I've stayed here before and just love this property. Location is excellent and the house has everything you could need. We will be back.

This home is located right on Cerritos beach, a few steps from the beach and ocean. We were able to boogie board, build sand castles and lounge on the beach. We had two families with children and the home fit perfectly, with two bedrooms and a pull out sleeper. We have traveled to Cerritos over the years and talked about staying on the beach, and this was exactly what we were looking for. The caretaker offered amazing service- answered our questions, offered advice and even arranged transportation to the airport for a friend. Todo santos is a short drive away where we were able to buy groceries and have dinner at a number of great restaurants. Highly reccomend!

The pictures cannot describe the beauty this house provides. We watched whales right from the house and boogie boarded endlessly. The nights were filled with beach fires and so many stars. Only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer!!

Rental was right on the beach, just down a little bit from one of the only swimming locations on the peninsula. The home was so nice and to hear the surf all day was one of the most relaxing vacations our family had. Our kids loved just going out the door and playing in the sand or wading in the ocean. We could walk to a couple restaurants or drive down the road to others. We hope to return again.

We loved our stay at Playa Los Cerritos! The house was beautiful and so functional and so comfortable. The beds were so comfortable! the open living room onto the patio was so wonderful! Tony , the caretake , attended our every need very promptly. We hope we can return someday.

We had a terrific experience with the house, weather and discovered good fun places to eat and play. You need a car with good suspension for the road and surrounding area. They closed one beach bar / restaurant and opened another closer the house. Take the long way everywhere and trust everything is a little safer and better than your first impression. Eat at Herbabuena 4 miles away. Plan to relax and sleep better than you have in years! Thank you LeeAnn and Tony

This property was everything I was hoping for and more. The location is perfect. Surfing, food, and drinks are all walking distance. Perfect sunset every evening which led to drinks and great conversations setting around the fire pit. The house is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. LeeAnn was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. Great service. A short drive north to Todos Santos is great food and shopping. A must see beach is Las Palmas. My family and I will be back soon.

We had a fantastic week in Cerritos beach. The house is beautiful. The area is great. It is nice not to be in Cabo. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Playa Los Cerritos Beachfront home and will definitely return. Unparalleled access to Cerritos Beach, and this house provides privacy that other homes do not. Beds were comfy and linens crisp and white. Panaromic views of the bay from the family room.

This home is beautiful and comfortable and in a fabulous location. Everything is as described, only better. Caretaker Tony was always available, and he arranged for a wonderful meal prepared for us and some friends who were also in the area - the best meal of the vacation, complete with beach bonfire. We did hiking, mountain biking, surfing, shopping, and just hanging on the beach. We hope to come back!

I almost hate to review this home, because I wish it could be our own little secret getaway. Cerritos Beach is amazing and this home is a perfect location to enjoy your beach vacation. Great location for surf, beach, sand and fun. Close to amazing food in Todos Santos, Pescadero and even local Cerritos. We have been coming here for years, and every year appreciate and love it more. Enjoy breakfast in Todos Santos, especially Café Felix and La Esquina. or Dinner at Free Souls, Art and Beer, Hierbabuena, or a local taco shop on the side of the highway. Laying in the hammock watching the sunset is a favorite or walking along the beach. This is by far the best place to stay on Cerritos Beach. Thank you LeeAnn for having us stay in your home!

The Casa de Playa Los Cerritos was the perfect spot for our vacation. The house is really well thought out. Nothing fancy, but clean, beds were super comfy, plenty of space, washer and dryer a huge bonus, and the slider that opens up to the beach is really cool. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. The patio on the beach is so nice, the hammocks, tables and fire-pit all perfect. Really nice. Tony the caretaker was awesome. Our first night there the refrigerator broke and I notified Tony first thing in the morning, he came over to try and fix it and within a half hour said he had spoken to the owner and that he would have a new fridge in by the end of the day. Well not four hours later, the old one was gone and new one was installed. In the meantime, he went and brought a cooler and bags of ice to keep our food and beverages cold. We also got to know him a bit better and found out he is the bartender at a restaurant called Hierbabuena. HIGHLY recommend. We went there twice and it was unbelievable. Food in general was all amazing. Free Souls, Miguels, an a wine and tapas place in Todos Santos - across from bank next to Hotel California. All of them we highly recommend. Oh and if you want an awesome smoothie and peppermint peanut butter bliss balls, head over to PuraVIda. Super cool market that sells all things healthy! The Mexican people in this area are some of the nicest, hardest working people we have ever encountered. And all the ex-pats were very nice as well. My only con I would say is I wish there was recycling and less noticeable trash. Not in the house but the area in general. In and around the "nicer" boutique" properties there is no sign but everywhere else there is so much plastic used and no recycling! It isn't the fault of any one person, it's probably more of a cultural thing but it made me realize even more how important it is so we can keep places like this clean so it can be enjoyed for a long time. It was a fabulous week!

