Beautiful, clean well appointed home on a quiet street with an amazing view of the waterway. The house had lots of room and several places to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a game of golf at a nearby course. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop on the water and about a 12 minute walk to a great sushi restaurant called Midori. Claudia was very helpful and the communication prior to check in was great. The deck was spacious and the sitting area near the water was very pretty. An outdoor broom would have been nice to have to sweep up the debris from all the trees but it didn’t keep us from sitting outside. We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Host was easy to deal with and responded quickly to questions. Definitely a place we will revisit.

This property definitely needs some major TLC on the exterior and grounds of the property. The description of the property is very misleading. The property is described to have views of the harbour and this is not the case. The views are blocked by trees and heavy bush and there is a tremendous amount of debris on the deck and furniture from the trees. There is no green space for the children to enjoy. The private beach is a 20 minutes walk. Purdy’s is not located across the street but behind the property which you cannot access as it infringes on private neighbouring properties. You will need to walk 6 minutes around the neighbourhood to reach Purdy’s by the harbour. The premium price paid for this property is not worth it if you are looking for a property to enjoy inside and out. The interior of the home is beautifully maintained and well furnished. I wish the exterior reflected the interior as a whole.

The first impression of this home was rather disappointing. While the inside is very lovely, well-kept and attractive, the outside is in need of some TLC. The deck is nice and large and well placed under lots of trees, it was understandable that there would be some debris, but it had obviously not been swept in some time. The gardens look like they had been very nice, they are also currently in need of attention. Other than that the home is delightful.

We were rather disappointed in the outside of the property. It is in need of some TLC. Inside was great, wonderful décor and nice and clean.

This property was great. It had everything I expected and was exactly as I thought it would be. I would recommend this property to others and I would stay here again.
