We consider it a second home!We did have to keep receipts of when we originally booked because our bill (and a few friends who used the same company) was much higher when it came due then when we originally signed. They made the bill right but it is something to keep an eye on!

Being able to stay walking distance to the beach made it easy and convenient with small children. This is a beautiful unit and our kids loved the bunk beds and having their own tv in their room. Beautiful, lush landscaping throughout! We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was kind of a pain just because we had to go to a different building and get our keys. We were traveling with little ones so they were restless. Everything else was great. Super short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place- clean and spacious. Very nice breeze at night and I am generally a hot person. Pools, grills, shopping and food all near by. Every morning there is a lot of noise around 7am- however we just got to the beach earlier. Awesome place to stay we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great week!

The main element that we noticed on the first day was that any kitchen equipment needed for cooking or tools was at our fingertips. The property was well equipped and kept it simple when preparing meals or snacks. The service staff was accommodating and professional and recognized our needs, and we were well taken care of during our stay. It was a pretty noisy area due to the garbage trucks, but that is a city issue, not the property

We enjoyed our stay. I have rented several units at North Coast and this was the first time they did not have our name on the list for check in. Not sure what the miss was but Douglas at the guard station was very helpful as I had all my confirmation information with me.

This is the quality of service we have come to expect from MMV. They are the best. Unfortunately, the location of the unit is poor. It faces the street. Dragsters with engines roaring day and night, garbage and recycling pick-ups at early hours, and default location for service vehicles all right in front of the master bedroom and the LR balcony.

Our entire family loved the location and entire experience of renting this condo. It was safe, clean, and well managed. The beach was impeccable, walking distance to delicious food and plenty of entertainment. We will be a back as often as possible. Thank you so much!

This is our third trip to NCV this year, we have loved the ambiance, location, ease, security, cleanliness and fun the property has to offer. In regards to this condo- top notch, view was incredible place was impeccably clean and we wanted for nothing. Utilized the towels, kitchen, smart TV, beds to the fullest and the beds are comfortable and not too crammed in the rooms.

Absolutely loved this place, right on the doorstep to the beach, spotlessly clean. Everything you could need in the property, the only one thing that I could suggest would be a clothes airer/dryer for those clothes that can not go in a tumble dryer. There is also a sofa bed, which I don't think was on the listing, but was a great surprise for my older son as he wasn't best pleased about sharing with his younger siblings. We travelled from England and stayed in a few different places and this was by far the best out of them and we wished we had of stayed longer at this property instead of the others. If we ever come back to oceanside, we would 100% stay in this property again.

We really didn't need anything, it was all provided from games to every possible kitchen utensil. The parking spot is pretty close as well. My only complaints were the ants and no A/C. The fans provided did help some but it was still very muggy.The ants were annoying, we saw them more in the master bathroom. You literally can't leave anything on the floor or counter. They got into my makeup bag and clothes. The kitchen, I only saw a couple but we were very cautious to have our food protected. We did have a nice though, the staff were friendly and helpful, even when we called about the ants, they were able to give is direction to alleviate some of the stress.

We enjoyed to stay in this property! There was enough space for everyone! The kitchen was stock perfect, everything was very clean and the fans were very helpful during those hot days! Strongly recommend!

It is a really comfortable unit and there is nothing to complain about with the unit itself.

The resort is a bit confusing with its winding paths and lack of directions on where to go. The laundry room in A building is on the garage level, but relies on wifi....which due to its location, one cannot get a signal. Load up your money in the app before you go to laundry room and things work much better.

The biggest issue with the unit was the noise due to its location. If you want a peaceful vacation, this is not the part of the resort to stay at. Since no units have A/C, you need to have windows open most of the time to get the unit cool. That leads to a ton of noise because of the street outside the unit has a lot of traffic. Either motorcycles, loud cars, or noisy people...you hear it all. The trash collection also takes place on the street. They roll the dumpsters out from the garages and line them on the street. The dump trucks then are processing them out in the street....and there are a lot of dumpsters and thus a lot of heavy metal banging against heavy metal (and not the musical kind). The landscapers do a good job...but they also tend to do it at 8AM right outside your window.

If you are not going to be in the unit a ton or trying to sleep or watch TV with the windows open, then you will be fine and you will love the proximity to the beach. If you want some peace and quiet, choose a different unit.

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. The location was incredible, a block from the beach and also two pools and two hot tubs we could use on the property. We walked everywhere and there were lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The condo itself was clean and cosy and had everything we needed. I’ve been on many vacations over the years but for some reason Oceanside keeps popping back into my head and I just long to go back there. I would whole heartedly recommend this condo, we cannot wait to go back.

The location of the condo was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The property was very clean and organized. As a mom of 2 young kids that touch EVERYTHING and COVID still around, I have high standards for cleanliness and this property really met my standards. The only downside was that the property has no stroller/wagon accessibility but it wasn’t a big deal for us as there wasn’t too many steps. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

Very clean and beautiful. Walk out the gate and you're at the beach. The road can be a bit noisy. They did do the trash one day but it wasn't break of dawn. The ants are for real, DO NOT leave anything on the counter... Its hilarious how the appear. Overall Very relaxing . Everything in the kitchen. Pots, pan, pie plates, cake pans, mixer, wine glasses and opener, I believe there was a blender, beautiful plates and glasses. Beach chairs and umbrella. Our truck fit in the garage but would never have fit in the parking space. Parked in the front parking lot with permission of the guard and it worked out great. Very nice property. Would recommend it very highly!
