Suprisingly quiet area and hotel, we had a room just by the pool and it had a stunnign view, very close to transport. Staff was super friendly.

Great location, close to the caldera, a super market and a few good restaurants. Themis was very nice and responsive. Shower was a good size, and separate from toilet and sink. Great view from balcony.

View is of opposite side of island (not caldera). I guess it should have been obvious based on photos, description and price point, but still a bit disappointed. Still a beautiful view.

Location was great - just far enough off the beaten path that it doesn’t feel overrun by tourists but close enough to the action that you don’t have to walk far. Loved the pool, and Yanni gave great recommendations.

Expensive, but it is Santorini and we were on our honeymoon!

The breakfast was very good! Plenty of food, that seemed to align with traditional greek breakfasts. Always served to our door exactly at the time we requested it. The hotel itself felt very intimate and away from the prying eyes and noise of travelers who walk the caldera, yet still only a couple minute walk from the caldera in Imerovigli. The personal hot tub was perfect for those colder/windy days. The staff were excellent and kept the premises clean and were very responsive to any of our needs.

The same breakfast is served each day. It would be nice a second option or some substitutions could be provided for people who are staying long.

Location

Excellent location - close to Fira, supermarkets, bus stop, all the best restaurants. The property manager Yannis is very friendly, helpful and responsive to requests. There’s a pool and lounge chairs, which is great for a bit of sunbathing and a dip in the morning. The suite is spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the east side of the island (so not Caldera, but you’re steps away from Caldera). The breakfast is good and there’s a bit of variety there day to day (different fruits, bread etc.) Overall great value for money!

Nothing to fault

Seven Suites is a perfect place to stay to have easy access to Fira (by a beautiful 20 minute walk) without encountering the crowds. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast each morning on the beautiful patio overlooking the pool and sea. Yannis, the property manager was extremely accommodating and helpful with suggestions for the area.

One thing to note is that this location doesn't face the caldera side of the island. However, it is peaceful and because it is in a flat location, it is accessible for people who don't want to tackle many steps to their suite.

Yannis has been amazing! He suggested us many beautiful place to visit and he was super warm and friendly!

The size of the apartment was good and was walking distance from lots of places for dinner and drinks

The apartment was more basic than we were expecting based on the price and in comparison to other places we have been staying on our trip. the balcony with jacuzzi is lovely but because of the properties location (note that it faces the east side of the island, not the caldera west side) it was very windy and the sun is only there during the morning which meant we couldn’t really use the balcony. Probably not a problem in the middle of the summer but cool end of Sept

The Seven Suites provided excellent accommodation. We had a lovely, large room and the host Yannis was brilliant at advising and guiding us on our visit. It was spotlessly clean and the facilities provided were superb.

The room did not get any direct sunlight in the mornings as the room is situated at the side, so this was slightly disappointing but it did not affect our brief stay.

The air-conditioning seemed to be not cool enough, otherwise the room met my expectations.

10/10. The room was lovely, clean & comfortable. The suites are a minute walk from some excellent sunset viewing spots, really good restaurants (we highly recommend Mama Lena’s!) and the host was incredible. Friendly, warm & he could not have been more helpful. Breakfast is lovely too! Highly, highly recommend - will be visiting again!

Seven suites is in a perfect location and a beautiful setting. Breakfast was served to the room at a requested time. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. A short beautiful walk into Thera, the area is much calmer and less busy than other caldera towns. The hosts where brilliant, giving us tips on places to visit on the island and arranging transfers when needed, which we recommend when going to or from the port or airport - the buses are very busy in high season and very difficult with bags.
