1. Communications with their team were efficient and friendly! Special thanks to Tatsu for being professional, nice and helpful. 2. Keep in mind Mt. Fuji is a bit moody, meaning having the Mt. Fuji view will depend on the weather conditions. (We got lucky in our 4nights stay though) 3. The room with the money shot view is upstairs, then there are 2 more "rooms" - living and dining downstairs that converts into bedrooms. 4. This is a legit Japanese house, such a great experience to stay in this typical Japanese accommodation. 5. The kitchen is absolutely well equipped for a big group. Washing machine is a bonus and even a clothes drying rack is available. 6. The bikes free to use are also such a great bonus. Including the free pick up and drop off to the train station. 7. We were able to bike to Fujiyama Onsen and the pathway to Chureito Pagoda from the house.

1. If you stay in the room upstairs (the one with the beautiful Mt. Fuji view) the walls are thin that you will wake up in the morning due to the cars driving past, I had to use an earplug to not wake up in the morning. 2. You need to cross the kitchen to turn on the light (it's super minor but will annoy you very much) 3. There were no clear instructions on how to use the hot water mechanism and the shower/ bathtub 4. The bikes were all the same size and if you are a tall person, it will be annoying to use. The bikes also needed some WD-40 before use.

Upstairs room could use some blackout curtains, it gets too bright super early in the morning and between the brightness and the sound of the train/cars/emergency vehicles, it was tough to sleep in.

The location was great, only 10 minutes by bike from the Chureito pagoda. The villa is spacious and in Japanese style. The view on Fuji-san is exactly as on the picture - magnificent to wake up to it! The self check-in was really easy, as was communication with the owners.

The only inconvenience was the proximity to a quite busy road, so in the morning it's quite noisy because of passing cars. But it's completely manageable during short stays.

Very close to the station and rent a car shop. Very nice overall!

Great location if you have a car to tour the area. Spacious home with everything you need.

The home is situated on a major road so I would not expect it to be completely quiet but for the price point it is excellent.

The location is superb and the house is very nice, clean and comfortable. The check in process is very convenient and I definitely plan on staying here again.

The house is well designed in a traditional Japanese way. Be ready to sleep on futon, have only low table and chairs etc, from top room the view on Fuji is Fabulous when this moody mountain want to appear :)

House can be cold as it is heated with airco style system like many Japan house. Based on location car is strongly advised to visit the area in the best condition
