Magique! Tant l’établissement, que le personnel, que le service! Les employés sont incroyablement gentils et serviable, l’auberge est tellement agréable à vivre, on s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison, ma chambres été super propre et le lit super confortable, on a son intimité grâce aux rideaux et ça change tout! Les douches et wc sont super propre et agréable, rien n’est laissé au hasard dans la décoration de cet auberge, la cuisine est trop bonne, les massages gratuits tous les jours un vrai +, le petit déjeuner proposer compris dans le tarif est super, l’emplacement à mon goût est super, j’ai tellement adoré cet endroit que j’y ai prolongé mon séjour! Rien à redire, inoubliable!

Personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Équipements très confortables et propres. L’hostel propose également des excursions et événements, ce qui permet de connecter avec les autres personnes y séjournant !

The pool and garden were beautiful, food and drink from the bar was tasty and well priced, beds are large with privacy curtains. Would definitely stay again!

Toilets are a long way from the bedrooms (across the garden) and very smelly by the late afternoon/evening.

Loved my stay at Kuna. Everything from the double bed, the vibe, the pool, the fluffiest pancakes you’ve ever eaten, the free massages, the staff! This place was so well thought out!

The only very slight drawback is that it’s located a 7-10 minute scooter ride away from the main part of the city.

Ruime kamers met grote bedden en genoeg opbergruimte voor een grote backpack. Prima ontbijt, goede ijskoffie en sapjes en het personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Een toilet boven was prettig geweest. Dan hoef je midden in de nacht niet zo ver te lopen.

very spacious, very neat and clean, staff is well trained and can communicate in English. the swimming pool is very clean and safe. also it’s a freshly built property.

hard to find the location and the street looks scary in the night. light issues in the street and need a bigger sign board at the entry gate as well as few other directions sign board on the way.

Toilet is not near. Need to re-think when go there at night. Less variety of breakfast if want to stay more than 3 days.

I really enjoyed the vibe overall. The staff is so great and nice, had great chats with one of the guys from the bar. The food is also good, but a bit pricey for Ubud. The thing that I loved is that they have Brazilian dishes on the menu (being Brazilian this is a plus). rooms are big enough, beds are comfy and large. Breakfast is good too, simple options, but the banana pancakes are superb.

Being a person that pees a lot, even during the night, I didn’t like that the toilet was on the other side of the room, so you have to cross the garden/pool area. Many nights I ended up holding in cause I just didn’t want to go down the stairs and cross the main area. But honestly this is a small detail, and something you can deal with for a few days.

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The attention to detail was incredible! The rooms were cleaned everyday, the beds were made everyday, the free massages and yoga were amazing, also the breakfast was great. Great experience.

Amazing hostel! The staff were great, so friendly and remembered everyone's names, social events every night to make friends so perfect for solo travellers. Food was really good including the free breakfast, and the hostel just had such a nice chilled vibe. Would 100% recommend!

Beautiful, calm, massage on premise

The booking is very strict, modifications are not allowed, lack of flexibility of the staff.

Amazing place. Love that they organize something each night, so you get to know the other people. Free yoga at 7, free 15 min massage a day and very helpful staff. Also within walking distance of Ubud Palace (about 20 min walk) and next to the money forest. Airco in the room, big bed and curtain for privacy

The only bathroom is next to the pool, which is a few steps. Perfect if you're laying at the pool, but less if you're brushing your teeth and you forgot something in your room. Also, 3 sinks for the entire hostel is a bit too little, sometimes you have a wait a little bit. But small details..

Location , its just so close with restaurants and cafes

The fact that we share bathroom and toilet with men as well as to go to bathroom we need to place the area where people are watching movies. Just very unpleasant

It was clean, stylish, comfy, location, price and activities.

I wish there was a single room option.

Everything was perfect. The price is higher than many other hostel for a reason. Rooms are clean, showers are spacious, pool was great, food was delicious, yoga and massage is included in the price. They even make your bed.
