1人で、各部屋をまわって食事の準備をされていたようで、大変そうだと、感じてしまいました。

房间大小和风景

室内空调噪音巨大，影响睡眠，阳台温泉硬件老旧，餐食不如以往精致，不能在房间内用餐

新婚旅行でお世話になりました。 お祝いに、お花をいただき、とても感激しました。 ゆっくり過ごすことが出来て、いい思い出になりました。 従業員の方も、皆親切で対応も良かったです。

特にありません。

一对一管家服务，直接在房间里办理入住和退房，晚餐和早餐也是在房间里用餐，房间的布置和餐具的品味很好，每位员工都受过专业培训。

一些细节还是有待改进，比如衣柜里准备了衣服但是没有配袜子和穿法说明。

The overall experience was fantastic, dinner course was amazing with great view from our room. The staff was extremely helpful, from helping changing the onsen temperature until we were satisfied and even helped me track down my lost my phone on the bus, very helpful and great attitude from moment we arrived. We would definitely love to return again.

Lo staff è stato eccezionale, molto attento alle nostre richieste. La piscina angolare all'aperto è molto rilassante. La cena e la colazione erano squisite e vengono servite in camera. La camera è molto ampia e pulita. Viene fornito tutto il necessario, dal pigiama al beauty con gli accessori. È un'esperienza che consiglio di fare se volete fuggire per una notte dalla caotica Tokyo!

La struttura, inserita sul portale come 5 stelle, dovrebbe fare manutenzione nelle stanze e alla struttura in generale anche in base al prezzo che prendono a notte. Anche le tegole esterne alla piscina andrebbero sistemate. I condizionatori sono troppo datati per una strutture di alto livello.

宿泊前の問い合わせにも丁寧に対応いただきました。 滞在中も終始、丁寧に対応いただき 部屋の露天風呂やお部屋食と 自分たちのペースでゆっくり過ごすことができました。　お食事はどれも本当に美味しかったです。 また、食器、カラトリー等も質の良い物を使用されており“おもてなし”のお心が伝わってきました。

他の口コミで建物の古さなど指摘もありましたが、 確かに所々感じる箇所はありました。 ただ、実際に宿泊させていただき 立地環境等を伺い、自然なことだと感じ不快にはなりませんでした。 静けさの中、室外機の音が少し気になりましたが それも閑静な場所なゆえ仕方ないのだと理解しました。

スタッフの皆さんのサービスがとてもよかったです。好きなタイミングでワインなどオーダーできた事。 特に朝、シャンパンを飲めるのが嬉しかった。

部屋の中に露天風呂があり、いつでも入れることができた。 お部屋が広くてゆっくりすることができた。 従業員の方々の接客が丁寧だった。

Everything was perfect, the Private Onsen, the room and the service the dinner was delicious and the public spaces like the Onsen and the Bar was perfect and I was allowed at night in the public onsen despite being tattoed

The service was outstanding! We really enjoyed the kindness and friendliness of each of the people that served us. They brought us welcome drinks and explained how everything worked. The private Onsen was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and coordinated shuttles for us to the nearby train station. Breakfast was amazing, and the dinner provided was opulent (bordering on obscene!) in terms of quantity. The presentation is also beautiful - it feels like a lot of care goes into the meals. We really enjoyed getting to practice our broken Japanese with the woman bringing our dinner courses. She was so sweet! The location was a real treat for getting to do all the Hakone sights while also having a nice serene place to relax when we returned home.

While the dinner was delicious, there were so many courses and we were getting so full, but more food kept coming! We felt bad that some of it was going to waste because we couldn’t finish it all! I think the portions and number of courses could be cut drastically and it would still feel plentiful. Be very very specific with any dietary restrictions. Dinner was at a set time so we did have to work around it. We didn’t know that a shuttle was available so we walked from the station the first day and didn’t realize how off the beaten path it was! We worked up quite a sweat getting there. Ask the hotel for a pickup! The place does smell a bit musty, and some aspects are a little worse for wear. Parts of the wood around the Onsen are rotting and probably need replacing, and some of the walls could use a clean, but nothing that took away from the overall experience.

-The staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive. -The dinner and breakfast service was lovely you can tell a lot of thought goes into it, it was also so nice that the hostess explains what each dish is. Unfortunately the hot food was stone cold by the time it was served, if that coupe be fixed it would be nice. -There are also a wide range of dvds to borrow which was great for entertainment.

- The room was not clean there was dust all over the walls, black mould spots, the smell of mould, wallpaper coming off the wall the sofa was so old it was worn out and looked horrid. - The outdoor onsen couldn’t be used as there were spiders all over the wall around it, the wonderful staff did come and hoover them but there were also multiple spider nests. I was so freaked out I had to stay inside but there were also a few webs inside that weren’t cleaned. - I think with a refurb and better cleaners this place could be great, however I was left very disappointed considering the amount of money paid

Our group of four stayed here in two private onsen rooms for one night. We were picked up from the nearby train station in a shuttle bus, a handy service because this whole area is quite remote. On arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff and a very smooth check in process. Our rooms were very comfortable, the private onsen was amazing, and we had a multi-course Japanese-style dinner together in the private dining room. All of the food and the staff were incredible. Our stay also included a really generous in-room breakfast the following morning, again excellent service. We really feel like we stumbled across a real find and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is in a bit of a state of disrepair, it's obviously an older place. However, if you can look past the cosmetic issues, everything is clean and serviceable. The staff, food and experience make up for any shortfalls.

I liked: 1) the pickup from the bus/train station 2) the view decor of the room 3) bed and pillows were super comfy 4) view from the outdoor hot tub was great

I didn't like: 1) the food was atrocious (honestly, inedible) 2) facilities are old and had quite a bit of mold 3) staff did their best to accommodate us but communication was difficult 4) hard to adjust the hot tub temperature when the staff doesn't answer the phone 5) I lost my physical invoice and reached out to get a digital copy but they denied my request

Open private onsen in the balcony, private dinner in the room and over-all service, buck-wheat pillows were so comforting, the hotel picks you up and drops you quite easily to and from the nearest station.

The couch in the room was old and needs replacement.
