This was absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had with a rental property. Adam was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He mades things seamless and easy. I wanted to take my family away for a quick winter getaway and finally pulled the trigger on this beautiful property! It was like a winter wonderland. It actually ended up snowing when we were there and we just fell in love with the entire experience. Thank you for a memorable and phenomenal winter getaway! We will cherish the memories we made there!

So much space! Everyone had their own areas and plenty of common room space. Huge property that was fun to walk around!

We loved staying here. It was an absolute winter wonderland, and our group is yearning to book sometime in the summer so we can experience both seasons at this luxurious farmhouse. Adam was quick to reply, and answered all my questions. The property itself was huge, the house clean, full of art and books, plenty of space for children and couples to spread out, beds were comfortable. The sixth bedroom is adorable, but not as spacious as the others so I would only plan on putting children or a single small adult in there. The toddlers we had in our crew loved playing in it. The big lux living room was our favorite room to be in, but as no tv so we brought a projector and screen and it worked out nicely. Would stay again 100%.

This was our second time renting Spruce Lake Farm, the first time with an infant. The house is so spacious and welcoming...plenty of bedrooms, and other rooms so everyone had lots of space, especially our grandson who was proudly able to crawl the length of the house! We had a great time exploring the area and supporting local farms, which allowed us to prepare some wonderful meals. The Kitchen had everything we needed. We had 2 fires in the beautiful living room fireplace; last time we also used the lakeside firepit, but the baby changed some of our plans! It was a wonderful time and perfect place for us to be with our kids and grandchild. We will be back!

Spruce Lake Farm is idyllic and magical. We enjoyed every moment.

We have been family vacationing for 15 years and this was the best well kept property, inside and out, that we have stayed at. Everything in the house was organized and well stocked. The teenagers had a lot of fun on the paddle boards, playing ping pong and fishing. Adam quickly responded to all of my questions.

This property in the Catskills is the perfect family mountain vacation. The house itself is spacious with lots of sleeping rooms. The furniture and artwork were amazing. The kitchen was equipped with just about everything needed. The large family room overlooks the lake providing beautiful views. We spent most of our time at the property: canoeing, paddle boarding, sunning on the dock, swimming and fishing, ping pong, puzzles & games. We did day trips to Cooperstown & Woodstock (each about an hour away). Don't miss the farmers market and little town of Delhi. Pub in Delhi was a great place for the one night we went out to eat. Young adults went ziplining at Hunter mountain. We all loved this property and hope to return some day.

Adam and Heinz were helpful and accommodating in helping us have a great family reunion on this stunning property. The house, property, and location allowed our multi-generation group to have fun together time, quiet alone time, and plenty of space for those who needed to work while here (strong internet helped all of the above). Everything about the property was as advertised and more. Our winter stay was a great way to spend with family and friends. We will definitely return to enjoy more of this property in a warmer season.

We had a great time. My friends, family and I have done trips like this before and this was our favorite house to stay at so far. All in all, great deal for a great house, I wouldn’t pass it up and will hopefully be back over the summer.

It’s a beautiful place to stay. We’re 4 families with kids age 3-6 and we had a great time with snow! Adam is very responsive. We will definitely go back for another long weekend!

Such a beautiful and natural jem!! We loved being surrounded by nature and the breathtaking views of the lake. The house is a great space for family and friends to gather and spend time together.

We absolutely loved this lovely cabin in the woods! Even with it raining half our stay, we all had the best time and wouldn't have had it any other way. There were BBQs everyday, endless games, and a view that never gets old. Just the smell of the air was amazing. Every one of us made lasting memories, and we look forward to making more. Next time, we hope to get in during the summer!

I booked this property to enjoy a weekend with my in-laws. There was initially a bit of a snag with check-in but Adam was quick to action and came through in a great way! This is an absolutely beautiful property for all age ranges. Close to hikes, close to all necessities, quiet and very accommodating. We brought almost all of our food and enjoyed the spacious kitchen and large dining table, the large sitting room was great for after dinner conversations and the beds were very comfortable! We even caught and released (mostly) some bass in the lake. We had younger kids (5 and 6) on the property one day and they were able to run around, play on the playground and overall have a great time! Adam is great with clarity in his communication and overall a pleasure to interact with. We'll definitely be back here!

