Ronetta our host was extremely helpful with our questions even before we rented the property. The home was very well kept and the view was amazing! Lovely community with something to do for all.

Exactly what my 3 generation family was looking for-right on Lake Tahoe! We were a party of 10 from 2 to 72 and never felt crowded. We could paddle board from the front of the property or take a 20 minute walk to Kings Beach (little ones in a wagon). This gated community is very kid friendly with a short walk to tennis courts and heated swimming pool.

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It has amazing views of the lake, and easy access to the water and property amenities. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the beach too. My family had a great time in Kings Beach, thanks again!

This condo had the perfect layout for our grown family, and I cannot say enough about the spectacular view. It was comfortable and quiet, and we would not hesitate to rent again. A wonderful holiday get away!

We had an amazing time with our family staying here. We had kids from age 3 and up and it accompanied all of us perfectly. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook big family meals. The community pool was a highlight with it being so warm.

This house exceeded all of my expectations, and Ronetta was so wonderful about communicating before our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The location is superb -- right on the lake! The condo is very well maintained and if anything needs fixing the owner is immediately responsive. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful townhome right on the lake. The view everyday was incredible. The area is very peaceful, and the pool was the perfect temperature. All the conveniences - restaurants, lake beaches, grocery - are right outside the property area. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay.

This townhouse is in the perfect location for enjoying the Lake! You can enjoy all the water activities, family dinners in the large dining area, and board games on the large patio. Bedrooms are spacious enough with comfortable beds and linens. The place is tastefully furnished throughout! We would love to come back here in the future.

Came here for a long weekend of skiing at Northstar in January 2022 with some friends. We were a group of 8 ranging from mid 20s to mid 30s, including 2 couples. We fit perfectly in the house, including making use of the pull-out sofa in the loft so no non-couples had to share a bed. The house is very comfortable! The radiant heating was lovely (in fact, it works so well that we had to learn not to turn it up too much or the house would get a little too warm for us, especially at night). The views of the lake were the main attraction for booking the house and they did not disappoint one bit. Gorgeous panoramic sunrises and sunsets from the first level and the master bedroom. The only complaint a couple of people had were the pillows being too soft, but I personally prefer that and there are plenty of extras in one of the closets to double up on. Or consider bringing your own if it's important to you. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked for a rental. All the basic pots/pans & utensils you need, and then some. There were even unexpected nice-to-haves like a hand mixer, blender, measuring cups, coffee grinder, etc. Lots of large mixing bowls and baking sheets. Lovely Wüsthof knife set (though could use a bit of sharpening). There were also a fair number of spices in the cabinet and lots of fun liqueurs at the bar left by other guests! Loved that there was both a separate beer fridge AND a wine fridge, with a few beers left from other guests. Fantastic gas stove and I baked a birthday cake in the oven with no problem. Northstar was only maybe a 15-20 min drive every morning, and Safeway was about 5 minutes away. King's Beach is a really cute area and had lots of restaurants nearby I wished we could have tried, but we mostly cooked for ourselves. Wifi and cable worked well. Ronetta was extremely helpful and responsive both ahead of the trip and even after we left, when I had to reach out about an item one guest accidentally left behind. The house and location fully met or exceeded all our expectations. Would absolutely stay again!

A wonderful home right on Lake Tahoe. Well-equipped and fun for our entire family. We had a blast and will be back as soon as possible!!

We came to Tahoe for our wedding! We had 10 people in the condo and never felt crowded at all. It’s so spacious, 3 levels multiple rooms, bathrooms and balcony’s/decks. The views are even more amazing. Ronetta was so helpful, we needed an early check in and she accommodated us. She is so nice and sweet. We loved our stay at brockway springs. Everything was amazing. I had about 40 wedding guests all at the resort it was so fun, running into everyone and hanging out by the pool. Such an amazing experience. Definitely the best wedding weekend we could of asked for. When we arrived the smoke was a little noticeable. But when we checked out was blue skys. Thank you again, we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.
