What a beautiful place to gather family members together from Maine to Oregon for our granddaughter’s graduation from boot camp. May I suggest a coffee mug tree out by the coffee station. We played games and caught up on family time as we watched the boats and dolphins in the water way right at the back of the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Perfect for our family vacation. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, but with easy access to dinning, shopping, and various entertainment venues. It's very well stocked with the essentials and then some, making it feel like home away from home. The views were incredible. We loved our stay in Port Royal!

I’ve been wanting to stay in Josh’s place for a couple years or more… never could get my timing right … we finally purchased a place across the road and needed a quick trip in for meetings… Loved our stay here, the place was clean and the view perfect… loved the walks in the neighborhood daily… thank you so much , our yorkies loved all the new friends they made…

The Port Royal property, with a beautiful view of the water and marina was relaxing and had all we needed for our stay. Able to take a quiet walk/run in the morning. It was a perfect place to visit the local historic area, plus a short travel to Hilton Head and Charleston. Couldn't have asked for more!

Perfectly located cottage neighborhood surrounded by moss draped live oaks with stunning sunrises over the river and marshes. The beds are indescribably comfortable so don’t sleep in and miss them!

The house was very comfortable and situated very close to both Port Royal and Beaufort. Being on the water was so relaxing. The neighborhood is tucked away and private. The neighbors are super friendly. Actually everywhere we went we were greeted by friendly folks. Josh got back to me right away and talked me through using the dang remote at one point. User error but he was very calm and accommodating and everything worked out well. All in all a great experience!

This was our first trip to South Carolina and we could not have chosen a better home. We were impressed by the beauty of the neighborhood and the beauty and convenience of the home. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. The location is convenient to everything in the surrounding areas. We are so thankful we were able to stay here and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful week at this property. The house is exactly as it appears online. The porches are so nice and give lots of options to have different groups of people to use. We had a toddler with us and he loved the porch areas, especially the little lizards on the outdoor porch! The kitchen is great for cooking and had anything you may need. Would definitely stay again. A very relaxing week in a beautiful area!

This was our second time staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The owner was easy to work with and resolved a minor issue quickly. The sunrises over the Beaufort are amazing!

This property was a great fit for our stay during my sons Bootcamp Graduation. We had a family of six in the house and we all fit comfortably. It was beautiful decorated, clean and had a beautiful view of the water. It was nice to sit in the sun room in the morning, drink coffee and watch the sun rise. The location was very convenient, close by the base only about 13-15 minutes away. Also close to downtown Beaufort. We had a wonderful stay!

The house has been beautifully renovated - lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Being on the wetlands was wonderful - we spotted many dolphins, egrets, even an alligator swimming along the shore!

We stayed for two weeks in this charming paradise. The house was immaculate, inviting, and provided every need. The neighborhood has a small circle where we walked our dog — I could not stop looking up at the beauty of the trees as well as enjoying the gorgeous yards of the neighborhood. Everything you need is in close proximity, just a few min drive. My husband would take his morning run on an easy path to Beaufort and back. I only wish we had discovered the marina restaurant earlier in our stay. The absolute BEST part was our view of the water from the deck, sun porch, den, and main bedroom. From sunrise to sunset we watched birds, dolphins, tides changing, sailboats, and just enjoyed the peaceful breeze.

Watching sunrise over the river was amazing! With this home, you have the option of watching from the deck or from the enclosed porch. Or you can watch while eating breakfast on the porch! We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The house was clean, tidy and well-equipped. Although I brought my reading material with me, I was interested in the variety of books on the shelves. Port Royal Landing is a quiet neighborhood with friendly residents. We enjoyed many walks while we were there. And it’s convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. Joshua & Stephanie provided detailed check-in info and were cordial and responsive to inquiries. Looking forward to visiting again!

We spent the month of February in this waterfront cottage, mostly on the heated, enclosed back porch surrounded by beautiful views of the marina, marsh, and boats floating by. The cottage is set up for comfort with cozy, overstuffed indoor furniture, a padded sectional on the porch, and sleep-worthy beds in every room. The kitchen is well-appointed with sufficient pots and pans for cooking any number of dishes (we did bouillabaisse, roast chicken, shrimp, monkfish, sea trout, oysters, scallops and more; try Seafood Express for fresh seafood, on Ribaut just around the corner from the house). The wine refrigerator on the porch is great for storing bottles to keep room in the kitchen refrigerator for food. AND this is the first VRBO I've been to with such fabulous wine glasses--white, red, and champagne! We had unusually good weather for February and so spent most of our time outside exploring, but on the couple of days of non-stop rain we were able to entertain ourselves with the Roku TV on the porch and the living room TV set up for signing into all your own streaming accounts. Very handy. Our one minor suggestion would be to have a coffee table or ottoman in the living room. It would add to an already comfortable room. We would definitely consider renting this home again. And you should, too!

Our stay at Port Royal Landing is one of the best places we have every vacationed. Although we were there for our son's Parris Island Graduation, it felt like a true vacation. The property was impeccable, the views were awesome, and the overall process was just flawless. Thank you for a Great Experience !!!!

This beautiful home gave our group everything we were looking for and more. All the bedrooms were equally luxurious with their own view of the waterway. We loved sitting out on the sunporch, and the deck captured the warmest rays of the November sun. We loved sitting out there watching the birds, and even spotted an alligator. This will be our top choice for our next visit.

My husband and I rented a beautiful home in Port Royal SC overlooking a marina. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone that is looking for water view with quiet relaxation

This is , by far , the most beautiful rental we have ever stayed at! Immaculately clean , well stocked , with friendly neighbors in a lovely neighborhood . The view from the back deck and sunroom are spectacular! Owners respond quickly to questions. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat ! It made our first trip to the Beaufort Port Royal area one we will remember forever!! Thank you Joshua and Stephanie for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We fell in love with this area and dream of moving here someday !

In one word this house is amazing! Everything was immaculate and believe me I’m picky about that when staying somewhere on vacation! The kitchen was the most well stocked of any home we have visited on vacation. The downstairs bed was so comfortable and the shower was so nice. The view off the back deck was beautiful, from the gorgeous sunrises to watching storms roll in. If you are in the Beaufort area this is the house to stay in.

This house was great and we would recommend it to anybody! The back porch and deck were awesome to watch the sunrise and wildlife every morning. This place was more than we expected and we would love to rent again soon!

Everything about this property was great. The home was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. If we had any suggestions for improvement (which would be limited) it might be for more comfortable seating on the beautiful glass porch overlooking the water & marina. Would recommend to all.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this rental and we love it. The house is always clean and decorated so cute. It is a great location and I love having coffee in the morning and our glass of wine in the evening on the back porch.

We really enjoying this house and especially how convenient it was to the beaches, Port Royal, downtown Beaufort, restaurants and fun activities. It was perfect for us. We had our fishing boat pick us up right at the local marina, just a short walk from the property. Love this house and we will definitely rent it again.
