Cabin is strategicly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Stan could not have been more responsive to a few minor questions we had, as well as checking in periodically to make certain all was well. Accomodations were as advertised.

I have never rented a Vrbo before. I was a little apprehensive due to the cost versus a hotel, but figured it may be worth it for the freedom and location. Since day one, we (as a group of four), have never encountered such an honest and available host as we did when visiting Tennessee! Stan and Faith are the ultimate hosts! Any questions were answered directly, quickly, and most important, honestly. I'd give them a loving and professional recommendation. Although we didn't get a lottery ticket to view the synchronous fireflies, we were lucky enough to be placed in a location where, on our last night, we saw lightning bugs! Thank you, Stan, for such memories!

Had a great time at this cabin! Very clean and well maintained, plus great communication from the host, Stan! Enjoyed the very clean hot tub after hiking in the evenings and used the grill to make steaks one night. We even saw a bear right by the cabin one late afternoon and we were able to watch it walk down by the neighbors cabin from the deck. You are really up the mountain a lot! Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about this cabin. The cabin itself was spacious, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The kitchen had almost every appliance or utensil one could want. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the master bathroom (in particular) was beautiful. My kids LOVED the air hockey table, and the views of the mountains were amazing, even though the trees hadn't yet filled in. The location was also terrific: Barring bad traffic, it was only 15 minutes into either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The host (Stan) was extremely communicative. He checked in with us via text a few days before our arrival, confirmed we had everything we needed the day we arrived, and was available via text for any questions or needs. The roads leading to the cabin were pretty steep. You'd likely need a 4-wheel drive vehicle in the winter. But our family minivan did just fine during the spring season, even on one very rainy day. Bottom line: You would not know this cabin was a rental. It looks and feels like you're staying at a friend's second home. Highly recommend.

We loved the cabin! Cleanliness was top notch and the owner was awesome with communication and making sure the stay was great. Really good location between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. All amenities were on point! Nice hot tub and a cozy feel with the cabin. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was beautiful and exactly as expected! Perfect for our family. Stan was so communicative and responsive, it really made our stay more enjoyable. The only downfall was the driveway. It is extremely steep and we were unaware of this and our vehicle did not do great getting up that steep grade (it was also raining so I’m sure that contributed as well).

Just little things thats all half the jets in hot tub dont work has a lighter but its empty building a cabin below so all you hear is noise badly

Very cozy, comfortable cabin to stay in at the top of a mountain with tremendous views. Beautiful big deck with hot tub and charcoal grill to use other cabins around but very peaceful and secluded area one night while watching the view and listening to squirrels jump around a small black bear wandered up the mountain Right under our deck, just minding his own business and moving along. Communication with the owner was quick and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again great area for any age while driving on the road up there we also saw wild turkeys crossing the road. Great time had by all!

Everything about this property was nothing but amazing! The cabin was in a great location, close to everything but far away to not hear any car traffic. The cabin itself was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed and wanted. We had a small problem with the hot tub not working at first but the owner got someone out there the very next day to get it fixed! The communication with the owner was stupendous! Everything was perfect, we loved staying in this cabin and will for sure book again!

The property is named absolute relaxation and that is very accurate! The cabin was extremely clean and welcoming. It is near the top of the mountain so the roads do tend to get steep going up and down but that is to be expected. Communication with Stan during the trip was great, he quickly answered any questions and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This is a great location near both downtown areas and the national park. We did go downtown drinking one night and I will warn for other vacationers, Ubers are not easy to come by! It took us an hour to get one going downtown and almost 3 hours to find one coming back. I would definitely return to the cabin we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice getaway for my wife and I. Overall cabin was clean but stove was not very clean. Air worked great, hot tub was placed nicely, view was ok but trees covered the view of the valley.

Great cabin centrally located between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We went to dollywood and also explored Gatlinburg. Cabin was perfect for myself, my husband and our 2 kiddos.

The cabin was so peaceful and relaxing. It is well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located close to everything, yet still secluded and quiet. Great communication with the owner. We enjoyed our time at the cabin and would definitely stay here again!

Absolute Relaxation is a comfortable and well-equipped mountain cabin. The kitchen is very well appointed; we cooked every meal at the cabin during our five-day stay. The driveway was challenging for Floridian flatlanders--it's a bit steeper than we thought from the photos, and we had to back in using the backup camera--and the road up the mountain is one-lane (but two-way) in spots, though Stan kindly gave us some advice on how to navigate it if we met a vehicle coming the other way; he also quickly answered questions both before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and it was indeed very relaxing--sitting on the deck looking at the view, it feels like a treetop cabin.

The best thing about the cabin is….it’s location. Conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge it’s 5 minutes from 321 allowing easy access to both destinations. The cabin has been gently used and was clean and neat with a smart TV and fast internet access. The only negative is the small bed (maybe a double) in the master bedroom. I’m sure it was mentioned in the cabin details, but I didn’t catch it. One last thing, the owner warns a steep hill if approaching from a certain direction. Challenge accepted. Of course we had to go check it out, and it was steep and awesome. I’d certainly stay here again for a weekend get away.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to everything but far away from all the business and touristy stuff. Our 4 kids also enjoyed it. And the air hockey table was a bigger hit with my kids ages 3-8 than I could have ever imagined.

We went to Stan's property for Spring Break. Stan was great with communication from the moment we booked. A few days prior to our stay, Stan sent a very detailed list of directions and this made finding the house very easy otherwise I'm sure we would have been turned around or led in the wrong direction by GPS. The check in process was also very simple and much needed after a long drive. The drive up the mountain took a little bit but once we arrived it was well worth it. The views were amazing and my kids loved the air hockey table and hot tub. We will be contacting Stan the next time we head back. Thank you!!

This was a top ten cabin. Anything you'd need is there. Enjoyed our stay greatly.

This cabin has all of the amenities needed for any stay. The process of checking in and out is simple and easily done. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Beautiful view of the mountain range and could see Pigeon Forge from the patio. The only downfall of this place is getting to it. Which is the cost of having a top of the Mountain View. So 5/5 on this place just have a vehicle to make the trip haha.
