We had a great stay here. Very clean and well stocked. We were very happy with the location and the street noise didn't really bother us. The Newport Market across the street was a huge value add as well as the many little coffee/cafe shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed this rental. Plenty of room and a nice layout. Having a garage space was a bonus. The layout of the rooms created good space and privacy. Furniture was comfortable. The dining space and great room were good for us to host Christmas Eve gathering and dinner for 9 people. A couple of minor things that come with wear and tear on a rental but we informed the property managers and they were appreciative of the feedback. This location was fabulous as well. Great grocery store across the street; walking distance to cafes, pubs, coffee shops and a long walk/easy drive to downtown Bend. This rental made for a nice family holiday. Thank you.

We honestly were shocked to find that we thought the place was better than the listing made it appear. We love the location as many of our favorite restaurants were within walking distance. The property was large and gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. We came from a city so the traffic noise others mentioned didn't bother us but I can see how some wouldn't like it. Overall we liked it so much we extended our stay a day and will be booking again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bend, the house is large, has a very well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms. We knew (from reviewers) it might be loud and it was especially in the early morning hours when stores got the deliveries.the grocery store accross the street is amazing, as is the local walkable coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay, the main opportunity was with the cleanliness of the floors.. housekeeping missed dust and hairs on stairs and the lower level floors were very dirty as well, towels were in dryer Vs hung in place. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, this is a great house for larger groups. If they address the cleanliness this is a great place.

Great location, cool design, lots of space and good amenities for family members of all ages. But we found the place to be quite dirty, especially with dust.

We had a great time! Location was perfect for what we needed! The AC had trouble keeping it cold enough but it was pretty hot outside. Thankful for whatever AC we did have! Would definitely stay again!

What an awesome place. Location = perfect, clean ✔️ comfy✔️✔️ well supplied! ✔️. What a pleasant surprise when we showed up and found how great this property was. Our whole group loved it and my wife already wants to come back! Thanks so much for providing such a wonderful experience! The bikes are a nice touch to get around the area as well!

It was a great place and perfect for our weekend of festivities, but we did not have hot water for 2 days and ran out of dishwashing for soap after day 1.

We enjoyed our spring break at this home with our 2 teenagers. Walked across the street to a fabulous market. Down the street for coffee, and a great meal/drink! fabulous location and spacious! Kitchen and lovely home had all the amenities we need. Surprisingly quiet for the location too! Slept great in the beds! We'll be back!

Great space for family or group getaway
We love Bend!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful, stylish and spacious home. It accommodated our group of 6 quite well. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with all we needed. The location is convenient. We took advantage of the wonderful market right across the street! It is a fairly busy corner, fyi, and because of that there was definitely road noise. Those super sensitive to sound may want to choose a sleepier neighborhood. We loved the fairly close proximity to the river trail which we walked along each day. Do be aware, if you have back issues, the master bed is incredibly soft. Some may love that, not so great for my husband. Overall, it was a fabulous stay! We would recommend this home for sure!

Very comfortable, great location
In the past we have stayed behind the Mill district but we enjoyed this location much more. We are big walkers and downtown and the Mill district were very walkable and if you needed a break there were always plenty of stops for a beer on the way. It was a great week.

Just what we were looking for
Enjoyed our stay at the Haven. Great for our party of six adults. Plenty to do within walking distance. The home had a couple issues, but the management company was quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Nice house, fully equipped on west side of downtown. 7 mins to everything. Right across street from a grocery store. Will definitely stay again!

So much more than just an awesome location!
It’s very easy to focus on the location; which is easily our favorite neighborhood in Bend. But this home is so much more! It manages to balance modern finishes and cozy touches in a large, open airy design.
We had excellent meals; between Chow, Kanpai, El Sancho, Nancy P’s and of course Newport Market. Very fun to be in the heart of Newport.
Plan to walk your dog in the neighborhoods to get their sillies out, but there is a small convenient outdoor space when you need it.

Great House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was super easy and the house was clean and well stocked. The location of the house is very convenient and close to bars, restaurants and shopping. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent location
The property was very much as depicted - comfortable home for 8 in a very convenient location. Excellent upscale market, coffee shops and restaurant options within a block or two... and downtown is only a mile away - walkable for those who wish to do that. We had two vehicles. Parked one in the garage and had no trouble find on-street parking in front of the house for the other. Enjoyed our stay - in Bend and at this home.

Great location and perfect family home
This was a great location. Walking to downtown, or just needing a few items from the store, this was a perfect spot for our family party. And the layout of the house was perfect for family.

Modern and clean getaway pad
This is a very comfortable home that is nicely set up as a vacation rental. The radiant heat floors and gas fireplace were a real highlight for our winter visit. The high ceilings, beautiful woodwork, and modern decor helped us feel that we were on vacation in a resort.
The communication with the Bluebird Day rental office was good and there were no issues with the rental. This was especially welcome during this pandemic time when we were simply staying home (just not our usual home) to save lives

Enjoyed our Stay
We really enjoyed our time in Bend. The house is centrally located and the Newport Market across the street is a great resource. The home is as advertised and we found the bedrooms to be very comfortable.

Great location
This home is in a great location with lots of walkability. The floor plan is great with lots of light, and we appreciated the garage to park in each night. The kitchen had what we needed, and the beds were comfortable. It's a bit more weathered than expected with some repairs needed for the price point. It's also on a busy corner, so it's a bit of a fish bowl.

Great house
The house was very spacious and we loved the amenities ( water/dryer, stocked kitchen etc). The room with the bunk bed is more for smaller children with a weight limit for top bunk and low headspace for the bottom bunk but very comfortable. Great location!!

Property was wonderful. Well stocked, laid out and very comfortable for our group (2 families w 3 kids total). Really felt like a home. The perfect location was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Bend. Our accommodations were centrally located with access to the amazing environment. The home had a great layout with ample space and great furnishings. The Bluebird staff was responsive to our needs.

This is the best place we've ever stayed. The house is wonderful and cozy and full of light. It's in a great neighborhood! We recommend highly!

Family Vacation
Accommodations as advertised. Excellent location with convenient market across the street.
Family vacation with 5 adults and 2 children. One side - MBR with large shower and tub - great for Mom and Dad. Other side with 2 bedrooms for 3 adults and 2 children were crowded in the other full bathroom (shower over tub).
No tools to adjust bicycles.
No communications regarding construction of gas-line, which caused minor inconvenience in and out of garage.
FYI - ruptured gas line required us to evacuate the building for repair.

A fantastic stay and visit top to bottom. The house was fabulous for my wife, daughter, faithful Lab and me. A great base to explore Bend. Plenty of food and beer within an easy walk. Super happy. Can’t wait to visit again!
