Great place, relaxing environment, and beautiful scenery. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything about this condo is as pictured and described! Very comfortable and clean. Great location, easy to navigate. Property manager responded quickly to questions.

Two couples visiting to golf, shop and relax. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Pool was great too. Condo had everything we needed. Loved the green space behind the complex. Condo complex was nice and quiet.

We stayed for a month at this location and loved the layout of the property, with the master bed and bath upstairs. Living along the green belt really had its perks, including seeing wildlife and learning much about disc golf. If we ever had issues, we would call or email and the response back was so fast. For example, we had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, yet she stayed on the phone with us until it was resolved, including after hours. The golf was also a nice touch, and my husband loved it! Would highly recommend working with this corporation.

The unit was updated and had all that you need for cooking and food prep! We enjoyed the location as it is next to the greenway and nice for walking! The unit is clean, updated and lots of nice space! Very pleased with this condo!

Great condo and great location microwave was broken and coffee maker needed replaced. Not super clean

Nice place. Neither the microwave or the dryer worked very well and the heating and AC were pre programmed so if you are uncomfortable at 75 you would not like being here.

We came in for the Women’s half marathon and it was the perfect location and lodging for our trip.

Had a bad experience overall. They texted us at our home airport just before leaving letting us know that the upstairs AC was dripping and they were waiting for a part. I thought how nice they let us know, without realizing they didn’t expect it to be fixed for another several days. We arrive and unit looks like the pics so we thought it would be ok, still not knowing AC still had several days to stop dripping. No dresser upstairs as another reviewer noted. I had to sleep downstairs from the dripping noise. I text owner asking for pet refund since we didn’t bring it and they agreed right away and processed it. Awesome. Next day noticed rain shower didn’t work and kitchen faucet was very loose. Let them know. At end of day we got back and both were fixed. Handyman had walked into shower with dirty boots and cleaned it up with the white shower mat and left it for us to clean after, but at least it worked. Then upstairs AC freezes up. We turn it to 90 for a couple of hours and we get it working again but it’s hot now up there and takes quite a while to cool. Still dripping. Next morning we wake to two 2 inch (no kidding) roaches making themselves at home. Disgusted. Notify owner. Get back at end of day and they had it sprayed by professional. Feeling optimistic again. AC upstairs still dripping and feeling very humid from the faulty unit. Got up next day to a couple more giant roaches climbing the walls. Nothing feels clean now and night before dripping pan was kicked over with that mess. Go out for our purpose in town. Mid day arrange for another place. Notify owner we would vacate property by end of day and would like to be refunded for remaining days. Owner agreed and we got that check 10 days later. We still paid cleaning fee. We still paid management fee. Communication with the owner was awesome. Maybe this a just bad circumstances. They fixed stuff fast for what was in their control, but seems like they let us pretty much got us there before letting us know the AC wasn’t up to par, in August, in Phoenix. They could have done that sooner it seems unless it was literally that day it broke. Maybe. They could have gone above and beyond and ate the management fee and cleaning fee. They could have offered up another property they own/manage at any time but didn’t. I still ended up paying the same overall for the 4 days we were there compared to the 8 days we got reimbursement for. Owner seems honest but we probably won’t back ever.

No dressers for clothing. Ants crawling in the kitchen. Shower faucets not working properly. The A/C being automatically set at 85 degrees during the day during this heat wave was not very comfortable to come back to. Took hours to cool it down. No seating available outside for coffee in the morning. Dishwasher not secured under cabinet in kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! the location on the green space was so nice to access for walk's and bike rides. The pool was relaxing and beautiful, we enjoyed it 12 out of the 4 days we were there. This unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable

Location is excellent. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and on a green belt. So quiet! Condo was spotless on arrival. Comfy bedrooms and generous kitchen. Highly recommend!

This was a great place!

Our family had a wonderful stay and we hope to be back. Proximity to local attractions and amenities was perfect, the condo was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated and the pool was awesome. Also the walking path in the park was right out the door so perfect for morning walks. Loved it!

The condo is upstairs and inside is a two level unit. Nice separation but the walls are thin and we could hear people talking outside, upstairs and heard some workout equipment (treadmill) somewhere where walls are shared. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had lots of things to make a meal. I would suggest bringing waters and your own coffee, During baseball spring training, its a good location, just about a $12-$18 uber to Oldtown Scottsdale. Very nice access to a bikeway that does run all the way to Oldtown.

A great place and great location. We appreciated the use of the garage as parking can get a little crowded. The place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. :)

We spent 3 lovely weeks at this condo. The location next to the park is perfect for long walks. The grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The patio could use some furniture but otherwise it is a very comfortable place.

We loved being so close to walking trails, restaurants, campus and Old Scottsdale. So convenient! Beautiful place and very comfortable.

A 18 day visit. Clean updated place. No complaints except for a minor thing. I knew this already before getting there so I don’t really have any rite to complain. A table and chairs outside the door would have been perfect. . Other wise it was a great stay!

We were visiting our daughter in Scottsdale, (she lived in the apartment complex nearby) for Thanksgiving week. Our other daughter and fiance from El Paso joined us as well. The location is wonderful, we cycle and enjoyed the sunrise each day and the walking/biking paths just outside the door. We could cycle to Tempe Mill Street and Old Town Scottsdale easily. The whole unit is updated and upgraded, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. they are really nice, and functional. The beds were comfortable, sectional really cozy. Loved having the garage to store bikes. Everything is clean, and it is nicer than the photos show. The kitchen is adequately furnished, we cooked breakfast there most days. Coffee maker works like a charm, which is critical for my crowd. TV in the master was great. We had no issues with check-in or out, everything was simple and without a hitch. Keys, garage door opener all as described and everything worked. Had a great time, would rent the unit again.
