Everything was nice, it's a full house at your disposal with a small pool and jacuzzi, view is nice, a little far from the beach and be careful at the road up to the villa (it's narrow and cliffy)

Very nice place to stay, would recommend. A lot of space and even has a smart-TV. Nice view and quite very private.
The only downside was the walk to the city which is on top a very steep road. Good exersise though.

The property had everything we need, it was huge, spacious and comfortable. The host was very friendly and offered the best services. I would prefer staying at this property when I come back next time.

Perfect stay for vacation if you travel with family or if you are group of friends. Villa has large dining room which fit all of us. The place is quiet and it was very clean upon our arrival. Every couple of days host changed our towels.

The house was very clean and very spacious, located on a hill about 5 min drive away from the center of Budva. The location was quiet and from the balcony there is a beautiful view of the sea.
The host was very, very helpful and very quickly to reply to any query we had.
Our towels were washed daily and our beds made daily. It was better than in a hotel.
We made use of the kitchen and there was even a barbecue outside which we also used. Everything was perfect really. We had an amazing stay. Thank you so much!

10/10 quality to price and 10/10 what you can expect based on the description/photos vs what you actually get. The place was very clean, cozy and there was really nothing to complain about. We had a great stay as four couples. Hosts were very polite and welcoming. The location was within reasonable walking distance from the Budva center and closests beaches (20-25min walk). Closest market/restaurants are 10min away. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Sunny Hill. The hosts were amazing! They had no problem with us celebrating our friend's bachelor party, they even bought us beer, wine and chocolates.
Every day, after we went on the beach, the owners came to clean the entire villa. The towels were changed daily, dishesh washed-up, bed sheets changed, and the air conditioners turned on.
Whenever we have the chance to stay in Budva again, this will be the place that we will book 100%.

The villa looks very good, it is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the sea. It has two large terraces, one with table and chairs, another with sunbeds. In the yard there is also another table with chairs and a swimming pool.
The owner is very kind and is available at any time for any needs. She greeted us with fruit, drinks and sweets upon arrival, and when we left we were also surprised with a gift consisting of chocolate and wine.
The house was arranged and the towels were changed daily, the bed linen changed, the water in the pool cleaned and changed.
Every day on the way back from the beach the rooms were cool, with the air conditioning on, so we felt very confortable.
Nearby there is a hypermarket, bakeries, restaurants with good prices. The quality / price ratio was a very good one, I sincerely recommend this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Sunny Hill! We had the owner of the villa nearby and for anything that we needed, she was there in a bit. The best thing is that she came everyday to clean (there is also a dishwasher to make things super easy) and put things in order when we were away, to make our stay even more enjoyable.

We liked the comfort of the villa, it is spacious and new. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, with drinks and all kind of information we asked. And the location is just what you need for a quiet vacation.

Vila is located in a quiet area about 2 km from Budva city center. Everything is functional, brand new and clean. We and our friends and family enjoy a stay at this villa.
