Great View wonderful condo perfect for 4 adults everything is close by downtown restaurants grocery stores all within a few miles The resort is clean as well as the condo checking in and out a Breeze Overall two thumbs up!!

Condo is very comfortable, like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The private patio is the perfect place for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! A short walk to the beach for morning and evening walks. The ocean view is awesome. Walk across the street for a delicious meal and a cold beer. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

We loved the proximity to Charleston and there is a beach!

Everything was so well set up, clean and nice. Very spacious and well stocked with utensils, pans and dish ware. Will be checking with stay better vacations for our next trip. Recommend highly

Our property was great! We could see beach right from living space. Quiet and cool. Enjoyed morning coffee looking at beach. Saw dolphins playing in water. There are plenty of restaurants close. Planning on visiting again.

The condo was well stocked.. Beds were very comfortable. The view of ocean was perfect. We will definitely look forward to staying at this property again. We have visited Amelia Island many times and I must say this was one of the best.

The location of this property was wonderful. Directly on the beach and a short drive to Harris Teeter which is a really nice grocery store. The pool is lovely and it was so nice to be in the pool and be able to see the ocean! Stacie is extremely responsive and helpful. There was a terrible storm while we were there. We lost power for about 2.5 hours (at 9:00pm). Stacie and her team were on it and communicated with us the entire time. The living room furniture needs updating. The two bedrooms are both private and very comfortable. We had a wonderful long weekend get a way!

This is a great condo. Very clean and well furnished. It made for a great beach vacation.

Process was quite easy once we decided.

Very nice rental. Only issue was Saturday afternoon and night with kids drunk and very loud with lots of profanity. Several of the guests said they could not sleep and were disappointed.

I can't tell you how much my sister and I enjoyed our time staying here. The condo is lovely. Beautiful view of the ocean and wonderful sleeping to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. We cruised all around Jacksonville - enjoying easy travel to many desirable locations. And thoroughly loved how close we were to beautiful and amazing Fort Clinch, Bone Beach, and Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach. But #1 for us, was how peaceful and quiet it was at the Condo. Not commercial feeling - but we could still walk to the nearby restaurant with great food, music, and outdoor patio.

I already tried to summit a review and it did not go through. I stated that when we arrived the room was hot and we tried to open the balcony door and we could barely open it and the screen door we could not move at all. We called management and they said they would send over maintenance to take care of problem. They did come over right away. Then we were taking out cups from the cupboard and on a couple of the cups , lipstick was still on the rim of the cup. We then washed out everything we used. The floor of the condo was warped and we were told there was no working icemaker in the fridge except for ice cube trays. There was a Mr. Coffee maker and not a Keurig machine. The filters on the wall were covered in dust and not clean. The guest bathroom commode would move when you sat down. For the price, this company should have fixed all of these problems. I would not stay in this particular condo again. We stayed in M3.

We feel so lucky to have found this condo for our last minute get-away! Great communication and super easy check-in & out. We loved the beautiful view and being so close to the beach. Everything was very clean and bright and light. We appreciated having enough paper products, soap, shampoo, dishwashing detergent & liquid, etc, for our entire stay. We felt very well taken care of, like they had thought about all the things (big & small) that would make our stay comfortable. I only wish the water pressure in the shower was a little bit better! But that was a very small drawback for such a wonderful condo! We would definitely stay again!

Our arrival at Amelia Island was a blast from start to finish. We stayed in a wonderful central air conditioned third floor two bedroom Ocean view condominium which was stocked with condiments, towels, and beach accessories. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable for a not so new facility. Hats off to the owners and management group for communicating throughout the stay and handling our reservation.

This property was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation spot. Quiet, comfortable, easy access to the beach and to all the area attractions.

Overall this condo is just lovely with an amazing view. It’s spacious and the beds are comfortable. The location is great, close to everything. That being said, the drain in the master sink is clogged, the cabinet door over the cooktop is falling off. All of the glasses and silverware that we used needed to be re-washed and there were dirty pans in the drawer. The humidity level in the apartment never went below 82° which made it a little bit uncomfortable.Cushions on the chairs in the living room need to be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable and well appointed. Shower pressure was a bit low but adequate.

Very good communication. DigitAl lock on front door was the key! Literally. 2 kings and sofa bed.

The check-in process was very smooth and easy. The door code right on time. When we got up to the condo, the guest bathroom toilet had not been flush. Yes there was a big turd in it. Which makes you think, was the whole bathroom cleaned? So we cleaned the whole bathroom. In this time of COVID-19 you would think cleanliness would be a priority. Walked into the master and there was a big black spider web in the corner of the room. We cleaned that room too. The kitchen was in good shape and you could tell it had been updated. There was only 3 beach chairs even though the condo sleeps 4. Luckily we had brought some. The furniture was old mismatched but useable. The water really just trickles from the faucet so good showers were out. The four of us would give it a 3 out of 5 stars. Not a place we would recommend. The cleanliness was the big problem. Sunrises were beautiful from the balcony though.

Stacie and team went to top professional level to help us with several special needs we have to have a good vacation experience. The property, location, ocean view and Stacie's team was the best experience we have had in 50 years of travel and vacation property rental. Well done!

Great location, amazing sunrise and proximity to the beach. Beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Couch and chairs need new cushions, a bit worn and uncomfortable. We would recommend 2 gate passes for couples for convenience.

The condo was great. We had the best view and the condo was so cute and clean.

The property was beautiful, unit so thought fully equipped and clean. Stacie was an angel to help in any way. We definitely will come back and stay at Amelia South M3 again.
