Everything was perfect!! The house was clean and in a safe area. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. I would stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the house and it's amenities, we even had an area at the home we didn't even use. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is a great spot as a base for a friend gathering. The outside pool area is well set up for hanging out during the day and night (good chairs, outside BR, bar) and the pool was great and clean. Also good location with easy Uber access to downtown hotel bars etc and to Old San Juan. The beds are comfortable (would like to have had mattress pads) and the place was very clean. The neighborhood is pretty quiet,,, except for the rooster :). Our host was very nice but found the communication slow on requests or updates. We had asked for recs on restaurants etc in area and never heard back. The place would benefit from a Book of info on site, to provide info /recommendations on local area, restaurants, house stuff, etc.The kitchen is not usable so if you plan on cooking/eating on site it will be very tricky. There were two warped small fry pans and no baking pans/cookie sheet - very few utensils.

This house is awesome! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The supermarket couldn't be any closer and everyone was helpful. Several restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee house are within walking distance and the food was great.

My family really enjoyed PR from this location. Quick access to beach, groceries and Uber. A few things needed to be replaced, property manager was on top of it.

Excellent large house in Santurce, walking distance to the beach. It comfortably housed our group of eight people. The backyard pool and entertainment area was an added bonus.

Our group of friends had a great week staying here! Belen was very responsive and made communication easy. The house was very clean and a great set up for multiple couples staying together. The outdoor area was great, we got a lot of use out of the pool and watching tv outside while playing cards. The house was conveniently located close to great restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The host, Belen, was very communicative/responsive. The house was very nice and met all our needs for our family of nine. Close to beaches, Condado, restaurants, but rental car recommended, it helped getting around much easier. Neighborhood and surrounding area felt safe, house secure. Would stay here again.

This property was ideal for our family of eight, including a two year old. The property is was well appointed. We were able to grill out on two evenings. There’s a great butcher nearby— Cut. Also, a grocery store nearby. The pool was fun for lounging around.

This property is as advertised. Great location. The grocery store is right next door. Walkable to several restaurants and stores. Also a short walk to the beach. No issues with noise with a party of 8. Would recommend to anyone with a large group.

Nice and clean. Plenty of bathrooms for the amount of guests. Beds were comfortable. Pool and outside area very relaxing. Could use more outdoor seating as our group had 8 adults. Overall great stay.

The house was a perfect size for our 11-person group. Close to the beach and other fun sites, and an amazing pool area!

I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions and very nice. It is a gated community that is very quiet and relaxing, yet a short drive to restaurants and the city. Grocery store is a 2 minute walk, beach is 5 minutes walk. House was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I can't say enough good things about this property.

We loved the pool with the outdoor television, the beach 3 blocks away, and the store 1/2 block away.

The location of the property was convenient to the beaches and very convenient to the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay. Although the place was clean, it seemed they were in the middle of painting -many patches and primer over many of the walls which didn’t effect our comfort but made the place seem like it was under construction. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more lounge chairs for the pool area (there were only two) and maybe chairs/umbrella/ cooler for the beach. Those extra amenities would really have been helpful.

The house was great for a big group. Plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful backyard and pool. Lovely neighborhood near the beach.

This place is amazing just like the pictures. Not far from everything. We loved it and had more people book it after we put on IG. We will definitely be back Rosanna was very helpful. We had a great stay and enough room for Everyone to have their privacy. Love love love it!!! Thank you again.

Property was perfect for our large group. Everyone had enough space and the kids enjoyed the pool. The property was clean and easily accessible. The only negative was not having enough beach towels and chairs/umbrelllas etc. We didn’t have the ability to pack those items so it would’ve been nice to have them. Otherwise all in all a good property!

Property: was clean and roomy. The pool is a plus! I was able to wake up and take a dip right after breakfast, after the beach (after showering off sand), and any time of the day… even NIGHT SWIMS. There are these smalls bugs in the bathroom and kitchen but you have to understand Puerto Rico is an island, homes aren’t built to keep things out. Half of the windows are shutters because of the heat in Puerto Rico. So get over it, the place is great!!! Location: close to the airport, about a 10 minute ride. The supermarket is around the corner and full of locals, mostly elderly who are extremely sweet! Yes, the house is 4 blocks from a Project but as long as you aren’t walking around it or going in it you are fine! No one bothers you or walks around the neighborhood where the hide is located. There are a ton of working families around you. The beach is a 5 minute walk and very secluded. There were a handful of people there and they were very nice. Communication: communication with the host was great, she let us leave our luggage earlier. The power did go out one night but she was willing to bring us a generator (it quickly came on after our conversation). Stay here! You won’t regret it.

My family spent an amazing week at this home. The house was perfect for my 4 kids and husband. Location was close to the beach, grocery store, Old San Juan and the airport. We can not wait to return!!

My friends and I all agree this home was truly amazing. The location was perfect and the host was completely accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. We all look forward in staying in the same house in our future visits to Puerto Rico.

The house was great. Close to Condado and the beach. Market nearby is great for the essentials. Rosanna got us settled in nicely. The pool was great to have. We spent more time outside than we did inside most days. She recommended I try Sergio with Fix a Trip. He was a great tour guide and resource while on the island. He provides a Very personal experience.

Excelente propiedad, muy comoda, buena distribución del espacio, Rosanna super amable y accesible. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para solo llevar los alimentos a preparar. El area de la piscina, sumamente acogedora. Espero poder volver pronto.