My husband and I stayed with our sons, daughter in law, a few friends and one furry friend. Fishing and swimming was spectacular. The house was roomy enough for all of us. We laughed, cooked, drank some good wine and made wonderful memories! Adam was quick to respond to the few questions that we had. Would recommend for a family and/or friends getaway

This property was perfect for our blended family and friends. Big enough to always have something to do. Rained every day we were there but we still made great memories. Only complaint is that the floating dock shifted over night to the far end of the lake; from what we assumed was a result of the hard rains and winds we had over night. Otherwise we highly recommend a peaceful stay here!

Great property and fabulous time had by all.

Wow, what a great home. This place met all of our expectations. I am just not sure where to start when speaking about it. The home was very clean and was meticulously kept. There were ample supplies in the kitchen (including a crock pot and small food processor). We used the kitchen extensively and enjoyed the space it offered. The second fridge downstairs was a huge help as well. The bedrooms were comfortable and the mattresses were in great shape. We used the great room for movie nights (we brought a projector and movie screen). The WiFI was excellent and allowed us to download movies. We also made great use of the game room (fussball and ping pong). The grounds and lake were excellent. We were on the lake every day....most of the day. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. We did eat a few bass that came out of the lake and they were awesome. Biked up to the top of the mountain at end of driveway and also took several trips to local towns (Andes and Delhi were a lot of fun). Stargazing (seeing he milky way) on the deck at night was great and watching steam come off the lake in the early morning was extremely calming. The fire pit was also a huge success and we appreciated the wood that was supplied for it. What an incredible trip. Even when it rained we had ample room (we had 13 people) to play games and spread apart. My only recommendation to others....bring extra ice for drinks. Thank you Adam...the home was great.

Our time at Adam’s property was incredible! It really is a picturesque place and I feel so lucky that we could experience it. The house was set up perfectly for a large group with ample sleeping, eating, and lounging space. Heinz, the caretaker, stopped by to make sure we were ok and see if we needed anything and Adam was always a message away. We brought our own floats for the lake and the paddle boards were an awesome addition for us to be able to use. The water was crystal clear and so much fun to swim in. We made so many wonderful memories during our weekend stay and hope to be back for another visit. Being secluded with 8 friends has never been more perfect!

Simply amazing!!!!!

Literally perfect in every way! We got married in the area (Maple Shade Farm) this past Saturday and Spruce Lake Farm was an ideal home base! The house is MASSIVE, beautiful, and clean. Our family and friends all had plenty of space to relax and prepare. The lake is gorgeous and we had lots of fun paddleboarding and rowing around. We didn't want to leave!

This is our group's 3rd trip to the farm in the last 4 years. We love it more every time we go. The grounds and the house are great for a larger group and the kitchen is more than accommodating for meals. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Adam was terrific to work with. The house and setting were perfect for a family gathering. Plenty to do inside and out for young adults. Nearby hiking excellent. Kitchen well- stocked and plenty of room to either spread out or come together. I would highly recommend this property for an extended family gathering.

Picturesque setting nested in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Private setting, great large home. Accommodated our large group with no problem. Kitchen was fully stocked, laundry room was a good to have in the house with two washers and dryers. game room gave us a place to hang out while it rained. It’s a toss up of the best feature of the home, the great room with fireplace or the large deck overlooking the lake Overall great property, excellent communication with Adam. We will definitely make this our annual stay for years to come!

We spent a long weekend on Spruce Lake Farm for a little family retreat...me and my husband, our son and daughter and their husbands, and one mini dachshund. It was everything described, and we loved it so much, we booked again for next year! It helped that the weather was amazing, but the house is so large, with beautiful views, plenty of space to play games, read, or take a nap, that cold weather would have been fine. We love cooking, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Really hoping to buy from the many local farms next year!
