This property was Awesome. We could not have asked for a better location. We loved the older house "quirks", The "quirks" did not and would not affect our stay, it just made it better. LOVED IT and did not want to leave.

Very active street. If you like peace and quiet you came to the wrong place. If you like activity and excitement your good to go. We had a blast

The house is full of character and a good size for us and our six kids/significant others. Mary was very easy to get in touch with and responsive. We had an amazing week in key west and could walk practically anywhere. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great week. The property was clean and comfortable. Very ideal location. Close to everything. If you want quiet, this is not the property for you. It’s on a busy street. That did not bother us at all because we wanted to be in the middle of town. We would definitely rent it again.

This house is truly wonderful. The Pool is fantastic and perfect for cooling off in the August heat. We had 2 families and the layout was perfect and private for all. It is truly a beautiful property. The location is perfect to access sea excursions, Duval Street, and all that Key West has to offer. Our host Mary was always ready to assist during the entire booking process. We highly recommend Casa Rosa!

We stayed here for a girls trip. Location was great, had a pool for the hot afternoons, and enough beds and baths for everyone. Great place to stay for walking around the town. Definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful week at the Casa Rosa! The house was as described and in the perfect location-close to night life and restaurants. The best part of the house is the outdoor living area and pool! The house is very nice. The only thing is a couple bathrooms are small but wouldn’t stop me from renting again. It’s not advertised but if you have a larger group there is an upstairs apartment that could be rented. It was perfect for 3 couples. Mary, the property manager, was very easy to get in touch with and answered all questions asked in a timely manner.

It's all about location and this is it. Enjoyed the short walk to Duval and Great restaurants. Nice having a pool as well

We had a wonderful time together at Casa Rosa, as our Christmas gift to our family. Our 4 children are all in their 20’s, so it was a lot of fun being so close to all the action on Duvall St. We could come and go, or relax in the backyard shade by the pool, which was mom’s favorite spot. The house was perfect for multiple adults. Each bedroom had a bathroom adjacent to it. We love to cook together and there is a grocery store as well as a fish market, 2 blocks away. Anything we needed was a bike ride away. The property manager was very responsive and had the hot tub checked out and repaired within hours. The only criticism is that some of the appliances are on their last legs and the cooking pans could use an update, especially the skillet.

There were 8 adults in our group and we were very pleased with this property. It is centrally located in Old Town, so we were able to walk everywhere. It has a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and even some spices. There were plenty of towels, including a basket of pool towels. It is on a busy intersection near a fire station, so it can be a bit noisy, but not too bad. The smallest bedroom would be more appropriate for children or a single guest than for an adult couple. It was very nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom.

Location was walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and attractions. Mary at Dolphin Reality was attentive and communicated quickly and effectively. Pool and outdoor area was perfect for eight people. Kitchen was well stocked and orderly. Fourth bedroom was not used, but we did note that it would not have much privacy. A couple in our party stayed in the upstairs apartment. It was a great experience.

It was a great location. BRs all had baths which made it Very convenient. Location was a short walk to many activities. I’ll be back again I’d recommend bringing ear plugs as it is a major street that has traffic even at night. Plugs worked for us

The house is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the pool everyday! The bathrooms needed a good cleaning and we had a family of ants in the kitchen that never left. Mary was quick to respond and have ant traps brought in, but they didn’t work. The 4th bedroom is attached to another bedroom so it’s only useful if there are small children staying in the house. All in all, we had a blast and absolutely loved the location.

We had a wonderful time staying in the home. Mary was very good about responding anytime we needed anything. The only downfall was that the air-conditioning went out while we were there and the repair men spent most of the day (our last day there) repairing the system. No fault of Mary's, it just had to be repaired. Not the way we would have liked to spend our last full day in Key West. Overall, it was wonderful. I would stay there again.

If you are planning a trip to Key West...this is the house for you! Each bedroom has their own bathroom, a very large living room and dining room and kitchen! The private pool and hot tub are an absolute must to enjoy your days before heading out at night. It is 1 block from Duval Street. Mary is the best at welcoming you to the property and with any issues you might have.

The Casa Rosa is a perfect spot for seeing all the sights that Key West has to offer. The house is very spacious so all 8 adults had plenty of space to spread out. The pool was a bonus coming home after we had a fun filled day of shopping and restaurants. Mary was awesome when we had any questions or concerns she answered them quickly. We would recommend this house to our family and friends. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We will definitely rent this property again!

The house was a short walk to just about anything you wanted to see or do. It was spacious although the smallest bedroom is only divided from the larger bedroom by a louver door giving real no privacy to those occupants. It would be perfect for a family with children in those bedrooms. Having four bathrooms was great. The main attraction of the house was the tropical backyard with the pool. It had a nice covered patio as well and we spent many hours hanging out there along with a little lizard we named Jerri. He showed up every day and didn’t seem to mind us being there. The biggest downfall to the property was the lack of attention paid to cleaning details. The beds had fresh linens and the bathroom fixtures appeared clean, but the ceiling fans and dust on the walls in the bathrooms were so thick we cleaned a couple ourselves. Overall the convenience of the location and the backyard paradise made for a great vacation with friends!

The house accommodated 6 people easily. The location is wonderful for getting to Duval St., Conch Harbor Marina, shopping, food and more. There are a few insights that I would like to share. The house is a little wonky. Light switches that don't turn anything on or off, some fans are switched and some aren't, water heater that is powered by a wall switch, most importantly, the hot water tank can not support a house that sleeps 8. (6 in our case)

The house was entirely perfect for what we wanted! Each couple got their own rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen was roomy and the backyard was a great place to chill. I only have given the rating a 4 star because of the noise from the street, (the fire station is two blocks away) but considering the perfect location, it wouldn't stop us from renting from here again. We LOVED how we could walk to everywhere and if unwilling, the free-bus bus stop was only a block away. And finally, a special shout out to Mary for responding quickly whenever I reached out to her during the entire process.