We could not have had a more perfect stay! We are actually sad we did not book this house for more days. My husband and I have not felt this relaxed in years. Thank you so much Leann for letting us stay in your slice of paradise. We will definitely be coming back again. Tony was wonderful but we honestly did not need him simply because the house had everything. If you are looking for quiet, beautiful and relaxing, this is your place.

My husband and I and another couple stayed for a week which wasn’t long enough! The layout is perfect for entertaining, privacy, beaching, and sightseeing. King Beds were super comfy. Everything was spotless. The House was well equipped with beach toys, towels, kitchenware, bath items and cleaning supplies. I can’t think of anything to improve upon this rental. Location =A+ With a 3 mile stretch of beautiful beach. You could walk to a couple of restaurants if you didn’t feel like getting in the car. Caretaker, Tony, was very helpful.

Don’t go here, it’s terrible :) We’ve travelled the Baja a lot and have always stayed on the east cape, however this year we thought we’d mix it up and stay on Cerritos Beach. Great decision, and LeeAnn’s home was a perfect way to be introduced to the Cerritos/El Pescadores/Todos Santos area. Her home was perfect in size for us and the couple we travelled with, and, it was well equipped for all our outdoor and indoor activities. The town is a close 3 min. drive and had just what we needed for a few groceries, restaurants and bars. We loved it here and hope to return very soon!

The house is amazing. Amazing views of the beach, beautiful interior. Everything was super clean and put away. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Great service from the caretaker as well.

An incredible location with a fantastic view. Great owner & local manager to deal with. Immaculately maintained. Lots of amenities. Our friends who stayed in hotels & condos were jealous! Too many pluses to list. There is internet but no TV! (We liked that, a lot). Tons of room; we hosted a couple of parties for up to 20 people. Missed having basic spices, sugar, flour, etc. Real markets are not close. A microwave oven would've been a plus. There are a few mosquitos so bring repellent.

We stayed here in March of 2017 for four nights: two moms with two kids each, all between the ages of 10 and 12. There is a master suite with a king bed and a queen-sized convertible daybed. A queen in the other bedroom, and the sofa has a full-sized pullout. So there was plenty of room for each mom to have her own bed and the kids were still happy! Bedding was really comfy, the hammocks were perfect, and the kitchen supplies were ample. We took surfing lessons on Playa Cerritos, just a walk down the sand to the action. When we weren't down the beach the kids tried body surfing with the provided boogie boards right out front. Water is cold in March, though! We spotted California quails, hummingbirds and hooded orioles in the yard, which was a fun surprise. Mario the caretaker was readily on call for driving directions to Punta Lobos, dinner recommendations, and emergency toilet paper refills!

This house was really lovely- so close to the point break but far enough away that you had privacy. Amazing views and great windows that fully opened to the outside. I would recommend a few more beach and bath towels and a key for the backdoor so that we didn't always have to lock up the front and walk to the back. Spacious and airy we totally enjoyed our stay. Hope to return!

We really lucked out! This spacious and beautiful two bedroom Casa right on the beach was everything we wanted. Our caretaker, Maurice, met us at arrival and was accommodating throughout our visit. The location is ideal to watch the surf and sunset, and take long walks along the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Playa Los Cerritos home. It was exactly what we had hoped for. Quiet, relaxing and a gorgeous view. The home was well equipped and in a great location. Close enough to what we needed but very private. Looking forward to returning again.

Great stay over Christmas. LeeAnn was terrifically responsive by e-mail and phone. She also sent a nice packet of materials to help find our way up from SJD. The photos on the website reveal a very attractive house, well situated right on Cerritos Beach. They show exactly what you can expect. Two large bedrooms with sliding glass doors and a huge slider in the living room. We had them open all day – no issues with bugs. The shaded front porch faces the ocean – perfect for watching the breaching whales! We listened to the surf pound at night. The kitchen is fine, though we didn’t really do any cooking. Critically, there is a small coffee pot and filters. I brought coffee with me and enjoyed early cups on the front porch every morning. Lighting was good for reading at night and Wi-Fi worked fine for our needs. Judging by the lack of significant security around the homes in the area, safety doesn’t seem to be a problem. The house comes well equipped - really everything you could need for the beach. Boogie & surf boards, etc. I liked the location quite a bit. You can get gringo priced food and drinks right on the water at the north end of the beach. There is a sand parking lot used by locals just to the north of the casa. It was reasonably well used over the holidays, but not an issue. It is a very big beach and most of the activity is on the north end. Just to the south is a new architecturally challenged development, maybe 6-8 units that looks like it still has some work to do. A little further south is a very large and still growing condo complex. Neither had much activity – even over Christmas. Beyond that the beach is pretty empty. I ran every day. The beach was a little soft and slanted the further south I went. So, I headed north and ran over the headland to San Pedrito Beach. Beautiful. Todos Santos & El Pescadero have nice restaurants. Don’t miss lunch or dinner at FreeSouls down at Cerritos. Not Mexican really, but outstanding. LeeAnn’s recommendations for restaurants were good. Do drive to La Paz to snorkel with the whale sharks – very cool and highly recommended. Great stay - thanks for the hospitality!
