First timers to Madeira beach. We traveled with our 5 and 8 yr old and a grandmother. Walking distance to the Candy Kitchen (went 3 times, haha), great breakfast and fancy coffees at Sweet Brunette (the the steak, egg and cheese panini), and Caddy’s (no wait time and stunning ocean views. The condo corner u it provided a beautiful wrap around view. We did not have to pay for umbrella and chairs, as they were provided in the unit. Beach towels also provided, which was awesome since we flew with only carryons! Communication was quick and everything was wonderful!

Condo was great - it was very well equipped and had everything you needed and was in a great location. Keyless entry would have been helpful as there was 4 of us and only 2 sets of keys. Most other rental places have keypad entry. And we needed keys to access the pool and the beach and the stairs/elevator. Good for security I suppose.

Spacious, corner condo was beautifully updated as advertised. We had a wonderful beachfront escape.

The Condo was more than wonderful. Very clean and location was convenient. I ended up hosting my adult son and daughter for an unexpected surprise.Beach was very family oriented and private. No wild parties. Having beach chairs and umbrella was a very nice extra. You literally need nothing but clothes to stay. I will definitely be returning in future

The condo was well equipped with all you need for a week stay. Really enjoyed the corner unit as we sat on the balcony every day enjoying the sounds an sights of the ocean. We will definitely be back.

Fourth floor provides awesome views and privacy. Gabriel was very helpful with any questions. Only negative was the screens on balcony. Overall 5 star rating!

Direct beach front. The place is surrounded by a porch facing the ocean, you can wake up to he sound of waves and clear ocean and see sunset from your own porch. The building has onsite pool with lots of lounge chairs and outdoor shower. The place has everything a family needs, board games, beach toys and chairs and towels, washer and dryer, cooking wares and K cup machine. A little over a mile from grocery, walking distance to 711 and John Pass village, and yummy ice cream is across the street. Communication from host is fast and responsive. We will be back!

Fabulous views & beautiful accommodations. There was everything anyone could possibly want or need available at this condo or conveniently nearby in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our week at this beautful Madeira beachfront condo for a relaxing family getaway. The beach is just steps away & was never crowded. Gabrielle was very helpful & quick to respond to any questions😊

Great location! Condo has tons of towels, chairs, beach toys, floats, and even a wagon.

We had a really nice time at this condo. It was perfect for our little children (6,3,1). The ocean was just steps away and the kids loved finding little seashells. We also often utilized the pool in the evening time, when we didn't want to get all sandy again. We enjoyed the Candy Kitchen and the restaurant "Caddy's", that were within walking distance. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

The condo was exactly what was advertised. It had everything you need.. plenty of beach towels,chairs and a cooler ...It was clean and in a great location. Walking distance to johns pass and grocery stores etc... the owners responded quickly when needed. We will def be back...

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! The owners are amazing, answered ever question I had immediately. I would definitely stay here again! It was worth every Penny we spent!

Condo was clean and had everything we would need for the week. Endless supply of beach towels and beach gear. Gabrielle was great to communicate with!

Walk to coffee and ice cream across the street! Then plenty of restaurants and bars all under 1 mile. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Also when we checked in their was a man in the parking garage giving us all kinds of insights on the building and sights in the area!

This property was well equipped with everything you need & clean when we arrived. My only complaint would be that the ice maker did not work & had to use ice trays. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay there again.

Communication was wonderful. The location was beautiful. Property could use some maintenance and updating.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo you walk out right on the beach and it’s a private beach which makes it very nice.

Great trip. Literally right on the beach. If you're flying in, no need to bring much. Most everything is supplied for the beach. Beautiful bedrooms. The condo is on a quiet part of the beach. New appliances. It's what I want my house to be with the right amount of conviences. Will certainly be going again. Thank you

Great location...walked the beach to John's Pass and saw dolphins jumping every morning! Well equipped, comfortable beds, incredible sunsets from the balcony, nice pool and couldn't be closer to the Gulf. An older building yet unit is nicely remodeled and building is well maintained. Will definitely return!

My family and I stayed at Villa Madeira (Rental # 342780) just last week (6-10-17). The condo is beautifully decorated and it was VERY clean. Free Wi-Fi was a plus with teenagers!! Great location...right across from Candy Kitchen which our family LOVED. Also very close to John's Pass where there is so much to do and the beach is one of the closest walks from the condo to the shore. Also loved that the storage room on the balcony had plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, ect. to use. Our family (21 total) has been coming to this area since 1995 and this is one of our favorite condos to stay in. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond if we had any questions! Can't wait to go back next year!

I can't say enough about this place… Immaculate, wonderful location, Dolphins were seen every day! We loved being across the street from the Candy Kitchen and within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars. The beach is lovely and you can walk quite a ways out before it gets deep, the sand is not rocky and it is firm which is nice for families. The "toy" closet on the patio is stocked with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, boogie boards ....even a cart to transport your accouterments to the beach!! Owner was a pleasure to work with, responded very quickly to questions. Please note there is a Keriug coffee machine in the kitchen which is a nice added feature. If you are thinking of a vacation in Madeira Beach, do not hesitate to work with Gabrielle and rent this beautiful condo.

We had a great stay in this condo. Clean, nice upgrades and comfortable. Just bring your bathing suit. Beach closet is packed and has plenty of beach towels. Owners were super easy to work with, from booking to checking out. Flawless. The location is perfect and near a Publix that has an Instcart option.
