We had a very nice stay for three days. Directions to get there were very accurate. We had a little trouble figuring out the locks on the doors, but Joe explained the correct way to lock and open the doors. Just an observation the house has everything you could possibly need, but the house is not suited for a person with disabilities. Otherwise it’s a perfect getaway.

What an amazing place to disconnect and relax. It was a great property with lots of really cool thinhs to do.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and Joe, the owner, was easy to reach. We would return. The gardens are something to behold. And there's a charming path to the water. A very special place.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group! It was meticulous in every aspect and the property and views were stunning! Joe was a pleasure to work with!

The home is beautiful and recently remodeled. The outside is gorgeous. We were turned off by the request to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels. The owner repeatedly asked to confirm that we were not going to use limos, party buses, have photo shoots, or have more than 12 guests. The owner's car was in the driveway making it difficult to turn our SUV around to leave. There was minimal storage for our own clothing as we stayed there 4 days with 7 total people. We had zero places to hang our winter jackets as the closet nearest the front door was full. The rear doors leading to the wood deck and spa was zip tied closed. We had 2 very small children in our group so we resorted to using the front door to access the backyard as the spiral staircase was difficult to manage with them. We did not feel at home at all.

This house exceeded our expectations ten times over. We came from Florida and stayed for 8 days for our wedding. Joe is an outstanding host. The house and grounds are immaculate & beautifully decorated. The bathroom alone got 5 stars! Literally the best shower I’ve ever taken. And the kids were blown away by the tv in the mirror. Every morning we walked to the water & were greeted by Waldo - the coolest duck there ever was. As soon as he hears the back door open he comes running in his fastest waddle. He was super friendly & ate right out of our hands. Little experiences like that mean so much. Our kids stayed in the bedroom downstairs & we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the picture hanging on the wall. It is of the Lake Worth Pier in West Palm Beach where we live. It was taken in the exact spot that my husband proposed to me. We all got chills! What are the chances? I highly recommend staying here. The quiet neighborhood, the incredible view from the deck, the hot tub … I could go on & on. Thank you, Joe for making my honeymoon perfect in every way. We will be back!

This house is absolutely stunning, from the amazing grounds to every thoughtful finishing touch inside. The upstairs bathroom is incredible- steam shower, the fanciest toilet imaginable, heated floors and towel warmer!!! Couldn’t have been a better location for getting ready with my bridal party for my wedding.

The house and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The house is clean, well equip and the view out the back is spectacular! Joe was an excellent host and easy to reach for any questions we had. Loved this property and will absolutely return in the future.

This house is AMAZING, and perfect for a getaway with some friends. I was blown away by the view, the wildlife in the pond outside, and the hot tub (perfect as the evenings got a bit chilly in early October). My favorite time was the early morning - bringing a cup of coffee to the deck as the sun made its way up the sky was the best. There was plenty of room to hang out together and spread out for some alone time. There were quite a bit of house rules (including a warning against red drinks, washing linens before checking out, and more), but I can understand how much work the home owner has put into making this house so beautiful. This should not be viewed as a party house - I got a clear sense that neighbors are frustrated with loud music at late hours and driveways getting blocked. I worked hard to make sure that we were quiet and respectful, so I would skip if you are looking for a place to completely let loose.

The house and property were absolutely gorgeous and kept beautifully. Really enjoyed the scenery and the hidden gem at the end of the boardwalk. Check in process was extremely easy and contactless. The only complaint I would have is that we were expected to wash the towels at the end of our stay. Normally I would understand but for the high price we payed to stay here I think that should have be included in the cleaning fee. But overall I loved this property and would absolutely recommend it.

Overall a good experience. The baths/showers need some attention. And the house rules could use some more details on how to work things.

The house was beautiful and the property owner was very helpful and kind.

This house is even better than the pictures show. It was clean, big and bright and the back yard is truly incredible. I would highly recommend for a week, weekend getaway, or even a mid-week spa day or two for you and friends. The hot tub is incredible. The steam-shower is a real treat. The ducks, swans and wild life you see in the yard and by the bay-front will all make your stress and worries melt away. Joe was super easy to reach, very quick getting back on any questions we had, and even offered early check-in. Would definitely stay hear again to experience the home in warmer weather, but even in January it was a relaxing, sunny, oasis all less than 2 hours from NYC. Highly recommend!!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Layout of house great for spreading out if desired. Fantastic large outdoor hot tub. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and nice appliances. For a house that's rented, the all white couches and chairs and requests to not drink red wine or red colored juices is a bit unusual. Owner very prompt to reply to messages.

