The apartment was clean, much more spacious than the pictures indicate and in an excellent location. The hosts were responsive and kind. The apartment had all the necessities and more. Only about a 7 minute drive from the "center" ever though there are many things to do in walking distance from the apartment.

It was really nice and I can only recommend it.

I have traveled to Ukraine a few times and rented apartments. I am from California, not Ukraine) So I hope this helps future tenants. The unit is clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and utensils. It has a fairly large bed and balcony, good size bathroom, air conditioner, heater, wi-fi, elevator access, and located conveniently 5 minutes walk to Metro and a daily Farmer’s market. The supermarket is within 10 minutes walk max. The Center is only 10 minutes by car. The owner, Svetlana, is very pleasant, responsive and accommodating. Oh, I must mention, there’s a free weekly maid service to clean the apartment and change towels and bedding. Montana restaurant is adjacent to the building and convenient for travelers who want to have a drink at the bar or eat some pizza or sushi. Lovely place folks. You will love this unit. Most importantly, you will love Kharkive. Thank you for your hospitality Svetlana!

It would be a great addition if the television had some English channels.

This is a beautiful and comfortable location only a short step from the underground station. There are many cafes, ATMs, and cute coffee shops nearby down the avenue. The apartment is great: the bedroom with a comfortable bed, a nice spacious living room with a large balcony, and the fantastic view around. One step away from the Montana Cafe, where you can have breakfast and lunch.
