We stayed here for a weekend while visiting our kid at UNCC, and everyone just loved this place - it's spacious, modern, with amazing amenities and access to the lake. The additional services (chef's food and rentals) were top-notch too - try their cookies if you have a chance!

Family fun and many memories . The property had everything we needed and it was very clean and maintained , Beautiful outdoor living as well. It was everything as stated . No one will be disappointed staying here.

Great house! Renting the boat from them made everything so easy. Had the boat at the dock when we arrived. Convenient marina an earshot away which made it super close and easy to get gas, ice etc. House was brilliantly renovated. Very clean. Nice televisions and great WiFi. Would def use SLN again!

Stayed here to hold a local staycation and self-care time to celebrate my 50th. The property and location was absolutely breathtaking! Very nice location and ammenities!

The house was perfect, the view was perfect, the rental management company was perfect There were a couple of older members in our family that had a difficult time getting up the front steps, as the first step was a little high and there were no railings. Within an hour Shawn from the management team had built and delivered a small step that made entry into the home do much better. Service - above and beyond. The house was we'll furnished and equipped from logs by fire pit, any cooking item you could need in kitchen and toiletry items in bathrooms. In many ways the house is great for older people - all one level, walk in showers, areas in rooms easy to maneuver. There are a couple of things that would make it better - railings on stair entry into home, grab bars in showers. However, for family without older members - perfect Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My family wanted a place for the holiday that was close to home. Since we all have not had the opportunity to travel this year because of the pandemic...creating a special holiday was sooo needed. This beautiful home DID NOT disappoint ! All the pictures are a perfect representation of the home we had the pleasure of spending our Christmas holiday! From the expansive living areas to the beautiful grounds. Though it was winter.....the outdoor living space is exceptional ....huge areas for fun and play. Beautiful waterfront as well. Plenty of room to play and gather inside and out...for kids and adults. We can't wait to come back in the summer to have a wonderful family summer vacation!

My group consisted of 7 PhD students looking for a place to focus. We chose this location for our writing retreat because it seemed to be a nice scenic environment to focus without distraction. We loved it! The spaces are beautiful and provided us with various places to disperse to write but also to come together to socialize and check in. We have decided that we will return; and will try again in warmer months so that we can enjoy the lake in its full glory! Also, the sunrise is beautiful and you can witness it just standing in almost every inch of the house!

The property was beautiful. I loved it. It was just the Racist neighbor that was giving us problems the whole time we stayed.

The property is beautifully decorated. The layout is perfect. The atmosphere mirrors being on a private island. The view of the lake is spectacular. We plan on scheduling another stay in Summer 2021.

Wonderful appointed home with all the amenities for the whole family to enjoy. We would highly recommend and consider renting again in the future.

We were awoken by gentle birdsong, and enjoyed lake vistas from the broad deck of this tranquil property. Fabulous! When it rained, we STILL enjoyed the covered deck! Great dock as well! The communications from this management company are easy and timely. The house was in a great location on the lake, and it's a cool house! The decor is beautiful! And it was spotless! A biggie: the mattresses are all comfortable! We would definitely rent this property again; cannot recommend highly enough!

Whoever remodeled this house went OVERBOARD. Everything inside looks brand new. The dock is such a cool place top hang out. Can't wait to come back.

This property perfectly suited our family. We cook a lot & kitchen was well stocked. Easily accessible to food markets. Lots of great shade in the afternoons. The living area with comfortable sectionals was perfect for gathering. The porch & dock sitting areas were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless, We so hope to return next year,
