again and would recommend it to couples as a nice place.

They do such a great job of getting my car pass and lockbox information to me before my stay. They also give added touches like free coffee and a hat to enjoy my stay. This particular unit was really nice and was the BEST equipped vacation rental I've ever had. It had cute dishes, knives that actually work, condiments, and plenty of towels. I will definitely stay there again!

It was a great location about 5 minutes from the beach and all of the amenities were as described. It even had more kitchen stuff than we were expecting. We did wish it had been cleaned better before we arrived: there was still sand on the floor and we could tell easily that there had been a dog in the unit before us. It also depends on who your upstairs neighbors are as it could be loud when they were moving around. Otherwise, we were happy with it!

The apartment is very nice, a bit tight but so well located near the beach and the front gate. Cougar Point club house is a 5-minute walk. Only change I’d make is to modernize the tv channels.