I had an excellent stay at Joe's property in Bayport. The group was comprised of three couples from NYC. The house was as advertised in the listing. It's located in a quiet neighborhood in Bayport very close to groceries and some good restaurants. The house itself is very clean, modern, stocked with supplies, and comfortable. The property itself is gorgeous - we loved using the grill, eating outside on the deck, and lounging in the backyard. It's also a short drive from the Fire Island ferry which I would recommend for a day trip. The host was responsive via text message throughout the weekend.

A much quicker driver from NYC than to the Hamptons/Montauk, this property was comfortable for 9 of us over a 4 day weekend. A quick drive to the grocery store and Davis Park ferry. Would stay again

This beautiful property was perfect for my family’s quick getaway. My only regret is that we did not stay longer! The master bed and bath is on the same floor as the kitchen, dining, and living room which was great for my older parents. The two other bedrooms are downstairs which the rest of us happily stayed. The outdoor hot tub and master bath steam shower were nice touches and also, the Fire Island ferries were a quick drive away. The process to book and check in was seamless and Joe is always a quick text/message away. Thank you, Joe for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

This beautiful home was perfect for our extended family of 9. The location was a quiet respite from excitement of the wedding we were attending at the nearby Bourne Mansion. The children enjoyed the near by beaches and the adults loved the hot tub and beautiful grounds. The host was attentive and helpful. We would recommend this home highly!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Every detail from the flooring, to the furniture, to the sonos speaker system was spot on. The home is very open, spacious, and very clean. The views from the kitchen window were breathtaking. It even smelled nice and fresh. The beds were very comfortable as was the sofa sectional on the lower level.

After reading a lot of this house's reviews, I was almost suspecting it to be too good to be true, but this house is a gem. It's located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, which made it pretty private. Plenty of parking up front, and a gorgeous entryway into the house. As you enter, there's a living room with a giant fireplace and TV to the left, and around the corner are two bedrooms and a bathroom, so there is some separation from the other living quarters upstairs. Up the staircase in front of the main entrance, you get to the very big living room, dining area, and a very recently updated kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher, and it comes fully stocked for you to cook and eat all of your meals. The master bedroom upstairs is gigantic, as is the master bath. The beds and sofas were super comfortable, and we always had plenty of seating for our group. The outdoor hot tub (built into the deck) was a nice touch, and even though the weather made it hard to use, there was plenty of outdoor space with tables and chairs. Joe was very easy to get a hold of via text and answered all of our questions.

The house is immaculate, everything is updated and the design is very thought out. Joe the owner is available 24/7 via text to assist with any questions you may have. Though with almost everything in the home being Alexa enabled, it's quite straightforward and easy. The grounds and property are unreal amazing - we did a yoga class at the end of the walkway by the bay. Seeing the ducks and swans lounging in the yard was so peaceful. Just perfect serenity. I would give this place more than 5 stars if possible! Will definitely be returning soon.

We loved this rental property! It was like a little slice of paradise! The photos simply do not do it justice! We loved waking up to a sun filled kitchen overlooking a view of Joe’s beautifully landscaped bayside backyard! Joe was so attentive and his home is very private, clean, well apportioned and comfortable! It’s a pretty 10 minute walk to the beach. We definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway! Thanks Joe! We’ll visit again!

A group of us spent four days in this amazing home in Bayport in July. The accommodations were great and Joe, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The upstairs living area was a great place to relax and the dining area surrounded by glass presented a very pleasant setting for eating. When we arrived, everything was neatly prepared and the house was very clean. The outdoor area in the back of the house was great for taking walks and the kids loved watching the ducks, geese and swans. Joe - thank you for making our stay so comfortable and even for arranging additional propane when we were running low!!

What a beautiful home!! It was so nice to relax for a couple of days! Zero stress booking this home, I was amazed at how nice the owner was! He made me feel so comfortable with every text regarding the rental property. Memories were made! Thank You!!!
